Issue after issue. Countertop selection not permitted. Sink cut wrong. Shower install allowed water to leak out! How many things can they screw up??? And NO response from company to refund the repairs.

East Coast Granite did a fantastic job. Everyone was so nice and the job was done much quicker than expected. We could not be any more pleased with the quality and price they offered us. Thankful we found them.

I cant recommend this place. I have the smallest kitchen you can own..( Im speaking on the finished product and not the other dissatisfactions that I went through.) My seams stick out like a sore thumb. I have two in a 40sqft counter top. My counter tops are smaller than the models I have seen anywhere. They would not put my counter tops in their display room. My frustrations will not allow me to ask for any further work or corrections because I went through too much for my lil kitchen and the customer service is HORRIBLE! Once you sign the contract you get treated like telemarketers.

I have worked with ECG&T on another house I owned and they were great then so we decided to give them another visit.This go round, we worked with Geoff Polin at the Lauren’s Road East Coast Granite & Tile. The process from picking out to install was wonderful. I knew what I wanted but Geoff still took the time to walk us around and look at all of our choices and explained all of our options (granite vs quartz, corners, edges, sinks... the list goes on). ECG&T provided us with an initial proposal for the kitchen and then we decided to also include the bathroom as well so Geoff prepared another proposal. We called and schedule the install measuring and install process and ECG&T was so professional and accommodating and made our remodel as smooth as possible.

East Coast Granite just did a beautiful job of installing a very difficult granite job in my kitchen and a marble counter top in my master bath. Geoff and Cindy Polin were amazing to work with, and they kept me updated every step of the way. I do not have photos to share, yet, because my house is still under construction, but I hope to share them when completed. I would highly recommend East Coast Granite.

We worked with Geoff Polin at the Lauren’s Road East Coast Granite & Tile. He was wonderful from start to finish. Explained all our options and pricing. Did not rush and allowed us to look over all the granite and marble to see what we liked. We absolutely fell in love with some and Geoff marked it for our contractor. Even after we left Geoff has stayed in contact to make sure we knew what the steps were and where our project was. I will definitely be back to East Coast Granite for my next projects!

I went to the Lauren Road location schedule and appointment with Cindy for measurements, off to a great start RIGHT! from that point everything went down hill. We were told we could view other granite selections at their showroom without an appointment (not the case which we found out while in route and to confirm address.) So of course we had make a u-turn and schedule to meet with Cindy the following week. The stones that I was interested she didnt know the price and would that information to me the same. Most of the slabs were turned backwards so I could only view a few. Cundy stated that she would call me when they turned more of the slabs around. That didnt happen. I waited 7 business days and finally contacted her to follow-up. Her response was I can work on that. her next email was-she didnt know what I was interested in and suggested that I go to one of their other suppliers and pick a stone. Mine you she pretented to log our conversation in her phone with the details of what I was interested in. Unacceptable customer service. Unacceptable follow-up. I would not-will not ever recommend this company. took my business somewhere else and I have a beautiful kitchen

Customer Service sucks at this place....they gave me a window from 3:00-6:00 ...I rushed home from work....its now 6:30 not even a phone call......

Utterly horrible communication and the installers and repairman pay very little attention to detail. I am going on four weeks without any contact to repair the seams on my countertops and yet cant get anyone to address my concerns. I would avoid this company to avoid a frustrating experience. Extremely dissatisfied.

Cindy and Geoff on Laurens Rd, really understood my visión and worked tirelessly to make it a reality. I love my natural stone counters, they are the crowning finish to an amazing kitchen!! Great product, great service, at reasonable prices. I will definately use Eastcoast for my bathroom project too.

I put a deposit down on a countertop with this company. They never came and measured or did any legwork. The house I was purchasing to get the countertop Installed in fell through. I called them immediately after I knew the purchase was falling through. They would not give me a refund of any kind said I could have a store credit for the $900 they took from me. The issue with that is I’m not purchasing a house so that does no one any good except the the company that took $900 from me and is keeping all the money did absolutely nothing to earn. The general manager called me back. I believe his name was Chris. He proceeded to tell me that it’s “company policy” that they can offer refunds at any time. If anyone has understanding about business they know a small company or even big company get overridden all the time. Do not get caught up in the BS with this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I’m sure this company does great work but the way they do business is not OK!

The people there are super friendly and helpful. They dont try to oversell you or talk you into something you dont need or cant afford. The prices are much better than the big box stores because youre bypassing the middleman.

I was thrilled with how on top of everything all the people involved with our purchase and installation were. - and the fact that they were on time with everything. Next day after installation I called and ask if they can install extra piece of granite behind my stove, and day after I called it was done!GREAT EXPERIENCE!

He helped me put together a selection of quartz and sinks that suits my own likes and also had some great ideas. He is extremely knowledgable and helped me to have a great remodel experience. This was not a pleasant experience. Not one person showed up within the time frames that were promised. Every part of it was delayed and they broke a piece during installation. They also caused damage that they have not fixed or followed up on more than a month later. Beware of anything that this company tells you.

Had my kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities tops done by East Coast Granite Tile. Would defiantly recommend this company. Ask for builder prices and specials, it will save you some.

Brian was able to prove us wrong.He recognized that we had a set budget and was very nice, very professional, not pushy and right away inspired confidence. He took the time to show us many options and explained your different offers. He invited us to meet him later at your main location in Spartanburg. There again he took the time to walk us through your products and services.He was certainly instrumental in finding an option that would suit our needs and budget and we bought our granite counter tops that very afternoon.Thank you Brian, we have enjoyed doing business with you and appreciated your services.A few days later a young man named John arrived at our house to do the templates. Though we did not expect our counter tops to be removed that day, John was very nice in explaining the necessary process and got to work promptly. John worked quickly and diligently and as we was disconnecting our sink water lines, to no fault of his own, one of the PVC line cracked. I want to insist that John was not negligent and did all he could to minimize any water damages and remediate the accident. John finished his job and I want to command him for his workmanship, attention to details, politeness and professional attitude.I want to also thank Vitaly, John’s boss who handle the situation of the waterline break to the best one could have. He dispatched a plumber who came that very evening to fix the water line. Vitaly also assured us that he would do everything possible to have our final installation schedule as soon as possible. And again to our surprise and great satisfaction the installation occurred 3 days later. Thank you Vitaly!…On Friday, just as planned, the 3 men installation crew: Jeremy, Sergio and x (we forgot the 3rd name… sorry) showed up right on time and got to work very diligently. Again I have to praise these 3 guys workmanship and professionalism. I was amazed how well they worked together and in a couple hours had all our counter tops installed and looking above and beyond our expectations. Bravo guys! Job well done.I am compelled to write this letter because I must admit this has been a great experience all the way through. These are very rare nowadays Your entire staff has been great to work with, your product, price and services are great.
