This gem has been my favorite retail store for several years now! Not just for second-hand clothing, but for clothing in general! Unlike other consignment stores, I never have to weed through seas of clothing to find gently worn stylish pieces. Instead, the work has already been done for me, and all that is on display are carefully selected stylish piece and in mint condition. The clothes look brand new and often are new with tags. I find that the clothing is very reasonably priced. I LOVE the handbags and often find beautiful jewelry as well. Above all, the customer service has always been outstanding. When I shop there, I always receive individualized attention and have received help on multiple occasions to put complete outfits together that I never would have thought of. The ladies are very knowledgeable of finding outfits that flatter your figure and fit your personal style, making you feel empowered to look as good as you feel. I wish there were more stars to give, because 5 is not enough!

I have been here twice now and have had such a fun and amazing experience each time! They have a great selection of clothes and accessories for all different styles and price ranges. The staff are so friendly and know their inventory well and can help you find anything you’re looking for. I’ve loved my finds each time and will be back again soon.

Amazing shop! The clothes are awesome and the owner and staff are super friendly! They are great at helping you plan the perfect outfit for any event! I was so impressed with the selection and the “personal shopper” aspect of the store. A “go to place” for anyone wanting to impress for a night out on the town!

Labels is one of my favorite places to shop! I always find a treasure when I go in the store. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Bentley is so sweet! My favorite part is getting quality items for an incredible price. Plus, I always get compliments on my Labels items when I wear them! I have sent so many people in to check out all of the good finds. From high quality workout wear like Athleta and Lulu to work casual blazers to a fancy dress, you are sure to find something at Labels!

Would not recommend consigning with Labels on Augusta Road... here’s why: I took several pairs of really nice shoes in to consign in 2017. When I received notifications that they didn’t sell, i went to pick them up and the lady working could only find 1 shoe of one of the pairs I consigned. She said she would look for the other and let me know. Never got back to me so I went to store to speak to owner. She told me they couldn’t find the other shoe and that items sometimes just “walked out of the store”. She even implied that an employee may have been responsible for sometimes taking items. She offered no apology and was so casual about it. My mistake was that I did not fully read the consignor agreement and there is a statement that says that Labels is not responsible for lost or stolen items. So if your items go missing or are stolen from the store, you have no recourse. I will say I have purchased a few nice items from Labels before that I have been happy with, but will never consign there again. So what can you do with just the one shoe? Toss it in the trash... That’s what.

Labels is my absolutely favorite shop! Bentley, Kathie and Beth are pros who consistently suggest clothing items that are perfect for my shape and size. An added bonus is consigning apparel from my own closet and earning money in my Labels account to purchase fresh new selections. I especially enjoy the video and Instagram posts showing the latest items with coordinated accessories. Visiting Labels in person or online always makes me smile!

Labels is full of terrific designer items. You wouldnt know youre shopping in a consignment store; its so chic! The ladies are great at helping me piece together an outfit that looks terrific on me!

Made my first visit into the store. I found so many cute items to add to my shoe and accessories collection. Beth was fabulous and provided amazing service with such an excited attitude. Kids friendly as well. I will be back!

I have been in this store a few times and realized they sold upscale/luxury brands. I made an apt. to bring in some of my items for sale and was pretty disappointed when I was told they didnt except suits, pants or Express brand because I called 2 days prior to my apt. asking what kind of brands/times/style clothing they accepted and the person I spoke to on the phone told me they accepted Express ect. So my disappointment really boils down to the miscommunication. I came here on my lunch break and frankly felt like my time was wasted due to being misinformed.

Nice things to buy but beware of consigning your things there. Read their paperwork because they donate after 2 months even if you never got an email from them and you were told they wouldn’t donate . I lost a lot of expensive things I would have kept

Great place to shop first when looking for unique pieces to fill your wardrobe or for that special occasion. Beth was incredibly helpful and insightful for helping pick out pieces that fit my style and for my occasion.

Fantastic for people who like to bargain shop. I was looking for a mother of the groom dress so it wasnt exactly what I needed, although they did have a variety of them.

I’m sad to say this place isn’t what it used to be. The items have become outdated yet still overpriced. The employees may be new, but I felt an overall uncomfortable and condescending vibe.
