The young man helping was very friendly and quick. Tested my battery, bad of course, and replaced it and my windshield wipers in 5 minutes. Great customer service!

Forest helped me find a headlight bulb and tried to replace it for me. However, the newer vehicles require quite a bit of bumper removal and he didnt feel comfortable dismantling it and I understood. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and attempting to go above and beyond with his assistance.

Each time Ive shopped there, the service is friendly, polite and accomplish finding what Im looking for. I purchased brake hose for the front and rear brakes. I did have to order the front brake replacement hose and they all worked fine.

I nice clean store and helpful staff. The only thing I would like to see is better lighting in the parking lot. The do offer free CEL reading for your vehicle to help diagnose problems to save you money.

I came to the store around eight 8 o’clock one night after helping my daughter move because my battery had died twice on me that day. I was very frustrated because we were trying to move. Matthew came out to check my alternator and my battery and assured me that everything was fine. Hey suggested I leave the truck running for a while to charge up the battery. I am very thankful and grateful for him. He was very very kind. I hope my review is helpful to other customers.

Customer service is lacking. I am and was well dressed along with my wife and we were treated like common thieves. I had to carry my heavy parts to my SUV.

I would like to start by saying Thank you Autozone. It was a rainy day and had taken my vehicle for inspection to the dealer where I bought it and had taken it for every needed service. They wouldnt pass my inspection due to my vehicle needing new wiper blades and some parking lights that were not working. The dealer was trying to charge me over $220.00 to fix the issues, which I refused to be done there. I went to this Autozone and a girl and a young man working there helped me by changing my wiper blades and even the burned bulbs that were required to pass the inspection. They were very nice people and willing to help me. I dont think I have thank them enough.

Only one employee on sight when I arrived. He was tied up with another customer at the computer. Didnt address me, greeted me, nothing until several minutes later when he finished with the first customer. I could hear another man and a young woman giggling in the back. I dont visit auto part stores often but when I do will be avoiding this one.

I got help with my battery but if you buy a new battery from them they charge you extra so you have to bring the old battery back, then they give you your money back for it.
