The lady working the counter complained loudly every time anyone rang the bell for her to come back up to the counter... It was pretty off-putting.

I used to love going in this Goodwill two or three times a week. The prices were great. The people were amazing. Now they have EVERYTHING over priced. Things that I have seen at the dollar tree. They are trying to sale for 3.00 or more dollars. I know thats not alot, but when you can buy it new at the Dollar Tree. Then yeah thats kinda crazy.!Some of the staff is absolutely amazing. The other act like they dont see you.

We had over $1000 worth of donations that filled up the bed and back seat of our truck, it was a combination of toys and clothes some miscellaneous items as well. The workers here became frustrated due to the amount we were donating, made comments, were rude, and one even became so overwhelmed with frustration they had to take a smoke break.We literally gave items away for free that the only cost to them is doing a little work, profitable items. However instead of just doing the work they complained? Is this the customary process when Goodwill accepts donations?It definitely changed our outlook on donating to them, we will find another company next time, one that will at least not make us feel like we are bad people for donating items that someone else may need.

Friendly service comfortable atmosphere

I called to see if they would take the leftovers from an estate sale and.they agreed. We brought it over and apparently the stuff wasnt good enough for them. They were rude and were going to call the police on us if we didnt load it up again. We ended up taking perfectly good stuff to.the dump. Somebody could have used it but no, this is not a service organization any longer...they are out for their own good. I will never use this place again and caution my friends, as well.

Located a ways out on the service road in Terrell. Clothes like mens shirts and jeans mixed sizes on racks not sorted. Liked even had few furniture finds in store

I prefer driving to this location vs the Garland location! I really like the staff here, they are pleasant, always smiling and Linda is awesome. Its worth the drive!

I have decided that Goodwill is off my charity list. I havent figured out what they do anymore.I have to argue with them to take items after they told me inside they would take it.

Got lots of good deals, as always. Clothes, plus a BRAND NEW pair of Sketchers and a never worn expensive shirt. Good times Poppin Tags!

Always enjoy browsing thru amd finding bargains. I always get my jeans from there and plenty of shirts too. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Fair, at best... about the worst Goodwill I have been to... and I have been to Goodwill stores all across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Washington State and even as far as Alaska.Actually, the GW in Alaska was one of the best I have been in!

Not near as good as others Ive been to. but its a good store in general for an older store.Not much of a selection in electronics and games.Store was clean and well kept.

Probably the worst Goodwill I have ever been to. The staff or terrible; they were unfriendly and possibly on drugs. The girl at the register had her tongue out of her mouth for probably a good minute and a half while ringing somebody out. Like she was touching her nose with it. Such odd behavior. Then they had the nerve to ask me to donate my change to the Goodwill foundation, I don’t think so!

Big range of mcdse on every subject in every department. I found some Hawaiian shirts in TEXAS ? You cant find them anywhere. This is a must-stop shop.

The present relatively new management knows nothing about professional courtesy, kindness, respect and service . Definitely pass on this store until they get new leadership. The savings is not worth the rude experience. Too bad.. . Good Will is usually a fun way to be a good steward of resources. 1/18Update 1/20They have better leadership now and are friendly .They appreciate when customers are friendly and helpful too. Most not all times a place to find some bargains if you are a careful shopper .I keep GW good books and Bibles in my car, home and office to give away and find mugs at Christmas to fill and share,, great place to get good clothes for the homeless and some finds for us too !!! . GW is a good place for low cost picture frame glass to replace broken ones and tablecloths to use to make matching napkins ... .

Our shopping experience was based on a customer. A young man that works there was trying to help a customer take his sofa to their truck. Well, the man proceeds to YELL at the employee for trying to assist him. It was such a horrible experience. Why would one yell at someone that is trying to ASSIST you? That is a rarity! I wanted to tell the employee he did well and to blow it off, which Im pretty sure he did -- hopefully.

Some stuff is little to high but lot of it junk needs better stuff.

Average thrift store. Prices keep getting higher and higher. Better if you can get there on mark down days.

Its a little smaller than the one in commerce, sometimes you can find good deals here.

Consistently good source for upscale mens shirts with labels such as Ralph Lauren, Saks 5th Avenue etc

Has quite a bit of a selection over most other goodwills (especially desks and a bit of furniture) and is clean and easy to navigate the store

I really was shocked how disorganized and filthy this store was. Dirty floors, shelves, items. Stuff jumbled in shopping carts rather than on display on the virtually empty shelves. It was just all around gross. No one greeted me when I entered the store; in fact, I dont even know who was running the place. There were what appeared to be a couple customers, but I didnt even want to stay long enough to look around. I wont be going back!
