Totally satisfied with the work they did. They had an issue with getting the correct parts, but it was the suppliers error, not the shops. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to Gibsons after shortly moving to Greenville when I was rear ended at a 4 way stop in the lowes parking lot by a young man killing a spider. He stepped up and claimed the problem immediately. 😉😊A few months later I found myself in need of repair services again after a mans young child let go of a passenger side door and majorly dinged my drivers door. He was kind enough to step up and take care of the issue with insurance as well.Both times Gibsons did a great job repairing my VW Beetle. Their service from the front door to the garage is phenomenal. They keep you posted every step of the way on your repairs and get them done in a timely mannerAll my autobody repairs will be taken to Gibsons in the hopefully 🙃😊 NOT near future.🙂😉

My 2020 hyundai elantra was in a fender bender Jan 21st. But not just a super light fender bender, my frame and sensors were completely smashed. Gibson automotive made it to where my car doesnt even look like it was in a wreck. The customer service that Ramon provided me was exceptional.
