Made an appointment days in advance for a simple new tire installation. It still took over an hour before they even started on my car. What is the point of giving an appointment? Overall process took over 2 hours and tires were not properly balanced and now I have vibrations.

Open on Sundays. Fast and friendly service. Will come again.

Bought a set of M/T tires from Simple Tire and this location was one of their verified installers ..Had an early appointment @ 8am on a Sunday.Arrived a little early and they were already there. Doors opened 8am sharp.They had my truck on the lift after a little paperwork.I didnt catch the Techs name but I watched him through the window.He was very task oriented and detailed in his work.Ive never seen anyone do that quality of work at a tire shop.My wheels are original alloys and as such have oxidation..He cleaned the bead area with a wire brush and then used the correct lube on the tire when installingthem. Will recommend.

There service was really good i came at the last minute when they was about to close and juan made sure they put a tire on my car he could have said no but he said yes i really appreciate that

Had a tire ordered then the tire makes it to the shop and magically disappears even though it was showing still in inventory had to go else where just get a tire.

Had a wheel alignment done to my car there last Saturday. Took an hour and half, wasnt too bad. But right out of the door, after a couple of minutes driving I noticed the steering wheel is not centered when going straight. Returned on Sunday. Had to wait 3 hours as more walk-in customers ahead of me. The steering wheel is still NOT straight when I drove away. Whats more, as most cars out there, the camber of my car is not adjustable but I found that technician must have been trying to tamper with the strut tower, marred the paint of tower top and the strut locating pin pretty bad yet to no avail. The steering wheel is still off to the right about 3 degrees or so. Im going to try some home garage techniques and set the thing straight myself. Cuz Im not sure more time will be wasted or not.

They were able to quickly assess my vehicle and determine the best course of action. They were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. It made my experience amazing! Incredible service, we had a flat tire on our Sprinter van and they got us back on the road in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and our sales associate, Daisza, was incredibly polite and helpful. Whether it was over the phone or when we arrived in person, she was incredibly helpful and got us through the whole process.

Very helpful staff. I had a nail removes from one of my tires in great timing to get me back on the road. Reasonably priced too. Id recommend this place. Ill be back if Im on the area and in need of tire repair.

Wheel alignment done well.

I’ve only ever used them for tire repair. The first time, I had a nail in my tire and they repaired it quickly. Unfortunately the patch didn’t work as it wasn’t installed properly. Michael fixed it and it’s been great! I visited today for a screw in my wife’s tire. I asked for Michael and he had me up and running in no time. This location is also right beside Carolina Vapor Mill!

Staff is awesome! Shane is a great manager, and he really takes of his customers. The mechanics have provided me with plenty of help and advice.

This is GREAT Firestone store. They went out of their way to find my tires, install them and get my car in top working condition. In the same day. Without an appointment. Amazing

Ill be honest, I was a little apprehensive to take my 03 Ford to a chain auto care place. However, since I had just moved to the area, I was in dire need for an oil change and tire rotation. I decided to check this place out and I am SOOOO glad I did. This place is incredible. I was blown away by the quick turnover, the service, and the friendliness of this Firestone, As a female college student, I was worried about being taken advantage of. However, I totally felt like the service provided to me was very trustworthy. That is saying a lot! I would totally recommend this facility to anyone. I will be coming back! Have had pretty experiences at this location over the last few years

I was not happy with the service. They were crazy slow and 2 hrs after I got there they tell me I can not plug the tire. They did not try. The nail was 3 from the side wall, but they said it was too close. They did have a replacement tire, but now I have different brand tires on the car. It is less than two years old wirh 18,000 miles. I thought they were just forcing me to buy a new tire.

I needed a tire repair so I went to Tire Kingdom where I have purchased 5-6 sets of tires over the last 10 years. Was told they were too busy to help me. So I called Firestone and Rick answered the phone and said bring it on over and I will help you. And he did just as he said. I ended up needing a new tire and he took care of me. I have spent 30 years employed in sales and customer service so I know what GOOD SERVICE means. Go see these folks and RICK for your car repairs. They care and it shows.

I took a wheel from my 2019 Honda ridgeline here this morning with a flat, they ended replacing the tire with a new one. when i picked up the wheel had two small nicks out of the paint . $190.00 and damage to the wheel! lack of care!

I love this place. They do a great job on oil changes and the customer service is top notch. Definitely worth the drive to woodruff road.

The one in Greenville woodruff road Rick and Rhonda was very cooperative they correct the damage that was done in five forks and the real prejudice showed up in one I talked with got his name on file.

My go to for tires and alignment... Although they never get it right the first time. In really finicky though.... BUT they always make it right in the end and without any arguments. Thats why I keep coming back. They do make it right!!

My serpentine belt was worn out and they replaced it and sent me on my way, but there was a bigger problem they didn’t fix that was tearing the old belt. After I left the knee belt tore up 15 minutes down the road and I broke down. They are a friendly staff, but their trustworthiness is severely lacking.

Great job on alignment and 4 new tires. Shane was very nice and took great care of us.

Came in for a tire repair. Very courteous staff. Didnt try to upsell/oversell. In and out in just over 30 min. Very reasonable price.

The people who work here are knowledgeable, Kind, Helpful and Happy Individuals! They ALWAYS have my car running at its BEST!

They didnt honor the online appointment, apparently due to a known problem they had in their system. I would have normally just chalked it up to glitches and life, except that they had about 9 hours between the time they opened and the time I arrived early for my appointment, during which they could have *called* me in advance to tell me that they couldnt honor it. The best they could do is three hours until they could work me in, but the guy was trying to steer me towards coming in another day. I had planned in advance for it to be done that day, so I took my business up the road to one of their competition.There are five things that I tolerate from no one, and this is one of them. I wont be back to this location, period. It will probably be a while before I go back to any of the other local Firestones; which is sad, because my family has been doing business with some of the other ones since the 90s.

Literally the fourth time in a row that I go to the firestone on woodruff road in front of Target atleast an hour and a half before they close for a simple oil change and the same manager with the glasses has told me they can’t squeeze me in?It’s crazy! No one in the lobby and no cars in the parking lot but they are too busy? Seems lazy and poor customer service.I never post negative reviews but this is too much of the same thing over and over smh

I am 5 hours from where I live Im staying in a motel, was planning on driving home tomorrow noticed a faint smell of fuel with my truck decided to risk it and drive to Firestone since it was very close the person at the counter I explained my kind of dire situation. And he would not even consider putting it on the rack just to see if they could find out where the fuel might be coming from. Hes lucky hes not in my hometown because if he was I would blast him on social media and promise you it would hurt his business!!

Dropped it off for my 12oclock aligment appointment. they didn’t touch it tell 4:30 and took 30 minutes doing it only. the wheel isn’t straight when i drive straight so i have to take it back in. this was the same problem last time they did this on my truck. this place is a waste of your time and money.

I worked in this store for a better part of 9 months, I was their lead tech. I worked myself to death because of the hours. they push you, 11 to 12 hour days 5 days a week sometimes 6, I already drove a hour there and home, and most times no lunch eat while u work. they dont want you to have a life, u live to work, not work to live working here, I was a loyal employee I came in early, Ive left late to finish customer cars, on several occasions, just to be told if ur late none of that counts, ur just a number to them, I got sick I called in both days, even had a Drs note and I got fired, God forbid soneone is deathly Ill., I think its because recently I got hurt and filed a workman comp claim only to be denied for hurting myself on their property while doing my job. I gave them the restructions the dr gave, bipe not followed they just pushed harder .Im a trans female Ive been sexually harassed and misgendered many times, and my male counter parts made more than I did doing the same job with similar experience levels, they are extremely short staffed u would think they would keep hard working and loyal employees, instead this place is a revolving door, the store manager works so many hours just to be belittled and berates by the district manager just because enough is never enough, Ive been promised so much and got so little, when I was hired I told them no Sundays bevauae I go to church and if it was a big deal that I wouldnt want the job, so what happens they scheduled me anyway, becayse they just dont care about the employees its all about the money. If u want u support this thats ur choice. Some might think this is spiteful, but everyone wants to pretend it never happened so heres my truth. Thanks for reading.

I own four cars and have had a bad experience with them before. Unfortunately my car threw a belt and I had to pull in there. They told me it would be a hour before calling me back to tell me what I already knew. Their one hour call back was five in ahalf hours. Instead of putting the belt back on they tried to upsell me instead. I told them no and took it to a real shop . Christian Brothers Auto, they are honest, and treat everybody fairly. Dont waste your time with these stuck up over priced glorified tire changers.

I was disappointed in the service and the way they acted like they checked the things on the vehicle. They only put 41 psi in the truck tire when it needs 80 psi to reset the low pressure sensor. The pressure requirements are usually posted in the drivers side door and when I called to inform the service manager he wasnt any help and support either this was on wooduff Rd. So I wouldnt send anyone I care for there.

Was told that my car wasnt even properly looked over and they couldnt fix the alignment car is wearing thru tires place and tech is a joke.

Even when they are busy they try to work customers in and get work completed in a timely fashion.

Ive been a customer of this Firestone Auto shop since 2007. They always do great job.

Call to make sure that the tire they ordered for me had arrived. They said yes. When I got there they told me would that the tires would not arrive until next day! I drove 45 mins to get there.

Came in for a scheduled inspection. Had an appointment for 1pm. Stood and waited at the desk and no one wanted to help me. Guy asked someone else to help me and they muttered “I’m in the middle of something “....oh wow. Sheesh. Thanks.

Would put zero stars if I could.Dropped my car off at 10 am. 30 minute alignment job wasn’t completed until 4pm. He wrote 32psi for all my tire pressures. They are on the inside door (35 front, 33 rear), how lazy can you get? The tech left my keys in the car after driving it out to the parking lot before I had even arrived at the shop. Also left some oil stains on my driver’s side floor mat.Will NEVER take my car here again.
