I HIGHLY recommend purchasing appliances from Phillip’s. Supporting local businesses is important to me. Their prices are comparable to the big box stores, maybe a few dollars more, but worth it for the service. Through no fault of the store or its employees, I hit a couple of bumps in the road while making my purchase. The issues were resolved with ease. Had I used them for installation, everything would have been easier.When I’m ready for a new refrigerator, they will get my return business.

I love using local businesses. They need our support. Never done business with Phillips Supply. Saw them several times driving by on 276. I used to get ads from them. I called them and confirmed they had what I needed. Came in and saw one they had on display. They loaded on my truck, while I was inside paying for it! Price was as good as any big box store. Well done PS! I will be back. Although... these GE Appliances do last a long time. Much better than LG or Samsung.PS When I told him I did not need a new pigtail cord... He did not argue with me! I ordered a Washer and Dryer and Phillips delivered the next morning. Everyone involved from sales to delivery was polite, friendly and professional. I initially planned to go to Home Depot but they couldn’t deliver for at least a week so I decided to give Phillips’s a try and it was a good decision.

Excellent service. Competitive pricing. This company is extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I told Robert what I needed over the phone and he had it ordered, delivered and installed 2 weeks before the big box stores quoted. It is rare to get this kind of service in today’s world. Excellent customer service & competitive pricing. Im new to the area and I needed a washer/dryer set delivered within a handful of days. I purchased the set on Black Friday and they were delivered Monday morning. Delivery team very polite and professional and I loved getting personalized instructions on how to best use my new set. I have found Robert and Greg outstanding in customer service. The advice I received was first rate. I switched an order I had with another company to Phillips. In addition, their service team installed a built-in refrigerator and did a superb job.

Repairs gets 5 stars-nice guys-good job. Robert who answers phones and manages the place gets no stars. Quite rough and rude. Left a widow friend of mine in tears on a single phone call. Sassy mean guy-not sure who ran over his toes.
