I contacted the parts department at Steve White Volkswagen about the installation of a cargo box for my VW Atlas. Jamey Dixon had the cargo box ordered and ready for installation within a couple of days. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and made the entire process incredibly easy. He even installed the cross-bars and made sure I knew how to slip the box on and off before leaving the dealership. He made sure I got the best price available. This wasnt my first time working with Steve White VW parts and it wont be my last. Well worth the drive from Asheville!

I was traveling for business when my radiator went out due to a faulty installation at a different dealership. I was stranded and having a terrible day, this team took the best care of me and my car, definitely went the extra mile. The work was done in one day and my car is running better than ever!
