I feel thoroughly unimpressed.The positive: The facility is clean for visitors.I came in for transmission, brake, and coolant changes. We talked on the phone for over an hour regarding different service specials and how we could bring the price down on individual items if I included the spark plugs. Well after Identification of a valve cover leak I was advised not to replace the spark plugs which nullified the discount on the fluid changes. Admittedly its important to know but the vehicle hasnt ever consumed oil and I was already replacing the spark plugs 10k miles early.I would have not left a review at all if they hadnt overfilled the transmission fluid, and left the roadguard that covers the oil pan off after they were done with the coolant change. Sloppy work, and now I have to buy a new one because I do a lot of gravel and dirt road driving. Just because its an older model doesnt mean Im not a paying customer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions . I have been there few times over the year and am pleased with the work and knowledge of the staff.

We went for our tutorial on our new Subaru. We worked with Evan. What a wonderful young man. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We left much more comfortable with how to manage our new car. Evan is a valuable member of a very good team at Fairway.

Came early, they took me right away. Very pleasant and friendly. Comfortable clean waiting area with free coffee and water. Got me as soon as car was done. Paid and on my way. Overall a stress free experience.

Great mechanics and excellent customer service staff. Barry and Angela are terrific. Prices are what you would expect from a dealership. $3000.00 all fixed and the parts Dept. gave me some touch-up paint for free ! Love my Subaru !

Took my Outback in for a noise that I suspected was a wheel bearing. The tech confirmed that it was a passenger side wheel bearing, they got me in a loaner car and made the repair.

I live on the island of Curacao and have a Subaru Forrester. My gas tank accidentally was filled with diesel and I was in a panic! Unfortunately we do not have a Subaru dealership here. Hopefully that will change! I called Fairway Subaru and Daniel the service manager gave me great advice. My Subaru is running excellent now. This is how Fairway Subaru takes care of its customers thousands of miles from home! I would highly recommend them! A++++

We had put off buying a new car because of past experiences dealing with car salespeople and dealerships We finally took the plunge and went in to Fairway. We dealt with Howie and we were very pleased with the results. No pressure, no BS. We went in to the dealership in the morning and Howie delivered our vehicle that afternoon. I highly recommend Howie and this dealership.
