The employee that worked with me was very friendly however there are much better deals out there on everything they sell. I would definitely do research and shop because I saved over 1100 dollars on bar stools of the same quality.

I ordered new Sunbrella cushions. I have had them on my furniture for 3 weeks and they are wrinkled and look worse than the ones that I had for 6 years. I would think that for 1600.00 that I would get something like the original cushions. Not happy at all.

Was recommended to go here for hot tubs by a friend. Decided on one after only 2 visits. Dave M was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process. Huge selection of things other than pools and hot tubs too....pool tables, outdoor furniture, massage chairs, etc. Had no idea they even carried those things! We will definitely be back!

Jim Bono was very helpful. The patio set we wanted wasnt in the store. He called around and pieced it together for us from other stores and arranged to have it all delivered. Thank u so much jim! We will be back for a new pool for next year.

Highly recommend coming to pool city Greensburg. John helped me with getting my hot tub above and beyond what was expected. The delivery team that delivered the hot tub was very nice and friendly and helped getting it into the position it is in. I highly recommended coming here. I give them a 11 out of 10 for help and support in my whole process of getting a hot tub.

I shopped around for a good amount of time for a hot tub before stopping in at pool city. I knew after speaking with Heim that we were purchasing a hot tub from pool city. The prices are very reasonable and they sell the best in the industry. It was such a great experience. To this day, I still contact pool city with questions about general maintenance of the hot tub and they are always willing to help. If youre looking to buy a hot tub, I highly suggest buying it from pool city, you will be highly satisfied.

We were looking for patio furniture. It seemed pricey, but I havent bought furniture in awhile. There was a huge selection. The salesman was very nice and knew his merchandise.

We purchased a sectional couch from Pool City a few weeks ago. We worked with Autumn on the purchase and she is amazing. We ordered the couch on a Sunday and it was delivered the following Friday. Excellent Service.

No service after the sale. Dont believe the promised of a warranty. They wont back them up. Called several times after my pool was put in about problems, and no one ever returns calls. Independent contractors install the pool and the warranties they promise at the time of sale they throw up every road block to keep you from pursuing a warranty coverage.

We went to the Greensburg Location and Autumn Marcoz was our sales person. She was so great to work with and has a nice personality. So nice to go into a store and be greeted with a smile. We love our outdoor furniture. She also went into detail what to do if the cushions would get wet. We will be back

The customer service at the Greensburg store goes above and beyond. I cant speak highly enough of the store. Both management and staff are superior.

We purchased a hot tub in September 2017. Our salesman was Haim. He listened to what our needs was and recommended the perfect tub for us. He is very knowledgeable and knows all aspects of the units. Anytime I ask him a question about our tub, he knows the answer. We walk in there months later and he knows who we are and knows which hot tub we purchased. He doesn’t just sell you something and forget you. This is excellent customer relations! Great job Greensburg Pool City!!!

I Will NEVER buy from Pool City again. Their service department is a jokeI bought a Sundance Spa 880 in April 2018. When they delivered it, it was stood on its side. They just pushed it over and let it fall to the concrete patio to set it.Two months later in late June the lights are not working properly and there had been a puddle at times next to the spa. I finally checked the puddle for chlorine and sure enough it was from a leak in the spa. So I call Pool City and we get a reply from a service tech, he knows what the light issue is and will order the part that takes 10 days to get and he will look at the leak when he’s here.Well some months later it’s September and and after several calls still no word from service or the repair tech so I continue to email and call and finally get a response he’ll be out. He comes and makes the light repair and finds the leak. It’s a cracked piece in the waterfall And it will need another part for the waterfall that is leaking. It’ll take a few days to get the part and he’ll be back.Fast forward to November and still no leak repair. I call and email again and have to threaten legal action to get it repaired. I even was told by a helpful salesman at the Greensburg store to copy their General Manager Steve Wiseman on the emails and Steve would make sure it’s taken care of. Steve Wiseman is a joke. He never replied or even got involved and I have read receipts he seen my emails.Finally after more calls and emails on Black Friday the repair tech comes and fixed the leak but will have to come back to replace the insulation he had to remove.Now in March 2019 the lights are acting up again and I call the service department and email them. Ok we’ll get the light bar ordered again and he’ll get right up there and he’ll also repair the insulation that was damaged from the leak. It’s now July some 4 months again since I called about the lights failing again and getting the insulation replaced. I’ve emailed and called and now nothing. I will be calling Sundance Spas directly now and let them know what a stellar (insert sarcasm) dealer they have with Pool City.Now I have unrepairable damage to my spa because it took them 4 months to come fix the leak all under warrantyBuyer Beware if you need Spa Service

Where do I start!!! My wife and I had talked about getting an above ground pool for a while, but where a little apprehensive. Decided to go in and we spoke with Autumn (sure hope I spelled that right haha). Anyhow she was amazing into answering my hour and a half worth of questions and showing different models/packages. Pool City had hands down the best package that suited our needs. We have since had our installation and Autumn has been there for us every step of the way in making sure we knew how to operate the pump and properly keep chemicals in check. Smooth and easy process.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a Weber grill that side burner doesnt work. Pool city assembled it. When I called about the problem I was told that I live too far away for anyone to come to fix it. I live 9 miles away. He also told me I could bring the grill back for them to look at. I am sick and tired of buying quality items and not receiving customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Huge store, but they dont stock much of anything. Dont stock any parts and seem to only have filters for the pools they sell. The parts they can order have a huge markup.

I have researched a large variety of hot tubs for the last 6 weeks. There are so many different kinds but only a few that will genuinely meet your needs. Ive visited different stores and have wet tested a number of hot tubs. I finally found the best hot tub that money can buy. Nothing came close to the Bullfrog! I was so impressed with the deep, powerful, massaging jets. It was incredible! It was better than the best back rub Ive ever had. Ive had back issues for many years and decided that something needs to be done. The answer is a Bullfrog hot tub. Trust me, Ive done the weeks and weeks of research for you. Youre welcome! ;)Finally, Haim at Pool City-Greensburg was absolutely wonderful. Theres no pressure. He gives you the facts about the product. Then you get in the hot tub and see/feel for yourself! Some of the in-store deals are fantastic. I cant wait for it to be delivered! I truly hope this review is helpful to someone. God bless to all!

Worst experience ever with installation. Pool was bought last year I was told that the problem will be fixed this year and still having a hard time getting someone out here to fix the problem.
