Tim Ellis, went above and beyond when assisting with delivery of our beautiful bed. His personal concern for our satisfaction was notable and makes us want to return. We are thrilled with our beautiful furniture and highly recommend the design team at Ethan Allen, Greenville!

We are so appreciative of all the advice and support Cassandra has given us on the design and furnishing of many rooms in our home. She has such a friendly personality and has a unique ability to visualize how furnishings, carpet and wall decorations come together and it has really made a difference in the pride we have in our home.

Tim Ellis and the whole design team & staff were wonderful people to work with. Very knowledgeable, helpful and enjoyable. Excellent service and thoughtful advice; I felt that they had our highest good in mind as well as their own in making a living. Everything was above board and honest and we were well informed & guided in the most integral way. This was truly the best furniture shopping & buying experience we have ever had. Moving from Greenville to Indianapolis in the spring. We were looking for a way to buy what we needed here and have it delivered from the Indy store. Ethan Allen was the perfect choice.Laureen and Cassandra helped us through the selection process at our pace and it was a great experience. We didn’t feel rushed and they worked through the color selections carefully and thoughtfully. We have several other Ethan Allen pieces, including a desk over 60 years old.We ended up going back a week later and purchased a dining table and chairs and bar stools in addition to the two couches we purchased previously. Same great attentive service. Could not recommend this store more and Cassandra and Laureen make a great team!

We believe Brent truly wants us to choose the furnishings that are best for us--not him. With his thorough knowledge of EA inventory and its myriad options, we were able to make choices that were not obvious in the catalogue or on the floor. Over the years, weve made several transactions through Brent, and each time, he added value to the experience.

Brent really listens! Sounds like a simple statement, but not all professionals really listen.I realize this is why my experience with him was so productive and enjoyable. By asking questions, he was able to get a read on my styleand not try to impose what I should do. He was able to offer fabric selections covering a wide range, but still within my style. The end result was two beautiful chairs, an ottoman, a coffee table, and sofa. I am beyond pleased with my new living room. I would highly recommend Brent...he offers guidance without high pressure tactics.

Very nice store. First time in. Did not realize they made most furniture after you order.

I ordered a Shelton sofa in august 2020 and was told that the approximate delivery will me in the end of November or December. I agreed to it as conditions are different around now with COVID. I ordered a sofa set from another seller about 10 days later. It was delivered as promised in mid November after 75 days. Ethan Allen is still pushing the date of delivery and will not let me cancel the order as they say the sofa is in production. The latest delivery estimate for my order is January 2020. I am so glad I did not order all my furniture from Ethan Allen.

In came Laureen Heissenbuttel! Her design expertise coupled with her delightful demeanor, has made the process a true pleasure; and the results thus far have been outstanding. Purchased a whole home full of furniture from them . After 7 years a $1900 on sale recliners mechanism failed at main steel plate. . This was a defect from day one and snapped finally. They would not step up and fix or replace.Leather Lazyboy recliners up the street have lifetime mechanism warranties and are way cheaper ??, Asked when delivered if recliners had warranty and was told yes lifetime on mechanism . Should of had them put that in writing !!!Buyer Beware !!!! Hope they dont rely on repeat business. Really, Ethan Allen not what it was . But go ahead and find out yourself !!!First bad rating of any of my reviews, but they deserve it !!!
