They were prompt and on time, which was great, and the guys were very friendly. However, it cost us $500 for a clogged drain that was never unclogged! They left and the drain was still clogged - we had to call them to come back to correct the problem. Then we discovered when they left again that they didnt bolt our sink back down and the drain was still clogged. So while they seem to be nice people, the quality of work leaves a lot to be desired.Reply to Owners Response: The work was not done under my name, it was in my husbands.

Rick Adams Plumbing was sun contracted to do plumbing work in my shop. One of the original fittings that was used in the public restroom was reused rather than replaced. I was out of town on business when one of my customers called me and informed me that there was water running out the front of my store. I called Rick Adams, spoke to his secretary. He was prompt in calling me back, but immediately without even seeing it that he was not to blame. He then visited my shop to do an inspection. The floor in my building is real wood hand scraped hard wood and had buckled from my entrance way to mid-way through the building. Rick insisted he was not to blame, yet he did the plumbing work and no one else touched it just two days prior. Once pressured to find his integrity he agreed to purchase the replacement flooring for the portion of the building that was damaged and have it installed. Rick did in fact purchase the flooring, I drove two hours away to pick it up. His contractor never showed upon multiple attempts to have the floor fixed. It was a liability to me and distasteful to my customers. Rick Adams did not do the right thing here. I would not recommend him to anyone for the simple reason of his lack of quality workmanship, and poor integrity.

I called and they were able to get to my house quickly to resolve my problem. Very kind and quick. Will definitely use again in the future.

Fast emergency service with a smile

Had a backed up basement floor drain. I called first thing in the morning and they came right out. It was quite the clog, but they never gave up and stayed friendly throughout the whole experience. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Im beyond grateful they were recommended to me. I will never call anyone else!!

Rick himself came out on the same day for non-emergency toilet flush problem. He identified the problem in the neighborhood sewer system and got them out in a hurry to fix that. He then took the amateur plumbing that I had already tried, before calling him, and fixed it. Plus he was courteous and respectful. Couldnt have a higher recommendation.

Always comes out even when calling last minute. Knows his stuff! Reasonable prices as well! Highly recommended.

My husband called and Rick said they would be out the same day. That didnt happen because a job took longer than expected. Rick apologized and said he would be out in the morning. He was there then. He thoroughly explained what could be the problem but when he checked other things he found out that wasnt it. He explained that he would have to go back to the shop to get what he needed. He then called from the shop to tell me he found what he was looking for and he would be back in a few minutes. In all he did a great job! He explains what he is doing which I like. So if you need some plumbing work done I would recommend them.

I called Rick Adams & Sons Plumbing because I had a clogged sink and washer drain that was backed up. I have called other plumbers in the past and they sold me drain cleaner to use, which never took care of it. When Rick Adams called and said they were coming, they were here at the time they said. They cleaned the drain from the washer and sink to the main line and that so far has taken care of the problem. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing issue.

Rick Adams Plumbing really takes care of you. We had a water leak and I called him on Friday and he came right over and checked it out. He then called and had the people come and mark where the undergound wires were at. They came out that day and marked them. If it had been a little earlier in the day Rick could have had us fixed the same day. We are very thankful that he came Monday Morning and got us fixed up and going again. He gets a 150% Recommendation from the Phillipss Again we say thanks Rick and God bless your business.

I could not be happier!! First he call me back right away and then kept communication with me till 811 was done. Then he came out the first thing in the morning to dig up my well and fix my issue. Great customer service and fair pricing.

Wish there was a 0 star option, very dissatisfied with Rick, came out to fix my sump pump with a huge bill. Then when it didnt work right from first fix took me 4 weeks to get them back then an additional huge bill the second time should not have billed me for an ongoing problem. Will no longer be using them.
