I like Penneys. I liked them more when they carried the mens apparel brand St. Johns Bay.Best place to buy high-quality undershirts in regular weight and heavy weight. They are not cheap, but they are high quality.What I dont like about Penneys and practically every department store is the inflated price on the tag that a customer NEVER pays. Sales are continuous and additional coupons savings lower the price more. I recently bought a Polo Association (not Ralph Lauren Polo) casual summer shirt. Tag price $55. I paid $23 and change.Why the charade?Oh, great selection of Pittsburgh sports fan apparel - Pirates, Steelers, Penguins, Pitt, Penn State. Inside is salon, photo studio, and eyeglasses shop.

Womens clothes are a tad odd, but fine.

One of my favorite department stores. And the customer service is excellent. I can always find what I need.

This is a solid department store that has quality clothes in all kinds of sizes. Watch for the coupons. They have everything from gym shorts to suits.

Always like this JCPenney in Westmoreland Mall that has a lot of different selection items Champion Puma Nike and I also have Steelers jerseys but they dont have any other sports teams which is kind of disappointing.

Alot of womens size 4 6 8 and 10. Very little clothing for Bermuda shorts in size 14. Only found 1. Whoever orders needs to offer more for senior citizens. Even online they are out of stock.

Went to the JCP at the Westmoreland Mall in Greensburg Pennsylvania since ours closed in are area. Good day of shopping, great selections and service. Many other stores to shop at and a good food court. They also have a nice little casino with restaurant and bar.

Ending up paying at least twice as much as I thought it would be. Need a detailed bill which I did not receive. My insurance is supposef to pay for an exam and your company would not accept it. probably will not return for glasses again....

Refused to put a watch battery in a watch covered under warranty claiming they can’t touch the watch because of Covid restrictions BUT it”s OK to allow customers to try on rings and other jewelry. This is why they are closing stores.

Not like it used to be... not as much stock (especially fashion jewelry or shoes) or sale prices. Seems dead inside... its such a shame. Used to be able to spend a few hours inside now its more in and out. Stick to their online store.

Am upset Penneys is closing..Ive always shopped there and liked their selection of clothes..was always able to find clothes for a good price and good choices...

Very few people there to help. Purchase three bathing suits the week prior and the cashier left security tags on two of them. The one that they did remove the security tag I took the tag off and so they would not let me return it it was just a top. They seem not to care very much about the fact that no one took the security tags off. There was one nice lady that directed me where to go. The person in return seemed overwhelmed so I didnt make an issue about the bathing suit top. These are hard times for everyone I realize but its also frustrating.

Dont buy jewelry that needs sized. I bought a ring that needed sized and one week later my card was charged. Three weeks later Im still waiting for it. When I checked all I got was that it was the jewelers fault and a sarcastic sorry.

Would like to see a bigger selection of junior clothing couldnt find anything at this location to purchase

The store is well set up and a lot of choices but its not the same as it was 10 years ago. Quality of the clothes seem down a bit and prices are all over the place.

This store has changed huge over the years... However there value, people, and as I grew... The big and tall section is the best in the tri-state area. Very clean and staff very helpful.

I had to return part of 2 different orders and swap out and repurchase another. I am here to say that Dana who handled my transaction was phenomenal!!!! She actually took her time & actually saved me more money than I initially thought would happen. Plus she checked our JCP rewards and found additional savings. It took a little longer for the 2 transactions but she did it with a happy smile friendly attitude. She went above and beyond for us in turn my wife & I will be doing more business with JCP in the future for sure. Thanks Dana.

They were having a sale on shoes the day I stopped by. I got a nice pair of shoes at a decent price. I would go back.

The coupons they hand out for their black Friday sale is the reason I go. I wish they didnt start the sale so early as it does interfere with Thanksgiving with the family. I would recommend going back to early Friday morning or at least late on Thanksgiving evening.

They have such great sales. Was able to get 2 pairs of jeans for our oldest grandson in the mens section plus 3 shirts, pkg. Of Nike black socks, pkg of 6 boxer briefs, pair of shorts & 4 other shirts in the boys section for our 11 year old grandson for less the $50 total. I love coming here because Ive always find such great sales. And now they also have carts.

I walk through this store almost every time I visit the mall yet I dont ever leave the store with a purchase. The prices are usually kind of high for my liking and the selection is okay but not so much my taste. There are two floors with plenty of merchandise to browse. The top floor is dedicated to womens clothing and merchandise and the bottom floor being dedicated to mens.

Store opens at 11am. Only one door is open at East side. Inventory low at some departments. Found what we needed.

They had side entrance closedBut knowone knew till they walked up accrosrd the parking lot to a tiny door sign, that then could be read. Very bad way to handle this. Many got back in their cars and left. How stupid of Pennys Management!????
