Well, I truly wish I could give this company NO STARS!!!! I will NEVER return !!! Tomorrow will be a week since I have been waiting for my order and a response from someone!! I’ve called, what feels like, hundreds of times to the store, to the headquarters, left emails, and still nothing! This is my last resort! On 8/11/2021 I ordered same day delivery . An order of cookies (for my father) and a fruit platter (for my mom) as a gift! I called the store at 8/11/2021 at 10:30am and spoke with a young lady who informed me my order would be delivered around the 1:00pm time frame. After 1pm passed and I noticed my order was still not delivered and the app said it was still being arranged. I called to see when it might be delivered since they closed at 5pm. Of course this is when my series of calling started. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone so I tried to get my brother to see if he can pick up the order or at least figure out what was going on. At this time it is 4:30pm and to our surprise the store was closed!!! Luckily there was a young female coming back to clock out and he was able to talk with her. She told him half of my order was with the delivery driver and the other half was in the freezer. I am still to this day waiting for my order! I wasn’t able to get the gift to my parents and at this point they are both trying to help me get in touch with someone and still not able to contact anyone! At this point I WANT MY REFUND! I will not ever recommend this store or any edible arrangement store!!! This is disappointing and unacceptable!!! I want answers and I want them NOW! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!

I agree with people who want to go no stars. Ive ordered from this company in many cities and had great results. Tried to order something tonight that was listed under same day delivery, spent an hour picking out $200 in products, then tried to get them only to be told they only have certain things on certain days, so I went in to try to change my order to something they would delivery tomorrow, but the only stuff shown was boxed, premade junk I could buy for a third that price from Sams. Not the caliber of the stores Ive dealt with in the past. Very bad name for the company.

Ordered for same Day delivery, it’s been out forDelivery since early this morning but when you call the store you can’t get ahold of anyone. The online chat is not helpful. Just want to checkOn my order. Called several times and it rings then goes right to music and no one picks up. No one ever answers the phone. Won’t order from here again terrible Service

My aunt ordered an arrangement for my sister to be picked up TODAY and I get there and they don’t have it. The employee told me “they dont look at the dates”. So they “made it last week” and probably ended up throwing it away. How can you have an option to order in advance when employees do not look at the dates. Will NEVER come back here, this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Do NOT recommend.

I ordered for my wifes birthday and was never delivered anything. I understand that that could be busy but at least call and give me a notice… Still trying to get in touch with them to get a refund but every time i called no one ever picked up. Would not recommend this place ever.

Three stars because the item I ordered turned out lovely, was ready on time and the fruit was good BUT the customer service at this location is severely lacking and they seem very unorganized! I agree with a previous reviewer that the shop isnt very inviting - it had an unpleasant smell and was very warm and overall just rundown looking. I tried calling for a week before placing an order to see if they would make substitutions (the answer to which was no, not allowed by corporate but two other locations I called - that were too far for me to travel - said no problem and even suggested what fruit to sub with) and no one ever answered. Called corporate to confirm that they were still in business...corporate called the store and got no answer either but said they would look into it. Shortly after corporates call, I called back and someone finally answered. The person (I think Kathy) said she was short staffed and had to close for several days??? When I went in to place the order she was very nonchalant, wasnt wearing a mask, couldnt find the arrangement I wanted (I had to go behind the counter) and then was unable to give me a receipt because her husband needed to fix the machine. She had me take a picture of the computer screen. I know things can happen that are out of our control, but providing good customer service can ALWAYS be controlled. Its a choice a franchise can make to keep customers happy and coming back. These arrangements are VERY expensive and seeing as theyre purchased for loved ones for special occasions, they should be bending over backwards to make sure our shopping experience is pleasant. This location seems to be missing the mark.

If there were negative stars, I would post them! I needed to change a delivery date so I called AND emailed the store over a 3 day period. I have phone logs where I was on hold for over 1.5 hours with NO RESPONSE. The arrangement was delivered in 90 degree heat with no one home and ruined. I called corporate and they said that it was up to the store but they could not get anyone to answer the phone either! This was not my first purchase, but certainly my last.

Worst customer service ever!!! New to area contacted store to place over $100 order and told it was best to do so online. Ordered the large fruit dipped arrangement to be delivered to a salesman at a business for his outstanding customer service. This order was delivered late Friday afternoon after the recipient had left early. After receiving the email stating delivery unsuccessful at 5:11pm contacted the store at first opening Saturday morning. The female was very helpful she checked to make sure the fruit arrangement was in their cooler, contacted the business and found the recipient was out until Monday and after being on the phone a while she said she made all the arrangements for a fresh arrangement to be delivered Monday. She did state in the future I needed to be sure of the recipients schedule for delivery, which I totally understood. After my phone conversation with her I contacted the business to be sure the recipient was out until Monday and she was correct. The arrangement was delivered Saturday afternoon despite all previous arrangements made. I again called the store and spoke to another female explained delivery was to be Monday when the recipient returned and his coworkers were eating his arrangement. She said it was a misunderstanding and they would redeliver Monday. Monday I received the nastiest phone call from Tom in delivery who stated he made the delivery on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday because the business told him the recipient would be there Saturday. I told him that all arrangements were made first thing Saturday morning for it to be delivered Monday. Tom stated there were no notes in the system regarding the call for Monday delivery essentially calling me a liar, stated the fruit arrangement had been made fresh three times(why?), and it wasnt his problem that the coworkers ate the fruit. It was so bad my husband jumped in on the phone conversation and I finally hung up on him. Shame on Tom for speaking with anyone in this manner. Needless to say the person who was to get the arrangement never got it so I cant even rate that. I have never written a review like this, I understand things happen and normally address it with management, but in reading the reviews this seems to be the norm for this store.

I had to hold on the phone twice for over 30 minutes. The order was supposed to be delivered by 11:00 am !!!! I called at 11:30 and they could not even find the order I had to give them the conformation number to look it up because apparently they could not look it up under my name or who it was going to . I was furious and told them it had to be there by 1:00 or they would be given me the 97.00 back. They had it there at 12:58. Keep in mind they was less than a half of a mile was it was supposed to be delivered. I will never ever use this company again oh and I forgot the staff was so rude and blamed me for the mistake they made !!!

Ordered online on February 12th for my dads valentines day gift to my mom. Chose curbside because I am disabled and have a hard time walking, so figured itd be easy. Order was over $150.00. Call outside for 40 minutes, no answer. Got ticked and limped my way inside only for them to come out and tell me they were out of the cheesecake. So, I guess they could feel my anger because I said Shouldnt it already have been put to the side as I placed my order well in advance? Girl really didnt have anything to say to me. I was suppose to get the love sleeve and a balloon on the chocolate covered strawberries....didnt have those either. Ill be going with a different store next time because what I got definitely doesnt add up to what was paid for this.

Horrible customer service!!! Tried calling multiple times to change delivery date emailed them and no response. Finally I talked to customer service in an email to get them to issue a refund and that was 15 days ago and my bank has no record of a refund. So now I am disputing the charges. Do not and I repeat do not waste your money on this horrible business unless you like throwing away your money!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Do not try calling no one will answer even tho the store is empty... it’s nothing like the Spartanburg store... it’s wayyyy to hot inside the store... cashiers are not really friendly.... i went to get the special {a fruit cup and chocolate covered strawberry cone} was told they didn’t have strawberries, my fruits cup was supposed to be mixed but was sour grapes and pineapple with two melon balls!! The fruit wasn’t really cold... and the display cabinet is horrible!!... they cost to much to be giving Walmart Quality and customer services!!

I was the recipient of an edible arrangement today and happened to not be home at the time it was delivered (August 2020). Well, living in SC, everyone knows you can’t expect to leave an arrangement like this in the heat and it still survive. The delivery man, Stan, called and texted me to inform of the situation. I was approx. 10 min. away and asked if he could leave it at the front office until I got there. He gladly walked it to the office and let them know I was in route and would pick it up soon. He then followed up with me with another phone call to let me know exactly where it was left and that they would be waiting on me. He could’ve easily left it at the door or left and note for me to pick up later but he went the extra mile to find a more suitable solution. That superior customer service. The arrangement was beautiful and delicious. I was completely taken aback by both the gift from a friend and the extra care given by the company’s employee. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements in Greenville, SC for your gift needs. Thanks again, Stan! You are a breath of fresh air with your kindness and consideration.

Wish I’d read the reviews. Basically threw away $70 on the most revolting looking chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter’s Mother’s Day gift. I wish I could post a photograph of the “arrangement” on here. It’s a hot mess....literally.....with melted, nasty looking chocolate and strawberries that look either too ripe or not ripe enough. I’m very disappointed and will be calling them tomorrow, but from the other reviews, I doubt this business will make amends. Will update my review if they do.

Spent all day yesterday waiting on my delivery that my husband slipped up and told me I was getting... never came. I work from 8-4:30 at City Hall- they were given VERY detailed instructions and still nothing showed up. Disappointed to say the least. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would strongly recommend not using this business! This is a franchise owned by someone who obviously does not care about customer service.I ordered a birthday gift 48 hours in advance. The day it was to be delivered by 5 pm (per the companies delivery policy), the tracking of the order still had a status of out for delivery at 5:30 pm. I called the store to inquire about the delivery because the business closed at 5 pm. The young lady proceeded to tell me that their delivery driver was sick and got a late start, but she would call and check for me. After talking with the driver she found out that the driver indeed showed up at 5:25 pm and the company was closed. They were wanting to deliver it the next day. The day after the birthday. I asked to speak to the manager because this was unacceptable on many levels. She was not in and I was told that she would call me at 8 am the next day when she came in. I would have asked the recipient to pick up their own present had I just received a call, but that never happened.The next morning at 8:30 am I called the store because I didnt receive the promised call. The employee told me that the manager was not in because she was running late. I got a call back at 9:10 from Stephanie the manager. Her flippant response and attitude about the situation was frustrating. I was told only we are sorry, we will refund your money. Here I am sitting having to tell someone that I ordered a gift, but you are not getting it. Embarrassing! I thought there would be at least a ballon or something delivered to the recipient with an apology.I called the cooperate office to open a case against this location after reading many reviews like mine. I was told the franchise owner or a person representing them would call me within 48 business hours. After 4 business days I finally called back from again getting no response. Cooperate commented the money was refunded and an apology was offered pretty mush case closed.I say all of this in hopes that you do not use this company if you want a pleasant experience. Their customer service is honestly the worst I have ever experienced.

Awful experience. Ordered and payed for online. Order never got delivered, after 40 min on hold day after suppose to be delivered no one ever picked up the phone. In addition no one called or emailed to say ordered never delivered. They just assume we are ok with that and don’t give option to cancel order ?! Don’t commit to deliver if can’t be done. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Straight garbage. Ordered on 11 Feb and my wife works 6.3 miles away from this location; failed to delivery by 4:45. I went to the location to pick it up and deliver it myself. Edible arrangements was $130 worth of spoiled surprise and a wife who spent the entire day watching other people get deliveries, not her. There is no way someone was paying attention to this situation. I am completely let down.

Just received an Edible Arrangement yesterday. I gave1 STAR due to the arrangement LOOKED delicious BUT it was far from that. The fruit was not ripe.The Melons were very hard &tasteless. Only thing that tasted remotely good were the grapes!I Feel badly for the elderly couple that purchased this for me as Iknow these are expensive!I wouldnt waste my time or $$ on this place. Bringing someone a fruit basket would be cheaper & taste better!UPDATE 1 WEEK LATER after the friends who gave me the bouquet asked about this I told them howbad it was & that I still had it in my fridge thinking the store MIGHT call me....no luck. So THEY called to tell them about the arrangement. Edible Arrangements offered to replace it. This arrangement is MUCH better. Just sad it couldnt have been right the 1st time! Thanks for good customer service.... I feel the manager should have called IF they read the reviews.

Not only did i sit on hold for 2 hrs listening to the god awful waiting music. I constantly got hung up on.I called repeatedly till i got an answer.Come to find out no one ever answered all you could hear is people in the background, which means they left the phone laying down off the base so they couldnt receive any calls.If youre reading this and youre on hold i would reccomend not wasting your time.Thanks edible arrangements for wasting everyones time.What a shame.

Where do I start yelp really needs to give the option for ONE STARS?!?! Where I should have started was by reading the review for this location, the majority of them are ONE STAR. BUYER BEWARE DONT ORDER FROM AN OWNER CHRIS WHO HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE experience!!!!!ZERO!!Lets start from the begging. I was on their website and saw this mind blowing arrangement, I had to have it. I thought my mother would just love this. This is the first time that Ive purchased on item from this brand. I place the order online then realize that I put the wrong date for pickup. So I call first thing that following morning to correct it, The lady who I believe was CHRIS THE OWNER, said no problem, well take care of that and be extremely happy to see you Friday! I was excited I had just found my mother the best Mothers Day gift ever, it looked delicious and had the WOW factor that no other gift could ever offer...........Then for the bad news. This morning on a Thursday I get a phone call from the store I figured they where calling to ask me to pick it up today, nope they were calling to tell me that they werent even going to make the one that I ordered. They advised me that I could order one of their MOTHER DAY SPECIAL. Chris Advised me that they didnt have the product to make the arrangement I requested, however she (Chris) did give me an options to get a very small one (About half the size of the one I ordered) because they didnt have any bandannas to make mine. Which worked out great because my mom doesnt even like bananas. I asked Chris several times if I could omit the bananas and substitute them for something else, her answer for everything WAS NO! No Banana, NO APPLES, NO PINEAPPLES DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE, but they have chocolate. I first impression was maybe theyre just lazy or maybe its to time consuming, she only wanted to give me the option for very small and cheap smaller arrangements, she stated that she wouldnt be willing to make an exception or make this arrangement that I ORDERED AND PAID FOR because if she did it for me then she would have to do it for everyone. I dont know where shes from but Ive always been told snitches get stitches, I wasnt about to tell anyone that she as a business owner went above and beyond to honor a customers request and make things right, which would of been free marking for her, but oh well.I still had hope in getting my MOTHER THE BEST GIFT and asked Chris the owner of the Greenville, SC Location to call the Spartanburg SC location and see if they would be willing it make it, yes it would of been out of my way, yes I wanted it and I didnt care about the drive. I just wanted to make this day special for my mom. Well it turns out Chris and the manager are like BFFs according to Chris. Chris said shes not going to make it either, and refused to even call and ask her.Guess what?!?! I Called to store in Spartanburg, SC on Pine St and spoke to Chriss BFF Dianna, boy was she the opposite of Chris, her so called BFF. Dianna was more than willing to help me, Dianna pulled the item up and did advise me that she didnt have the bandanna or the apples but was more than willing to add additional fruit to make it look amazing still. I was beyond happy that I was still able to get my mom the spectacular gift that I so wanted to get her, and guys if you read this extremely long story please dont do any business at the GREENVILLE LOCATION, she must be overwhelmed with orders and has lost her touch of who keeps her in business, the customers. Please Please Please take 30 mins out of your day and go to the Spartanburg location where Im sure your arrangement will be made will LOVE and Passion for the occasion KUDDOS To Dianna for being a role model and an example of what true customers service should be like!!And for the Greenville Location, and CHRIS Youll never get my business or any referrals from me.Jason

My husband bought me the chocolatecovered strawberry bouquet. It was suppose to be delivered on valentines day but never came so they said the earliest they could drive it would vee Monday but they would put in a little something extra. Monday came and it didnt get delivered till 3pmplus their was nothing extra that was outmoded. If that wasnt enough the strawberries werent that good and still had the leaves still on. Talk about a diatribe confusing he paid am extra $20 tip have it delivered on VALENTINES!

First order for a birthday surpriseExpensive as you all know so iI expect the best but this order had bad strawberries and was not done anything like the picture. I called the mgr who was very nice and she replaced the order. This should have never happened but there should be more quality control by management or you will lose more business. This is the first office I found to look very disappointing and very unpleasant upon entering so there is part of the problem. Appearance helps to when dealing in customer service👍

But they deliver to the area just the other side and you have to drive through the area you dont deliver to to get to the one you do. How idiotic! !!!!! This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered an arrangement for my mothers birthday. Time kept passing by soon it was 7pm and I got worried so I called. No answer. Called customer service they confirmed my order and said not to worry that they deliver as late as 9pm. Well it never came. I called the following Monday and asked why it was never delivered the answer was, I dont know. Never did I get a simple apology or a discount or even a credit to there store. NOTHING. Save yourself a headache and just get some real flowers or a fruit tray from Publix.

If i could give a ZERO star I would. This place has horrible customer service!! Last year i ordered from them and they didnt deliver it. Ordered yesterday at 11ish for same day delivery and the delivery driver would not leave the arrangement with front security like the information states and didnt even bother to call me or the person it was being delivered to about it. Called the store and left a message and no one has called me back. Contact customer service over chat and havent gotten a response either. So i guess Im out $60.. HORRIBLE, dont waste your money!!!

If I had an option of putting zero stars, I would. This was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements and it will be my last!!! First off, I ordered the arrangements on a Friday to be delivered that day. I was given the option for same day delivery. For what ever reason, the store called me and said that it was too late in the day and they will give me a refund. Okay, that should have been a warning to take my business elsewhere. Due to the simple fact that: 1. I was given an option for same day delivery and it was not honored. 2. She automatically want to just give me a refund and offer no other options. Next, they only delivered half the order. I called today to let them know that they did not deliver everything and they said you will have to pay for us to send out the rest of your order!!! Are you serious??? Then she said, or you can come pick it up and we might not charge you for the strawberries!! I then call corporate and she was yawning in the phone and sounded just as unconcerned and unprofessional as the lady at the store. I did I mention that the lady in the store had the nerve to tell me they were very busy. Very disappointed and it was a horrible experience. Edible Arrangements prices are too high for me to have to go through this horrible experience. I will NEVER ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AGAIN.

The delivery lady (Ashley) from the Greenville SC location is very rude. She came to our place of business to make a Valentines delivery, I told her that she had the wrong entrance and she had to go to the other one, that I had no way of getting to the person it needed to go to. She got an attitude and was making remarks. Very unprofessional.

This was my FIRST TIME ORDERING an Edible Arrangement, and after this, IT WILL BE MY LAST...TO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS!!! They tried to deliver the order (which was made by noon) as THE LAST delivery of the day...the person (whom I had notified something special was coming for them) had to step out by 7pm!! ...SO THEY DID NOT GET IT!! Nothing was done...they put the arrangment in the FREEZER(?!!)....so next day...sort of soggy, expensive arrangement, is deposited the next MORNING...after I called and TOLD THEM to PLEASE come AROUND 1PM...the individual is in HEART FAILURE guys...is this really rocket science?...So they come at 11AM...and the lady is trying to come downstairs...while on her way...they start CALLING HER ON THE PHONE!! Horrible!!!! If I could put none star, I would. I placed an order online for fathers day and never received the order. I claimed the refund the next day and they wanted to gave me only half because according to them they called me, they never did. We waited all day!!! until 10 p.m. They said they were knocking at my door at 10:45 a.m. and I was at home. I did not hear anything or no note that an attempt was made. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Order never got updated. No status reports. When I tried to aquire info on a rough window I was expected to provide full name, e-mail, and last 4 digits of the card I used. For security reason even though i had the delivery address and order confirmation Number. Please dont waste your money. For a 100 dollar order of friggin fruit I expected more....Update. I just recieved a call from them. They tried to deliver an no one way home. Why beacause I called several times today to get a window and no answer. I contacted coporate and they refused to help me. So now we are out headed to dinner and wont be home in time. I ordered 3 days ago and I was last on the list of deliveries for that day. 20 dolar Holliday delivery charge and thats what I get. Not even a delivery update online at all. It dang sure wont be fresh tomorrow. This is super sad if they treat any customer new or lasting like this. This whole store should let go and re staffed completely. Happy Valentines Day to everyone who didnt get screwed over for 100 dollar. Lol Another New Update I have not recieved my 100.31 back from them. I never recieved my Order. So they literally stole.from a custome 100 dollars and 31 cents.

Every year I order from here for my husband for his birthday and this year will be the last, they every year forget the strawberries we order and every year they forget the number shaped fruit I order... it’s just completely crazy you pay money for something done a certain way and they forget every time

Terrible experience. Tried to have an order delivered to my wife in Taylors who works part time but they only deliver to Greenville and Greer? Taylors is in the middle so that makes no sense. I then had to spend 30 minutes calling 4 numbers to ensure my package was cancelled since they couldnt ensure it would be delivered by 1:00 before she left. No way to track cancellation or package so either she gets Monday and its all melted or it actually cancels. Terrible experience.

Their driver sped through my neighborhood (posted speed is 25) at 35 or 40 mph, running 3 out of 3 stop signs. On the way out, they did the same thing. I called the store and apparently interrupted a very annoyed employee who seemed to be bothered by having to take such a stupid call. I asked to speak to the manager and was told shes not there. This place is so unimpressive, I dont think Id ever use them.

HORRIBLE service & experience. They could not deliver my arrangement because their driver has been gone for 6 hours and the guy at the store said he didnt know how to make the arrangement & was by himself! When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she is gone & wont be back until Thursday.Will not use again.
