The selection of boots is incredible along with a huge array of accessories and clothing etc. The staff members were very friendly and helpful as was a regular customer that helped me purchase my first genuine pair of American Cowboy Boots. A little overpriced compared to most boots in normal shoe retailers. The search for the right boot was an adventure with the boots out of their boxes. When asked if I needed help, I asked for help finding a particular size and he just walked off. 🤷‍♂️ Overall lots of great boots, be prepared to look for at least a half hour for the correct size and type you want.

Not necessarily a great place for work boots. Given the size of the place and some other reviewers saying they had a good selection, I was disappointed. If you want cowboy boots, this is your place. For work boots, the selection is pretty limited compared to all of the cool work boots you can find on line these days. I also wasnt able to find much in my size.

I love there products but they have some rude employees. Every time I go I spend at least $200 buck. But I guess that doesnt mean much to them. Oh well!

Love the store selection, although they were out of a lot of sizes. But the customer service was TERRIBLE AND RUDE. We were there to purchase a pair of boots as a birthday gift for my daughter. No one offered to help my family and me during the hour we were in there (there were at least 6 employees huddled at the register when we came in), but the woman at the cash register had the audacity to ask if we had been helped when we made our purchases. But of course no apology that we hadn’t been. Then my children wanted to wear their boots out and the girl was quite rude about it and then stated our purchases were immediately unreturnable. Geez…Money hungry? I won’t be back to this location. The ones in the Midwest where we are from are so much more personable.

The best products and the best customer service. I bought a pair of twisted X shoes that are the most comfortable leather shoes I have ever worn, also pair of cowboy boots that are super nice and comfortable, it fell in a belt buckle. Everything is high-quality in the store in the people are so nice I wish I could live there sometimes it smells so good like leather!!

I love their western, South Western, and Native American inspired attire. They have a variety of western boots galore! Along with shirts, jeans, dresses, jewelry, belts... Boot Barn is a great store for those with a western flavor. A large varied selection of western wear. Shirts,hats belts, jewelry and of course boots for men, women and children.

Good selection, all the info on their boots are listed on the tags. Entire inventory is on the floor. Friendly staff. Bit pricey but cheaper than shipping.

Seemed like a well stocked western store. Sales people seemed like they were more interested in talking to each other than to customers. Looking for a pair of boots but never got any help. Left empty handed.

Inventory is massive. Prices are ok. Service was mediocre. The associate seemed to be by himself but the store wasn’t very busy. I was not greeted upon entering which is fine considering the staffing but after approximately 20 minutes I had to go find Charles to get some assistance.Charles asked if I had tried the boots on, offered advice on inserts, and rang me up. Pleasant fella. I will come back again for the inserts should I need them based on Charle’s recommendation.

Charles and Anna greeted me when I walked in and were extremely friendly. Charles was helpful, but not pushy and offered assistance. Everyone there was professional, and the store was clean and well organized. Very happy with my experience.

A great place to shop but I think its ridiculous if you dont use a debit card and want to pay with cash and they put your money on a gift card that she had the items in the store and you should be able to get your money back when the item is not in the store and does not fit and will be shipped to you for the holiday I recommend if youre going to stop there and make sure the ottoman in the store and you pay with a debit card because Im very unhappy that I only carry cash only because sometimes my bank account has been broken into before and I do not trust my credit cards being ran during the holidays

Website leads you to believe they offer a large variety of exotics and brands. When you get there, you find mostly Dan Post or their store brands which, as it turns out, are made by Dan Post😒Not a problem for those looking for Dan Post boots. But IF you are looking for designer brands, such as Tony Lama or Luccehse...dont waist your time.

Offer great services and selection. Only thing I dont like is how they put all their stock out like the boots are individually sold. So someone broke in the boot, but the match was broke differently and there wasnt another and they dont have in unused/new stock in the back. So they didnt fit the same and if someone stretches boots but doesnt buy it they just put it back on the shelves, I can understand that, but you might end up with one stretched and one not because someone else bought them like that. Also, someone else may have bought the other size shoe and then there only one shoe the size you need. Other than that poor business model, that every other shoe store abandoned forever ago, the service was very helpful and they have great sales.
