The lady at the front desk was impersonal, appeared to be unhappy and discourteous which facilitated in an unpleasant experience. I left there feeling uncomfortable and disheartened. Its really disappointing because Id rather take my vehicles to a certified automakers body shop and its the closest one to me. The guys at Kevin Whitaker did a great job repairing my 2015 CTS. Looks brand new. It took a bit longer than I would have liked (almost a month). But I feel confident that the work was done RIGHT and I have a lifetime warranty. Im satisfied and would recommend their services to others

Greg is amazing! We had a large scratch in our black Camaro door a few months back and Greg kept us in the loop the entire time. He had to repaint the entire door and blend it. It turned out great!

Had to take the car back 3 times for paint repair after hail damage and its still not right ( a lot of what looks like dirt specs in the paint ). Two months later took them a gas cover to be painted. Cover cost $15 through the dealer, then had to take to the collision center to get it painted. They charge $63 to paint a gas cover! Hi way robbery, and there are 4 specs of dirt in it. When you pay that much is it unreasonable to expect perfection? I will never take another vehicle to this collision center and recommend that you go elsewhere as well.

Chevy Malibu repair was amazing. Only took less than 24 hours for two lights and bumper which u thought would be days bc if past experiences. When i went to pick it up I didnt recognize my car. I actually had to look inside for my house phob to be sure. It was spotless.. like a brand new car. Blake was very professional and polite.

If I could give zero stars I would! Brought my Cadillac here since it was purchased at Kevin Whitaker thinking that I would get the same good service- WRONG!!! It took almost two weeks longer than they said, picked it up still not having all of the parts on the car, they couldn’t clear coat the fender and said that I would have to bring it somewhere else for that and then when they finally said it was ready it wasn’t! Walked up and there was white rubbing compound smeared all over! Had to sit in the parking lot and wait some more! Please listen and DONT bring your car here!!!!!

Customer service and management here are as customer centered and helpful as the dmv. Go here if you trust the equivalent of 8th grade children with repairing your vehicle and helping you get your vehicle back.

Recently got my 2014 Impala repaired due to collision that caused front damage cosmetically and mechanically and so far so good paint and work looks good and a slight issue with a particular part but they fixed it in no time and car looks dam good even washed the car i have no issues with them at this point in time

Awful place, never go there. After a little incident, I repaired my car. The job was so awful that its hard to describe. The painting was with scratches, bubbles. Plastic parts of the bumper attached with glue, because all the clips were broken and others. After poor repair, I returned the car for repairs. But it got worse !!! The plastic parts of the bumper I have gray, but they managed to put one in black, and to make it imperceptibly decorated the entire front of the bumper in black. Its a horror Ive never seen in my life. DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ... !!!! ???????
