Needed rim fixed they fix it fast turn around price is fair I just think if they had a price sheet that tell you how much rims dent cost to fix with each size of rims would be great

They are unclear of pricing. Done work without a quote. Was told $95 a hr after asking how much? Waited there less than 25 mins & was charged $84 for a simple weld. Was told two guys worked on it (lie) when only saw 1 guy doing any welding. Seemed unfair/rip off. I would NOT recommend. Find someone who can be upfront about pricing or you may be ripped off! Only reason I didnt dispute it or argue is because some things arent worth the energy so I paid but thats the last business they get from me. Sharing my experience to keep others from being treated the same.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! My wife came here to get a rim repaired last week and payed for two rims to be repaired! After sitting in this place for 5 hrs they offered her a partial refund for it taking 2x as long as quoted. She declined saying that if the job was done properly she had no issues paying full price.. She left and the rear wheel was still shaking so we made the 2 hour roundtrip again to give them a chance to make things right when we were met with an extremely rude welder there. After telling us that he would not reimburse ANY money and it wasnt to our liking he called GREENVILLE COUNTY POLICE on my wife and I.. The police were amazing and definitely understood our situation. If you love your wife and children and expect a safe quality repair DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! MONDAY MORNING WE WILL BE MAKING A CIVIL REPORT AND WILL SEE THEM IN COURT!!!

Buyer Beware !! Terrible shop ! Dropped my Item off, then after 3 weeks of putting me off, they told me The guys are working on it right now, should be ready in an hour or two, I came by the next week to get it, and THEY HADNt EVEN TOUCHED IT ! So, My experience shows them to be lazy and dishonest.
