Nicole and Allie S were very sweet, polite, and helpful. Answers all the questions we had and even helped us maximize our discount to its fullest potential. Wonderful store but it is not the store itself that would make me come back. I mean dont get me wrong lots of cool choices but the employees are what make the experience and the women helping me today is what made the experience a memorable one. Thanks again ladies for all the help

Went down hill used to be the coolest place to shop to trendy now

Had what my husband wanted. But waiting for someone to ring us up was challenging. Lot of people working there to busy taking to each other.

The worker at this location was very rude to me and my friends. We wanted to make one last stop at the mall before closing, and as it was a few minutes before closing, he refused to let us in. When we tried walking in, the guy yelled with a rude tone across the store “We’re closed! You can’t just come in here!” I get the frustration but we weren’t going to stay long, and that just isn’t how retail, or ANY store works. I wonder if he does this to every customer coming in right before closing. I’m a long time customer at hot topic stores but needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

Clothing store at Westmoreland Mall. Geared to younger people, trending items like Disney, Anime, Rick & Morty, etc.

Its a nice little Hot Topic, everything you would expect. My only complaint really is the return policies, but thats not their fault. The people working there are usually pretty nice. All in all a pretty good store, would go again.

Employees are always nice and welcome you into the store. They always have some pretty good deals going on whether it be with t-shirts or their clearance. I also love the mystery bags they do theyre so fun! They Rewards program is great as well need a $5 bonus for signing up with email of $5 on your anniversary of your sign up in a $5 on your birthday! He also send you exclusive deals which is great. I love going in their employees are always so helpful!

Went into the store on Sunday afternoon with my mask on ( because Ive been in the store with my mask on before and I know they want you to wear one). Nicole comes over to me and says your mask must be over your nose. I said respectfully back, my mask is on and Im socially distance from people as my wife and I were one of the only ones in the store. So I asked her name and right away she was like and Ill go get my bosses number. Like Im actually surprised how fast she thought of that. I can tell shes done that before. This is a power grab is what she is doing. I can understand if I did not have my mask on but to come over to me when Im wearing my mask she was just picking a fight.

My wife, my daughter and I attempted to purchase several items here today. My wife & daughter had a mask on. I however cannot were a mask due to a disability that causes great discomfort and severe breathing issues.Hannah, the store manager approached us and threatened my wife and daughter that she was going to call security to have us removed from her store. My wife politely informed her of my disability. Hannah refused to listen. I politely tried to inform the young lady that she is refusing service to someone based on thier disability. I informed her that was against the law which is clearly defined under the A.D.A. Guidelines. She kept threating to call security and raising her voice in an attempt to embarrass me and bring unwanted and unnecessary attention to my disability.I could have stayed and fought with an uneducated young lady named Hannah but I chose to be a patriot and walk outside.I have since filed an official complaint with the Department of Justice. I CANT WAITBTOBSEE THE LOOK ON HER FACE WHEN THE DISTRICT MANAGER RECEIVES THE $75,000 fine attached to this BLATANT disregard for my Rights and obvious lack of respect for my disability!!!Hopefully this is thier 1st offense. Otherwise the fine will be double.I hope your Supervisors stand by your misinformed and uneducated decision HANNAH!!

Store wise it was okay, clean and staff was great, but the product in general just sucks anymore. I used to buy dresses and a lot of doctor who merch but there was nothing good this last time I was there.

My family loves the anime section. I think the regulations on the Hot Cash is a little excessive though!

Seems to explode with one trend and remove a lot of the classic always trendy music clothing of all genres, yet still over priced and now trying to talk u into buying stapled shopping bags with a surprise of random merchandise they probably couldnt sell.

A cool place to work and to shop. They always have great band tees. They also have a nice variety of jewelry (both body jewelry and regular things like necklaces etc.). Overall I usually love most of their merchandise, but I also do feel that a lot of things tend to be overpriced.

I love this place and the girls who work there. The store manager is amazing and the assistant manager is just as amazing. This is my favorite HT to go to and no other ones measure up this one.

My go to to find anything disney related close by.

Alot of graphic tees with sturdy graphics that wont easily peel off

I like that Hot Topic keeps up with current trends and the pop culture and usually has a selection of items relevant to whats currently trending or in theaters. It can feel a bit crowded at times with how vast a selection they have in at a time. Premium prices but there are discounts and sales to be on the watch for but the prices are to be expected for official brand name items.

Great place for novelties from your favorite shows

Has always been a good store but seems to be falling being in times and dont really care about the customers and what they want music is where its at but hey thats just me.

Employees are usually really nice. I feel like its gotten really expensive and dont have as much variety of well known popular stuff but more of a bunch of off the wall things.

The store itself is very crowded with merchandise. This is both a blessing and a curse as the selection is large but if there is more than 4 people in the store it feels like they are over capacity. The staff is always friendly and I do not feel pressured while I am shopping. The prices are a bit high and buying anything at regular price is a mistake as they are constantly running sales and promotions.

Great stuff, up to date on all of the latests trends as well as has all of the kool little hickie doodles, and thing a mabibs too...Super quick service, friendly staff, that look cute as well as fit into the scenery of the store... Not the school teacher dressed up going to work in a hot topic scene...hahaha Its nice to go to a store and you can see what you are buying on someone... Great job guys I WOULD NOT CJANGE A THING KEEP ROCKING THE WORLD ...
