Had Roger(owner) do a complete renovation for us back in Feb.2016. Today is May 3rd and we are still trying to have our work completed. Install was rather quick but not done properly. We have chips in our kitchen counter top. We had a piece of granite placed in front of our fireplace...it is extremely uneven. We had our master bathroom vanity top installed with a rust ring that we were never made aware of. After many attempts to have repaired, we were told that he would have to replace the top but didnt have the same granite! So, last Friday, they came and removed our master counter top to replace it....Im still waiting for it to be replaced!! Yes, you heard correctly.....no counter top since last Friday. I have been promised everyday and have yet to have it installed. A beautiful picture was painted during estimate and prior to me paying him but post service has been AWFUL. Missed appointments, calls/text not responded to and all communication effort has been on my part. Would not recommend!

I had Roger remodel my bathrooms last summer 2016. A few months ago I noticed a piece of the granite in my master had been patched. The reason I noticed it afterwards is because the patch has started to crack. I have called Roger only to get his voicemail. He has returned no calls. I am very disappointed with his professionalism. I had used him years ago to install granite in my kitchen and he did a great job. I had put my trust in him. I am not sure what has changed, but I would not recommend him to do any work in your home.
