Everyone was so kind and helpful during my buying process. The instal team at B&T we’re great. They worked a full day and still came and installed my pool and did a wonderful job. I came home from work and my pools water level had dropped 10 - 12 inches. And my driveway was wet from my back flush hose. So I took my valve off the bottom of my pump and called the pool store that I bought my pool from and they were closed until 10am the next morning. So then I went to valley pool and spa and told the associate what was wrong and she took me to where the valves were and helped me by listening to my question and also her opinion on which one I should take. She helped me out in a pinch. Glad I went to valley pool and spa today. They have a new customer.

We just put in an inground pool this week (we did a “self-install” fiberglass pool/purchased from a dealer several hours away). They took time to get us started and explain in detail how to get our water balanced and ready to swim. We took them a sample of our pool water and needed directions from scratch. We went to the Greensburg location looking to purchase steps for an above ground pool. We had a discussion about pros/cons with another couple who had purchsed one of the items on display. A sales associate came over and also provided information regarding the steps on display. We also discussed sand weights vs. sand in the ladder itself for stability. He was very helpful and also asked if we needed any chemicals, which I did. He retrieveed them, a ladder mat and assisted us with check out over by the spa. No waiting! Thats a HUGE bonus with my husband. We used our coupon book, Perks card. Saved money and time. Only disappointment was no available chlorine but that is out of their control. Very good experience today.

Used Valley Pool to close and open our pool this past fall. The water was clear when they opened just now, which was a relief! Only bummer is it seems they broke our chlorinator when they closed the pool. When they went to put it back on today they notified us that it was broken, but their workers were the last ones that handled it. Being that it was broken when they took it off in the fall I let him know, unfortunately he just said we would need to buy a new one. Hopefully being that we spent over a grand opening and closing the pool they will reimburse us for the chlorinator that was only four months old when the pool closed. Other than that, the men were very polite and got everything up and running as expected!

Last year I bought above ground pool from Valley pool in GreensburgI had nothing but problems with the pool from the installers employees Didnt even get to use my pool last year and just finally got them to come out and fix it all few weeks ago.When you call there and tell them you have problemsThey dont even know who your installers are Because they subcontract them out and they dont even keep track of it,When they deliver my pool it came on a pallet when the installers come to install it I was missing Parts like Filter pump and I had other people stuff on my pallet,I could go on and on but all I would have to say is If you dont have to get a pool at Valley pool do not get oneI would have not bought one last year if I could have found one at another pool places

I have a 16x32 inground pool and arrogantly thought I knew what I was doing.I wish I knew their names but Ill call her the main lady because she seems like shes always there. Manager perhaps. One of the nicest, kindest, accommodating people Ive ever dealt with in the retail business. Even when Ive been there and there are a million people, she stays level and kind with everyone.Then there was a younger dude who helped me on the phone with a pump that burned out that I bought there. Same with him. Cool dude very friendly.@Valley Pool owners - I dont know what you pay them but their dedication to customer service is making you more and more money as its the only place Ill ever go as a result. PAY THEM MORE@Everyone else - Really just GO THERE. Dont go anywhere else. Go to THAT STORE specifically. Tell them the guy who started with an Intex and ended up with an inground pool sent you.Top notch customer service, clean store, the whole nine. Ill be going there for as long as I own a pool. I wont even buy shock from Walmart even though its much closer.Thanks to that crew for always being friendly and helping a ding dong like me out who has finally realized he has no clue how to keep pool water chemicals straight.

I visited Valley Pool and Spa for the first time this summer because I was very unpleased with other locations in the area. The whole staff there was very helpful, respectful and answered all of my questions.Erica was the one who helped me the most. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and couldn’t have been more respectful. I walked in there feeling a bit discouraged because of my lack of pool knowledge. When I left, I felt very confident to take on all of my pool matters. I look forward to returning to Valley Pool and Spa in the near future and I will certainly ask for Erica to help me again!

The staff is super helpful! We built a DYI stock tank pool/spa for our backyard. They hooked us up with a small filter and helped me understand how to treat the water. Got home, lost the printed instructions, called them and they emailed me the instructions again. Never gave me a hard time and very supportive of my plans. Just helped me work out how to be successful. Well worth the one hour drive! Will be back and recommend them all day long!!! Thank you!

Had a minor issue with a hot tub we purchased however took care of that and made us a deal on another one and we were happy. Delivery was seamless and we were in it the next day enjoying it. What a great experience!!! The workers were knowledgeable and extremely attentive when I needed them. I felt like they cared about me as a customer. I saved $83 by the time I was done and got (among other products) a replacement filter cartridge that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I am in a wheelchair and they even carried everything to my car. I highly recommend this store!

I’m so glad we were introduced to Valley Pool Greensburg store last year. We made our first visit for 2020 today. Our filter had not run the required 12 hours for adequate testing, but your knowledgeable staff fixed us up for start up, told us our purchase qualified us for a free case of Baquicil shock, and a rebate as well! We’ve got a lot of work ahead and a lot of product to use to get it running this weekend, but we’ll be back next week for testing, and again and again this summer. Your staff is top notch!

The installers told me they hear the same complaints from 75% of the customers of Valley Pool. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Valley Pool. I gave them 1 star only because I had to rate them. They don’t deserve even one star. And to top it off they do not appreciate your business. They feel they are doing you a favor

The lady who waited on me this morning was SO rude! They have barriers up and the glass up, so I was standing no where near her. I put my stuff on the counter and she was so nasty telling me I need to back up ... I wasn’t even close to her! Customer service needs improved here for sure.

We bought our pool during the “sell 100 pools in 10 days sale.” The package was great as it includes everything you need and some more to fully enjoy your pool. Our pool is a 24x52, and we decided to self install as we have done so in the past before. One thing that they should do for you is the escalation and install the pool if you buy it from them free of charge or for a reasonable small labor rate, as these pools can get quite pricey depending which one you buy. On the sale they would do that for an 18’ pool, which is their smallest one I believe, but you were still responsible for a good portion of the dirt moving. Also if we had any questions about the installation, as some of these parts were newer, the store told us to “YouTube it” to see how to do it....I believe they should understand their pools instead of doing something a layman could do anyway in hopes to find the right video to show the appropriate way to do something. They do give you a video instruction, but it didn’t cover the important parts and wasn’t much of a help. However, due to our previous pool experience we were able to install it and get it filled easier than what might be the case of others if they ever decided to self install. We got the Southport with the lake view liner and so far we are happy with the end result. I would recommend this store to others however, I do believe they need to learn more about their pools, installation and make installation and shipping free or a smaller charge since the customer is already spending a good chunk of cash already to them for a pool or spa.

I bought my pool from valley pool three years ago so naturally I got my chemicals there. Last year my pool water would just not clear up. I made many 15 mile trips and spent hundreds of dollars and water was still cloudy. This year my sons friend told him I should go to Joes pool supplies. I went on with a pool water sample. I was met by a young man who tested the water and told me what I needed. I spent $135 and have enough chemicals for this year and next. The pool water is very clear and I am very happy. Visit Joes pool supplies! You wont be disappointed!

Buyer beware this pool company has no idea how their chemicals will react with your pool. I bought and added 2 chemicals to my perfect pool and ended up with a pond for 2 weeks!

Very expensive. They push chemicals bad. It’s actually very funny to see how much chemicals they sell to people. We took perfect water to them to see what they would say. They told us it was in need of over $300 dollars of chemicals to get it to Swimming water. Told us we had copper in our water LoL

I took them a bottle of water from the hot tub and they tested it free of charge. They got me set up with what I needed. They also took time to look up parts for me, which I really appreciated.
