I typically dont take my vehicle, that is not under a manufacturers warranty, to the dealership. I decided to try Fairway Ford for some maintenance issues. Was very happy with the service. Tyler checked me in, walked me through the process, gave me a time frame and called me when vehicle was ready for pick-up. The only issue for me was the customer in front of me who was extremely chatty with the cashier. The cashier was being polite and engaged the conversation, which made check out a little longer than it should have been.
Ive been taking my 2017 Ford Expedition to Fairway Ford for the last three years and have not had a bad experience. They always inform me before repairing anything on my vehicle. They also give me a list if theres one for anything that needs to be taken care of without blindsiding you. They also dont mind answering any questions you may have regarding your vehicle.
My problem was taken care of under warranty. Fairway Ford delivered on every promise. Staff was friendly and considerate. No issues at all and I would recommend them for Ford service. My review only applies to the truck service department, and not the main service. The truck service area is in a different building. I have no opinion on the main service area that is attached to the dealership.
Great service dept. Made an appt, showed up, they took me in promptly. Had my oil changed and a tire rotation. My service advisor had some recommendations on addition service for my truck. No pressure, just a recommendation. Quick, easy, I would highly recommend Fairway Ford for all your service needs.

The service here is impeccable and quick. They were not only efficient when I got new brakes, rotors and The Works oil change/tire rotation/fluids/belts & hoses check (in and out in under 3 hours), but the service manager, Tom Collins, was helpful, courteous and straightforward. I only take my Ford to the dealership for all service but now I know I will only take it to Fairway Ford. This department runs like an extremely well-oiled machine. On top of that, prices are fair and with the Ford Pass app, you can rack up a lot of points to redeem for future service. I highly recommend and trust the guys at Fairway Ford! Always stay with Fairway Ford for the service for both of my cars. Feel good on their work. To be objective, I will give a 4 stars for those.The one star giving here is only for the battery change for key fob. I stopped by the inventory front desk and ask to buy two batteries and then they just brought out two batteries and changed them directly in a minute. Then, it is $20!!! If they tell me the price before changing, I wont let him to do it. I re-open the fob to check what battery is that expensive. Here is what I found. Very common battery, Energizer 3V CR2025, it is about ~$1 each.
I was greeted fairly promptly. It was until I spoke to about 4 people that someone even asked if I had an appointment there (which I did). Finally I got to speak to the WONDERFUL Tom C. He was so friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and funny. The service was done within a few hours and satisfactory.
Every time I visit this location my experience is always satisfying. The young gentleman Ivan, has worked with me on several occasions. He’s very pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, and courteous towards me every time. He strongly suggest exactly what I need and has always looked out for my best interest. I had a scheduled appointment for 12:30pm and I was there less than 30 minutes for an oil change. The fastest Id ever been able to get service done anywhere. I am new to the area so I was very impressed with everything. The waiting area was nice and clean. Not many people were there so I was able to pick my own show to watch on their Roku TV. Everything went so smooth I will definitely be back for my next oil change.
Just like my past visits, today was a good service experience for my 2019 Ford Fusion Sport. I was able to bring my car directly into the service bay so I didnt have to go inside to check in. They did a comprehensive service for my 15000 mile mark while I waited in the waiting area. The seating there was well spaced so there was no concerns about covid-19. In about an hour the service agent came out to tell me my car was ready and off I went. As always Fairway Fords service agents are polite, friendly, and responsive.
Fairway Ford is awesome. Have been going for service for a few years now and they are always so quick and friendly. This morning we brought our Escape in because of a flat tire and they got us in right away even though we didnt have an appointment. Hole patched and we were on our way in a hour!

Update 8/12/21 So glad to report that the service manager called and they are going to cover the repairs. He said they always make things right. I am glad to know there are reputable companies out there and even in time of low supply, they uphold values. Buying a used car can be scary because you do not always know what you are getting. If a company stand behind their product, I definitely would buy from them again. Thank you!8/10/21Great buying experience, but believed that Fairway had a great reputation for doing a thorough inspection prior to selling cars. Bought a 2015 Rav 4 - dealer said they had inspected, it was in great shape. Turns out it had a small oil leak - crack in the casing of oil filter. They took no responsibility. I had to pay $250 to have it fixed. Pretty sad that what you think is a long standing family run company doesnt stand behind a car that they sold you 2 weeks ago.....Disappointing.....
Tyler, my service representative, did an outstanding job for my recent service on my 2018 F-150. He directed the shop foreman to correct the problem, had the truck ready on time, and help me file the claim on my extended warranty coverage. Now that type of personal service will keep me driving 35 miles to have excellent care for my truck!

My experience with Fairway Ford, has been an ongoing one for the 10 years that my wife and I retired to Greenville. Ive been a patron of Fairway for that period of time. Today I purchased, on a whim that is, I had no plan to purchase a new car when I woke up, but decided to check and see what they could do for my 5 year old, CMAX, just to see what was available. I was amazed with the professionalism of salesperson Alex J. Morales, he was extremely attentive, cognizant of my medical condition (going through Immunotherapy for Cancer) to assist in any way he could. His attention to detail was not pushy at all, had a calm relaxed mannerism, and was extremely helpful in helping the Account Manager in negotiating with Ford Motor Credit to achieve a new car loan, paying monthly about $100 less than what were paying on the CMAX. We purchased a 2021 Ford Escape, and although no happy with the color (input from my wife) pleased with the outcome. Thank You FAIRWAY ~!!!
Nice dealership. I’ve dealt with them for years. They have messed up a couple times but have always went above and beyond to make it right. Only downside is they seem to take longer than normal to do simple oil changes. My last trip was 2 hours and I had an appointment.
Today was easy fast and I feel like I got everything my car needed, to continue to be the best driving vehicle ever. Plus as a bonus my Ford app, and pass rewards points, worked like it promised so I didn’t have a balance to pay. Great service! Tks
Pulled in to this dealer for a oil change. Did not have a appointment. 20 minutes later the truck was in a bay. Everyone I had to deal with were very nice. 20 minutes later had the oil change, tires rotated and a general inspection completed.Very happy with the service. Put them as my dealer in my ford pass.
Ford damaged my Oil Pan Drain Plug to the extent that it leaked oil, then replaced it and tried to charge me for it without my approval. The Ford employee told me that, “Oil Pan Drain Plugs wear out over time, and eventually have to be replaced”. I’m an engineer at BMW, and I’ve been around and worked on vehicles my entire life, Oil Pan Drain Plugs don’t just “wear out”. I was actually planning on trading in my Focus for a Ranger this weekend, but after this, I’m definitely getting something else now. Thanks for letting me know where not to get my truck!
Buying a car here was a good experience. They gave us a very good price on a used car that seems to be in excellent condition. It had both keys, and there were no last minute surprises. They cleaned and detailed it for us before we picked it up, so it looks new. Our salesperson, Jay, was friendly and polite, and they kept the haggling experience pretty bearable. I do wish they had been willing to make a deal over the phone, as this saves time and is more pleasant, and increasingly it’s done that way. But in the current market I’m just happy we got a good car at a reasonable price without too much high pressure sales nonsense.
I came in with need for a new 12v battery for my hybrid C-Max after Advanced Auto Parts honestly said they wouldnt touch this setup after inspecting it. I was in/out within an hour with no appointment. Reasonably priced with fast service. Thank You!
I brought my car in for recall service and to diagnose a problem with my backup camera. We dropped it off after hours the day before appt. I received a call before 8am the next day from Ken with a question about what my note to call before doing any work. Ken was extremely polite, courteous and professional. And—He kept me posted throughout the day on the progress! That in itself was amazing as sometimes you never hear from a dealership and are in dark all day. Excellent customer support, I will always do my best to get back home so my work can be completed here. As I started to have a Wobble in my front end I was out of state so I tried to get my truck in to the local dealers the one in Athens told me it would be two weeks before he could even look at it the dealership in McDonough, said it would be at least a week. I called Fairway my local dealership the said bring it in and they had it back to me in two days excellent, it seems to me they understand how hard it is to be without your vehicle..

I thought I had an electrical issue and scheduled a diagnostic appt. The team there took time to talk to me and recommended we start on some basic check ups to avoid a diagnostic fee. Ended up being a simple fix and I was charged very reasonably and avoided the fees. Thank you to the team for being honest and putting the customers first!

Fairway Ford, Laurens Rd… service shop is an interesting place. They had 6 employees working in cust service and 5 had expert level experience in not making eye contact with the customers. They must have all had something more important to do than help the 6 customers in the lobby. Be aware of Misc Service Charges on your invoice that no one can explain.
Service Advisor Tom Collins was efficient, informative, and topically humorous in handling my service request. Natalie @ the counter was friendly and exceptionally friendly. Fairway is our Service provider for our car, and will continue to be so.

Service told me my company work van was ready and could be picked up that evening or as soon as they opened the next morning at 7:30am.Showed up at 7:15 the next morning, they opened at 7:30, and they had not even begun the repairs. Will not buy a Ford or do business with this dealer ever again due to incompetence and lack of customer service.It was at this dealer for 2 days to get a battery replaced, a simple repair that takes less than 30 minutes.Fairway Ford and Ford roadside assistance is a joke.
Very disappointed. They did not repair what we came for and scheduled me out two more weeks. Would not recommend them at all for service. As an edit, the manager, Jessica, did reach out to confirm our issue and apologize. However she was unable to fix the scheduling issue or give me an earlier appointment. Still need to take another entire day for them to fix the issue that was not fixed as scheduled. No change in my opinion. I have no reason to recommend them to anyone.

This dealership is the worst at customer service and they continually lie to you, in regards to, repair work and benefits of owning anything Ford related. My truck was towed in on Tuesday, July 6 2021 due to a faulty ignition switch. This is a 2020 F-150 with 16K miles on it. It comes with a bumper to bumper warranty that covers everything, but yet they tell you they have to wait until it’s in the bay and determine if the item is covered under warranty before they can offer me a loaner vehicle. This is not what was told to myself and everyone else when you purchase Ford vehicles. They supposedly stand behind their product and their customers. They say that my truck won’t be looked at for 2 weeks. TWO WEEKS. So I’m supposed to be without a vehicle for 2 weeks as I’m losing $1800 a day for each day I am not using it for work, not to mention the move that I have coming up on Monday and the vacation that has been paid for on the 16th of this month and I’m supposed to be without reliable transportation? Even the people in the office are so lazy to help you, they just let you go back out in to the lot and retrieve items out of a vehicle without asking for proper ID before doing so. If you’ve ever had items missing, this is a pretty good indicator of why. I will never recommend this dealership for any purchase or service work. Ford does not stand behind their customers or helps them out. They feed you a scripted response to why they won’t offer you what they promise at purchase. I have contacted Ford about this issue as well and the issues of the dealership and I will expect to hear something by Saturday for the fix to my issue.

Never purchased a car by having it brought to me before, but the experience was effortless on my part. Todd was great to work with as he brought the car to me to test drive, then we corresponded on a few details and he brought the car back with all the papers. Fairway is taking care of a few additional things for me that they had to order so that’s another plus considering this was a used vehicle. A+ for Fairway…and Todd!

Ken was my Service Manager and he was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction and ensured all of the items I asked to be checked were in fact checked and resolved to my satisfaction. Went to Fairway Ford this weekend to look at a used Tesla that I was interested in purchasing. Greeted at the door by an individual named Steve who asked if I had an appointment. Informed him that I didn’t and that I would like to see the Tesla sitting right in front. After looking over the vehicle, I asked if I could take it for a test drive and he stated that they were not allowing test drives. I asked, “you want me to purchase a vehicle that you won’t let me test drive?” His response was “if you ordered it you would not be able to test drive it.” I said “I prefer not to purchase a car that I’m not able to test drive”. His response was “well sorry.” I thanked him for his time and left. I contacted the dealership later inquiring about why I was not able to test drive the vehicle and was told there are different “rules” when it comes to luxury vehicles. I’m guessing that rule is…you don’t meet our profile (I’m Afro American) and that I needed to speak with their financing office first to make sure the numbers agreed up before they would let me test drive the car. Once I informed them I was already pre-approved by my bank…I was told to come back and they would let me test drive. FAIRWAY FORD…DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST!!!!

Fairway Ford sent their mobile repair technician to my house to replace the back up camera on my 2020 F-150. This was a recall for defective camera. Repair took about 15 minutes and was much easier then dropping it off at the dealer for repair.

Would not recommend! Avoid service employee Ivan! I recieved terrible customer service yesterday. I brought my Explorer in for a tire patch. I had an appointment. I stayed in the waiting area but once my car was finished no one informed me. Instead I sat their for 2 hours then finally I went to ask about my car. It was setting in the park lot with the driver side window down for those 2 hours with my valuables unsercue. Im still awaiting Mr.Sizemores phone call back. Wish I could give no stars.

If you ever take your car here make sure to mark your tires to make sure tire rotations are done and make sure to check your engine to make sure all caps are put on after the work is done. We will no longer be taking our vehicles to this dealer to have any service work done. We have given them multiple chances and after 3 attempts I’m fed up. They offer the works package but don’t know what’s included. They’ve said everything is done when I get it back but I have caught them in lies when it comes to tire rotations being done. They aired up my tire which I had a leak in and then within the week following the same single tire was low but still in the same place. They have tried to tell my husband that his truck was over the oil limit of the works because they didn’t know what was included in it. The most recent trip we had our two vehicles in I made appointments. They wouldn’t let me make two at same time but half an hour separated. They told us they wouldn’t check in both vehicles at the same. My first vehicle was done shortly after the second ones scheduled appointment time. We sat waiting for half an hour for my second vehicle but it still had yet to be taken out of the drop off bay. When I asked what the hold up was I was told that there was 30 appointments made on a Saturday and that the appointments promised you that your vehicle would be serviced that day but not when and that I was welcome to take my first vehicle and come back for the second even though I told them we were waiting for both. I was also told that they take the vehicles back based off of when they were checked in not when appointments were made. When they came out to tell a lady hers was done even though it was dropped off after mine, I was then told someone was told to get my vehicle but instead grabbed a “similar” car. It was black and mine is grey. Finally get my second vehicle home and find out the next morning that they didn’t put the oil cap back on after they changed the oil. Wouldn’t have known if we hadn’t heard the difference in the engine.

My husband’s new Ford F-150 had a problem with the windshield wiper not cutting off. I called Fairway Ford to schedule service for this under warranty problem. I was told it would be two weeks before they could fix the wipers. They do not provide rental cars. I was told there was nothing they could do. Worst service experience EVER!!! The lady I spoke with sounded as if she had absolutely no concern that my husband had to drive around with the windshield wipers squeaking against the glass for two weeks. I’ll NEVER buy another FORD product!
Ford replaced my battery quickly. The service dept was one of the most friendly and professional I have ever used.
Fairway Ford did our airbag recall. Weve tried for months with other dealerships to get this scheduled so when fairway called and asked if they could help, I told her doubtful. But! They ordered the replacement parts and got us scheduled same day. They allowed us a loaner car while they did the repairs. There team was very quick and friendly! I would absolutely recommend them for maintenance issues and hope to visit them in the future to purchase a new vehicle.

Our 2018 Explorer crapped out on us. I thought it was the battery because I had to jump start and recharge it. A parts dealer told me it was the battery. I replaced it with a new one, but a “Charging System Service Now” warning continued to display on my dash. My vehicle was still under warranty so I took it to the Fairway Ford dealer in Greenville SC without an appointment. Service Manager Mr. Tom Collins is the best. He made me feel like I was a valued Ford customer and he wanted to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Fairway Ford had to send away for a new alternator. I had alternate transportation issues and Mr Collins provided a loaner vehicle for me to use till the repairs could be finished. To my surprise my original battery was still covered under warranty; luckily I still had the original. I have never been treated and felt so important from any other dealer as I have felt at Fairway Ford. Thank you Mr. Tom Collins you are a valuable asset at Fairway Ford and to the Ford Motor Company.

I bought my first new Ford Explorer for my wife and she went to get her first oil change at Fairway Ford because it is closer than D&D Ford where we bought it. She made the appointment through her Ford Pass and we dropped it off and it was done in less than hour which was great, I questioned the the young lady about the $60+ charge and she smirked and kinda laughed while explaining all the charges because we didn’t get the free oil changes we were supposed to get because my wife didn’t use her Ford pass points. So instead of explaining how to use the Ford pass to new customers you mock them…worse experience ever!
I moved to town with a couple of 2008 Fords. It was very comforting to find a dependable and trustworthy service shop at Fairway. With 5 more years gone by it was time to step into the latest generation of vehicle and the new car division turned out to be every bit as good as its service.

I called the service department on Friday to see if I needed an appointment for a simple OEM read for the door code on my Escape. I was told that I didn’t. Went to the service department today only to be told I needed an appointment. I also have been told 3 different prices for this service. I’ll be going to another Ford dealership for my service needs.

I had a quick and easy visit for an oil change today. Ivan was great as always. The only negative was the tv station. If that’s what you want to hear fine, but for those of us who do not wish to listen should be provided alternative seating, either inside or outside.
Staff went above and beyond to help me purchase a new car. Price was incredible despite how rare used vehicles are these days. Top notch care and was in and out in and hr with a new truck. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping plus they gave me more for my trade-in than carmax, which I was very surprised about.
All I can say from my current experiences is that Mr. John Bright was always patient and very understanding to all my trucks needs. The dealer’s shop took care of my needs in regards to my trucks issues. I thank Mr. John Bright and Fairway Ford for all of his attention in resolving my truck upgrades. I thank you.
I love this dealership! Everyone is always very welcoming and professional. Today, John got back to me on the progress of the repairs just as he promised. He explained everything they did in detail so I would understand. I will continue to go to Fairway as long as they are in business!

New truck that had 3900 miles and I wanted to get oil changed even though it was early. Everyone I had contact with were very helpful and friendly. Without a scheduled appointment, they were still able to get me in and out within 45 minutes and I was satisfied work was performed by Ford trained technicians.
My appointment was kept only had to wait seven minutes. The technician and service manager explained to me about everything that they did on my Mustang. All staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicle. This was a good experience
Dakota Beach was extremely helpful during my recent visit to Fairway Ford. I’ve been bringing my Escape here for a while, but had a unique and time-sensitive issue this time, and she went out of her way to make some calls and get the right parts shipped to arrive and be installed the next day. The entire service staff at Fairway Ford is great!
