What’s not to love about warm cookies and ice cream?! Love the oatmeal raisin! Went early during the day so there was no wait. Not the worlds greatest customer service but hey, I still received a delicious cookie!

I just randomly wanted to buy angle face some ice cream. I’m not impressed. Neither was she and she gets excited over everything. Toppings are put on top of the cookie “sandwich” so if your child eats it properly their just going to roll right off. They should call it an ice cream salad you will need a fork. They put ice cream on a cookie and smoosh with a spatula.The cookie crumbles. I didn’t complain but she was not happy.

Cookies are pretty good but the service was not really that great. Cookies are over priced for what you get. This location is not really easily accessible. I may try them again but Im not in a hurry to do so.

The cookies are hot and tasty but the service at the Greenville NC location is less than lukewarm. My delivery was 45 minutes late yesterday and instead of putting happy birthday on the cake, they put a thank-you message but included a card that said happy birthday. Who does that?

The cookies are delicous!!! I was pleasantly surprised. The service is quick and friendly too. Warning - Take your mask. And only 3 people allowed inside at once so be prepared for a line. But its worth it.

Really great location but very meh cookies. The classics are equivalent to freshly baked tollhouse cookies. The deluxe are a little better but they were out of all of them when I went. Not worth it.

What can I say? Camperdown’s first retail space is open and much to my surprise, COOKIES! They are hot, soft and delish! They have ice cream too! But that’s not all, they have sandwiches made with ice cream and cookies - MIND BLOWN! The staff was friendly and the cookies are spot on. When the grand opening happens on 12-28-20 I will be happy to send folks their way!Ha! A cookie shop.

I have a very disappointed little birthday girl on my hands. My daughter decided today (her birthday) that she wanted a cookie cake. We’d been talking about getting one for her brother’s birthday next week, so the last time we visited Insomnia I asked about getting a vegan one. He has a dairy allergy and it isn’t always easy to find dairy free baked goods commercially. So, I asked if it was possible through the store since it isn’t online. It was an enthusiastic yes. I asked how to place the order and how much time to give. Call with a two hour lead time and they can do it. So, sis drops the bomb that she wants this cookie cake. We have a three hour drive back to Greenville from the aquarium, so we give them a call…. Nothing. We’re waiting on an automated line for ages. My husband looks around and find a number for the actual store. He tells them what we need. They tell him they can’t take orders in store. That’s not what they insinuated last week! And to top it off we can’t get through to customer service. So, we’re trying to make a cookie cake at home as special as the one she was dreaming about. Lost my business.

Cookies are great but sadly they are having a hard time staying fully staffed given the pandemic and its impact. The young lady up front was working her tail off and somehow still remained pleasant to deal with. She deserves a bonus and I hope they are really taking care of the team with them being shorthanded. I honestly dont know how they were managing to serve so many people. The line was down the courtyard and easily took 30 minutes or longer to order.There is a great bar right next door and the courtyard is gorgeous at night.I hope they take care of the employees and they can get fully staffed soon.

Great service and great cookies! The mobile order was ready right on time and tasted amazing! The staff was also super friendly and helpful despite dealing with a long line of drunk, obnoxious customers from some gala at the hotel next door. They helped us with our order and even brought it to the door for us since the building capacity had been reached. Highly recommended this location!

Worst experience I have had in along time. I have been standing in line for 20 minutes and no one has come out of the store. It takes about 5 min to serve each customer. There are 10 in front of me and no one has walked out. One person working. Friday night at 10:45. Prime time. May wait the 30 min it will take but won’t be back. Bad business model for on premise, probably good for delivery.

Yummy cookies, nice and warm although a little pricey. Kind of weird that they dont take cash, and the staff isnt very friendly. Ive had the chocolate chip and the macadamia nut and they were both gooey and delicious.

Great Location. Decent Cookies. Par Staff. Very Expensive. Just to put context: $14 for Four Cookies, a Glass of Milk, and a Scoop of Ice Cream. The cookies are not anything special when it comes to size of them, and it isnt like the place smells sweet inside either like fresh cookies - they microwave them for a couple seconds. This place is also very commy, I am sure if governor didnt say they cant enforce masks they would enforce them until the end of time. There are little tables inside which didnt have any signage at it - my wife mid-warm cookie bite was told by an employee said she couldnt eat there after she had already unpacked everything and got through one cookie (of two for $6). Dont mess with a womans cookie - or at least put up proper signage if you dont want people to eat inside. Nice Bar across from it (Camp), full of people sitting, and eating inside....

Being from Boston, I lost my plot when I heard we were getting Insomnia Cookies in Greenville! Even just standing outside the building and smelling the cookies is delightful, no joke. All of the cookies are fresh, delicious, and melt in your mouth. However, the best option in my opinion is the ice cream cookie sandwiches. You can choose what flavor of ice cream and which cookies you would like--truly life changing after the first bite. The workers were friendly, patient as I was geeking out and ordering everything, and the store was kept nice and clean. If your sweet tooth is strong, I recommend checking them out!

Im rating it five stars because the cookies are delicious however, if I were rating it based on customer service Id rate it a 1 star. Ive been there 4 times now and every time the staff is super rude. But I keep going back because I really like the cookies.

Absolutely terrible! Went there to purchase a large order, several hundred dollars worth of cookies. After ordering to pay for our order only having cash, US currency...we are turned down by them. Told they only take credit cards! A store in the United States that refuses to take US currency. Who cares how good the cookies might be. An absolute unwillingness to satisfy a customers needs.

I had just clocked out of work and wanted some cookies so I came to Insomnia for the first time ever and received quick and wonderful service will definitely be a new go-to spot for delicious delectables. Its the Double Chocolate Chuck for me! Good job everybody! See you again

The vaccine is available to everyone now and creating a fear environment is killing our economy. For your sake, I hope your business survives because you probably have a quality product.Being sent outside to place my order was a huge inconvenience. It took forever to create an account, pay for my order and then wonder how long it was going to take to get my order.I was attending a wedding downtown Greenville and a friend asked me if I would pick up some cookies for him. I had no idea it was going to be this much of a hassle.I have no plans to be back. Good luck with your business.

I would have to say that this coffee shop is mediocre, and I don’t feel like a truly belongs in the downtown scenery. For those who enjoy cookies in the middle of the night go ahead and enjoy yourself but I don’t feel like I wanna come back here. Subway has better cookies in comparison.

Cookies were great (and warmed!). We saw an ad for a free 6 pack of cookies for Nurse’s week and decided to give it a try. We ordered $23 dollars of cookies online for friends before showing up to pick up our order plus our free 6-pack. When we arrived, we were told we would need to buy an item “in-store” before she could give us the nurses week deal. She stated that she could “get in trouble” for letting us have the cookies without buying anything despite the fact that we just spend a whopping $23 on cookies. In the end, if I knew we’d run into this problem I would have just ordered everything in store.

Do not ever go here the service is terrible!!! I ordered cookies online paid for them and they were ready I could not even get them until 2 hours past the time that they were ready!!! They need a better system for online orders versus people that are waiting to order in store. Oh by the way we never got our cookies and this was in G, SC

The company itself is great, I’ve had Insomnia Cookies many times in NC before. Both the In-Store and Delivery services are terrible at this location. Delivery is by far the worst (I waited over a hour to have my cookies delivered). I gave two stars because the cookies/icecream are still great.

Rude service! Walked in the side door which was open and no sign saying you couldn’t use that door. Customer walked in the back door behind us a few min later. The girl behind the counter said only 4 people in the store and made us leave because we came in the side door and said the line was forming in the back and waited on the customer behind us. No one was in line at either door. Needless to say say that we won’t be back. Terrible Customer service.

Their best cookie is their red velvet but they don’t make it regularly! If you have something customers like, you might wanna make that more often. Don’t you think? Most often they are out of bunch of their cookies and only one counter with 30 people outside. I’ll go to Crumble more often now!

Walked in and was immediately greeted by the delicious smell of cookies, when I went in I was also greeted by this very nice staff full of exuberant personalities. My order was taken by this fantastic lady, she guaranteed that any cookie that I choose will be the equivalent to heaven.The cookies were so good I think I am addicted to them and I can’t stop going for more. I love this place and I hope they never leave Greenville.

I have ordered online two times this week & today i went inside the store to pick up my order i was given a nice warm welcome by a tall gentleman, he words was “Welcome to Insomnia how are you?” I said, i’m doing great . I asked what about you? and he said, he can’t complain. I could look in his eyes and tell he loved his job. I asked him for his name he responded, “C.... something like that. Just awesome customer service, and very polite. We need more men like this in the world.

Used to love Insomnia Cookies when I had it in Athens and was excited to see one come to Greenville. But, they don’t have the S’mores cookie anymore and this time the cookies were stale and not very warm. Also, cashless for a $5 transaction is annoying. I won’t be back. Visit Old Europe in the West End for a better dessert and better service.

Ordered online for mobile Carry out, never received a update 30 minutes after the estimation time for when they would be done. Waited in line for another 30 minutes as people without a mobile order received their order first. Horrible for fulfilling orders. Suggest ordering online and do not show up until it says they are done or you’ll be waiting forever without compensation.

A friendly person sold me warm yummy cookies at 11:30 at night. I have nothing to complain about.

Looks like they need some more employees. Waited in like for 30 minutes then went ahead and placed a mobile pickup because the line wasn’t moving at all then continued to wait another hour for pick up when the time was supposed to be at 7:30 did not receive the cookies until 8:15. So to top it off 10 cookies took an hour and a half. If you’re looking to do mobile order don’t waste your time you won’t be the priority.

Very long wait outside in the cold for awful customer service and average cookies. The employees have no idea what they’re doing and barely even know what they have on their own menu. Awful work attitudes with no common sense. Will not be going back.

The website would not allow me to place an order for delivery. After the 2nd time I put my card info in and it was erased, I told my boys to just forget it. I felt like the website was a scam. I placed my order at 8:00am in the morning for 1:00pm that afternoon. Assuming it would be here at my job at 1:00pm for the students to enjoy. Sadly this was not the case, couldn’t get the correct tracking information so I called the number...well it took me to a customer service member that doesn’t work in the store. Finally, almost 15 minutes on the phone with the agent she finally found out where my order was. My order for there 27 minutes late and my students were unable to receive them because they had already left for the day. My place of work was only 4 minutes away from the location....I was very disappointed, I gave the cookies to some other staff members and they were very delicious. Very disappointed in the delivery service, even ordering multiple hours in advance. I doubt I will be using the delivery service or eating here anytime soon.

People have to think this is a new store in a very high popular area. The first store thats close because the closest one is in Clemson, SC. Everybody wants to try the these Insomnia Cookies that people keep hearing about and now its one in Greenville and yeah theyre busy... Why wouldnt they be and especially at night if everyone is off work and this is one of stores that stay open late... really late some nights and most people cant come during the day so they travel at night. Lets be honest have you seen the lines at night? Something must be going good. People have to be realistic new popular company in a popular area gonna equal high business so if u gonna come during busy hours expect that if you come they might not have something you want right away because the last person brought it all (my snicker doodles) 😔. Know what your getting into before you go instead of arguing with the staff and not being understanding as if you never worked in that environment. Understand yes its cold, yes your mad because waited for your cookies and the delivery was late and then someone said they may need to hire more people but have your seen that store? Where they gonna fit?😂😂😂 Like damn its cookies and people acting like Insomnia Cookies giving out golden tickets to the damn famous Cookie Factory. Ordered cookies for delivery to a location two streets away from the store. The order screen said 20-30 minute wait, but it’s been over an hour and 20 minutes and it hasn’t arrived. It’s almost impossible to reach them via phone, and if someone does pick up they aren’t even at the store so you have to wait on hold again while they call over and try to get information. Poor customer service, may update review if I ever actually receive my order.

When I heard about Insomnia Cookies I was so excited to try it. My fiancé drove up and dropped me off so I could walk over and pick up some cookies. The door was locked when I got there, but the lights were on and people were working, so I waited to see if I could get their attention. One girl looked at me, but she shook her head and walked to the back. I kept waiting and another girl came to the front, but she ignored me, too. I checked the hours online and it said they were still open, but apparently the girls inside didn’t want to serve me. I waited outside until my fiancé came looking for me, and we both left without anything. If they were closed, I really would’ve appreciated one of the girls letting me know instead of ignoring me. I was so disappointed and I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

My Valentines order was incomplete and they corrected it immediately. Very pleased with the customer service.

The cashier handled the cookies and ice cream with no gloves on. Training Im sure mandates handling of food with gloves on and in our current climate this is absolutely unacceptable.
