OTR drivers: Follow these directions for an easy back into the dock. The folks are friendly. Receiving starts at 8am. Not sure how late theyll receive. I was able to park overnight for an early unload. Would definitely deliver here again.

He talked me through what he was going to do and then later on what he did. Justin also discussed next steps with me and even went so as far as to straighten my rugs. 5 STARS for sure :)

KB did the cabinets in my new house. After being in the home a couple of months, I noticed a problem with the pull-out garbage drawer being a little off from the doors next to it. The company promptly sent someone to take care of it. While adjusting the drawer, Justin noticed a pair of cabinet doors that were ever so slightly misaligned - something I hadnt noticed. After fixing the drawer he originally came out for, Justin then proceeded to carefully inspect ALL the other doors and drawers in the kitchen and took time to align any that were even the slightest off. Before leaving he had me inspect them to make sure everything was perfect. Justin obviously takes pride in his work. Thanks Justin - great job!And kudos to KB for doing their part in the Covid-19 fight. They check each employees temperature every morning before sending them out on jobs. They also require them to wear masks and practice social distancing while at the job site.
