This location NEVER answers the phone and customer service is HORRIBLE.

BEWARE JIMMY JAZZ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE STORES! I took my daughter shopping for school clothes at the Greenville, NC location and she bought a coat while there. When checking out, the employee said we had 14 days to return the item if we werent satisfied.When we got home, my daughter tried on the jacket again and decided it was too big and she really didnt want it. Shes 14 and used her own money to purchase this item for $80.I called the New Bern location, because that is where we are from, to see if we could return the jacket at their location. The female employee that answered the phone said we could bring it there, but only for exchange or store credit. They apparently dont allow you to return items and get your money back. We were in the store on August 19th and today is the 22nd...so only 3 days later, she paid cash, and now she cant get her $80 back to use on additional school clothes and supplies she needs.This is a poor return policy! What company doesnt allow you to return an item for cash back within 3 days of your purchase with the receipt and tags still on the jacket? We have no choice it appears but to return the jacket and hope she can find items in her size for exchange. She is very small, so that is impossible.I am really disappointed in the Jimmy Jazz franchise and after we get our $80 credit for this mistake, neither I nor she will purchase another thing from any of their locations. AND I plan to let everyone I see in the store know of their business practices and strongly advise them to shop elsewhere. This will also be reported to the NC Better Business Bureau so that others can be made aware of how this company operates before they commit themselves to a purchase they may regret.To Jimmy Jazz President, CEO, and other executive officers---change your policy. At the least, offer standard customer service because you will never achieve even good customer service ratings with your current practices.Consumers, BEWARE JIMMY JAZZ. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE STORES!

Was not greeted when I came in the store. Was in there for about 20 minutes before I was greeted. Lady behind the counter texting and playing in her phone. The next customer that walked in was greeted as soon as they walked in. So I left. They just lost a sale

The customer service has gotten better from what it was. They normally have shoes other places dont. The return policy is horrible though (store credit only). They do support Veterans, which is a big plus in my book.

Shoes were a better price than the shoe dept. and other shoe stores in the mall. Good Customer service very kind and friendly.

If I could give them no stars I would. The employees at this location and several other locations(especially this location), ARE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, GHETTO, PLAY THE MUSIC ENTIRELY TOO LOUD, ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES REALLY NEED TO BE RETRAINED. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT JIMMY JAZZ AGAIN, IVE GAVE 1,2,3,4 TOO MANY CHANCES...POOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They dont even deserve 1 star! Worst shopping place ever. Had to hunt down someone to get shoes to try on for my son, lady went in the back and sat there a talked FOREVER, had to send a second. She asked the same question 3 times. She went in the back. We Left. Do not shop here.

Four employees on duty. Wanted to purchase some gifts. Waited 15 minutes. No customers. The employees were either looking a at their cell phones or standing outside the store, walking back in and then standing outside. I place my merchandise down and walked out.

I feel the Jimmy jazz in Greenville nc is the worst after seeing how the manager treated a customer and disrespecting him I will never enter that store again and spend my hard money this store will lose a lot of paying ppl. money .Im very disappointed in how she treats paying ppl.

After watching the video that went viral, on the language used by that employee towards that customer, JJ can NEVER get another dime of my money. I hope her ratchet ass was fired.
