I stopped going to the Greensburg Walmart... Because its trashy, and they never have anything on the shelves. I used to love going. I actually hate the thoughts of going there anymore. I also tried to load a picture, and it will not let me load a picture of all the empty shelves. Funny how that happens.

Customer service has no patience. After waiting in line for 20 minutes. Just to return a cell phone wireless charger that didnt work. The lady ask if I would want it back on my card or cash. I said back on my card unless it takes 5-7 business days. Before I got it all out she had done pushed the card button. Then replies with theres nothing she can do about it now. Good thing this wasnt a nuke button. Poor customer service at this walmart.

Its a Walmart. Normal business. Normal I dont care about my job attitude from the employees. Normal Im better than everyone else in this store attitude from customers. Again, its a Walmart :|

Super Center Walmart is a very good store. They usually always have what you need. Their prices arent to expensive. Their products are very good. And they are one of the only shopping stores close to Jeannette Pa. I really, really like them alot.

Have to admit, management did call all register trained associates to the front to process the lines, but not until they were quite long. I was able to find an associate that could answer my question. Probably my best Walmart experience.

This has literally turned into one of the worst Walmart locations. Nothing is ever in stock on the grocery side. There are never any carts available but the cart boys are always sitting there on their phones. I’ll do my best to avoid this store. Didn’t think it could be any worse than North Versailles or West Mifflin.

Never enough cashiers. Stock piled up between isles and in isles. Always out of essentials it seems. If theyre not open 24 hours anymore, then that gives their employees 8 hours to stock. No reason why they should be doing it during business hours or that it should be clogging the walkways. Go back to 24 hours. Some of us need to shop night because of work schedules. I get an hour if that to do my shopping. Frustrating

I bought waterproof stain for my gazabo.I got 3 gallons and they were 15.97 each. I ran out to buy 2 more gallons and they raised the price to 20.97 only 2 days later. So I went to the Greensburg walmart and got it for 16.14. Wow went up 5.00 in 2 days.

I mean it is Walmart. A cookie cutter store. I have not had any bad experience there. The staff is friendly. Prices fair. Any problems I could list is not the staff/store fault. Being out of stock is a universal problem. They were on the ball when the virus hit hard. Helping the public stay safe when shopping.

I was just shocked to see the lack of canned cat food on the shelves, which are normally loaded up. It was an eye opening experience.

I love Walmart! They have just about everything. Its fast and convenient. I can do my groceries and other shopping all in one place!

Im not wild for big stores ever and especially these days, but had a great experience in the sporting goods department with manager Claire. Despite my information not popping up in the system, the Game website crashing and some rude customer that kept thinking I was lesser of a human being to be waited on and that she deserved to be waited on before me when I was about 10 minutes before her (she wouldnt shut her trap for 10 solid minutes either), Claire managed to get me my first fishing license in a fair amount of years.She was friendly, patient, cool and taking it on all fronts, and not only managed to wait on me but also go deal with the customer that was so ignorant that they think the entire world should stop for their whim. I hate people like that, cant stand em, Claire on the other hand did awesome work, in the order it came to her, short-handed, in this currently mad world. Good job Claire. Lookin forward to some fishing again!

Most people are friendly, but like Clearfield Walmart, not everything on your list will be here. More then you can find at other Wal-Marts!

Can you please open up an express lane for customers that have cash only its pretty sad to be able to come into the store grab a few things and take over 25 minutes to 30 minutes to check out Ive had to leave multiple times. Im a very patient person but it when it comes to just trying to get through a grocery store without being there any longer than I have to we should least have an option. It reflects on the management if they dont realize customers are not being helped out properly at the registers its up to them

I just got my grocery delivery from this store. Items were removed from the order with the reason explained that they were not in the store. When the items that were listed in the order were delivered there were items missing. I called the store to see about the possibility of getting refunded the roughly $25 for the missing items and sat on hold for 10 minutes. Was then told to call another phone number.My last order was left on the curb without any notification to me other than a text saying it was delivered. Happened to find them before anybody else did.Lesson learned.

Its Walmart, but a clean one. The bathroom has enough room to turn in the stall, oh my! It was clean too. The store is well stocked and clean.

Bakery section gets 5 stars hands down, theyre always good with my requests and know how to make just what Im looking for! & The new dept supervisor is awesome 😎

So many areas on the shelves were empty. I realize we have a pandemic but people still need to buy groceries. Disappointed when they dont have what I need. They need more cashiers, too! Lines way too long.

This place is wonderful they changed my oil and my tires it was a very successful operation. And oh the people, the ones I interacted with were so very pleasant nobody yelled at me. There is one tech there that is good at what he does..I wish I knew his name. He use to have long hair, he’s the cool one. Anyway he’s the one you want. Walmart Auto Care Center at Greensburg Walmart is the best one around u should go there and get something done

This was my first time at the Greensburg Walmart. I must say, I liked it so much more than the one closer to my home (North Versailles). Although they carry the same items, I found it to be a better experience. Most of the patrons were considerate of their fellow shoppers and the employees I interacted with were more helpful and friendly. Its an additional 20 minutes away, but Ill be shopping there again.

Walked in and found everything we needed fast. It was a quick 20 minutes around the store. Only because we had to go from one end to the other but we got everything fast and was in and out.

Super Walmart...very busy, but ugly have everything in stock. Most if the staff is helpful...not your warm and fuzzy helpful, but helpful all the same.

Great place to shop but could use some more cashiers

First time I had been there for an online pickup order. Wasnt sure where to park. An irritated person directed me to the back of the building.( But to be fair, I pulled in to the law enforcement only area because I couldnt read the sign!) Once I arrived it was easy. Signs with reserved spots to park with a phone number to call made it simple. The delivery person came within several minutes (even though they told me they were backed up and it may take awhile when I called.) He was very polite and helpful.

This Walmart is always well stocked. Never had a problem with this one.

I ve had to many bad encounters with crazy people at this store. I have now developed a phobia when going to that store. It attracks a low class of people. The store is unorganized n dirty to me. The clothes suck at that store. I went to a much cleaner, nicer store in Altoona. I realky have never liked the Greensburg Walmart. I do not frequent it there. Now because of last episode there i definitely will not go back to that particular store. Mt Pleasant is much cleaner n doesnt attracted crazy people

Very busy but they have more than most Walmarts. The biggest issue I have with this and other Walmart stores is the employees stocking the carts for pickup completely block the aisles and do not get out of the way.This issue has dropped Walmart in ratings for me since this practice started. For one, it adds time to the shopping trip. The bigger issue is safety. If there is ever an emergency that requires fast egress, these carts completely block escape routes.

Be careful when using Walmart Plus at this store. They will take your order and then never make the delivery.

Wow super nice clean stocked store. I wish all stores would go back to sanitizing and cleaning. I still wear my mask, Im not comfortable with some people who putting others at risk, starting with basic cleaning of things we have to touch?

Got what I need however I get they need to restock but the block almost every aisle then start unloading. Could barely get to what I needed.

One of the better Walmarts. Clean, stocked, and mostly friendly associates. Ive had no problems with Walmart and their mask policies, because they simply ask if I have a medical issue, and I tell them yes (which I do), and they leave me alone. I take away 1 star due to corporate policies slowly going down the leftist drain, and how theyve been putting dollars and politics before customers and America.

Pick up is terrible now have to go behind the store to pick up something, then you call the number and most of the time no one answers, then seems to have to wait forever to get just one thing which is what I order

This store has really gone downhill. Many shelves are bare and the associates picking items are rude. One ran over my foot and when I yelled, she ran through the door by the eggs in the bsck to get away. No Im sorry.

The Greensburg Walmart appeared to be well stocked, but our experience with numerous associates was very unfavorable. My husband is disabled due to a stroke. Before we even entered the store, there were no handicap spots, which is true of most businesses. There are never enough. There was only one motor cart available as we entered. The battery died in the back of the store about 30 minutes later. I asked an associate to please radio for a replacement, which he did. 30 minutes later, no cart, no associate. My husband is embarrassed and uncomfortable. I go up front and ask 2 more associates for help, then the return desk. She seemed angry and stated she was trying to find a manager. She grabbed a cashier and told her to go find a cart and take it to him. I started to follow the cashier who stopped to chat with another associate. Tired, hot, and worried about leaving him alone, I went to get a cart, finding none. I grabbed a wheelchair and left my groceries up front. It was a struggle to move my husband from the cart to the wheelchair, and no less than 4 associates walked right by like we werent even there. I parked him at customer service to check out. I would have just left my stuff by this point, but we needed it so I checked out. This cashier was curt but no necessarily rude. She was bagging the items, spinning the bag rack with considerable force. I am a transplant survivor. As I reached for a full bag, she spun the bag rack very hard and caught me in my scar. I gasped and started to cry. She never said a word. Then there was a wait to find a surly lot attendant to help me get my husband and my buggy to the car. He left, didnt take the wheelchair. Just left us there. I dont expect to be catered to but a little humanity would be nice. I have never been treated with so much apathy in my life. We are new to being disabled, it is very difficult to get around in a world that is not set up to make it easier for you. I wrote to Walmart.com and received a very generic letter of apology. They really didnt care. My side was sore for days. And my husband was so embarrassed to be stranded alone for what ended up being an hour or more. It would be nice to be treated with some kindness. I will never go there again.

The store had everything in the canned and packaged aisles and the fresh meat and frozen foods areas. The deli and produce areas were not well stocked, this is unusual for this store.

The front of house cashier was awesome. And although most times when we visit we have good experiences, the gentleman working electeonics on this particular visit was so rude that I purchased my electronic item from amazon and paid more

A larger Walmart. Produce was fresh and plentiful. Found all items I came for. Bless her heart the cashier was very slow but looked my age and Im sure she HAD to work to supplement her income and Im so thankful that Walmart is there to give jobs to ladies and gentlemen like her.

This Wal-Mart is a little out of the way for me. I mean it is 18 miles, when I have one that is 6. But this one is so much cleaner, bigger, very well stocked, wider isles, larger variety, did I say cleaner....

Layaway for Xmas sounds amazing, but in general shopping at certain walmarts is a complete hassle. The lines have a long wait, or the crates in the aisles just left for another day make it difficult to maneuver through the store

I had to get new tires on my vehicle and the girl who waited on me was AWESOME! She was polite, courteous, helpful and knew what she was doing! I dont know alot about vehicles and she explained everything to me so I was aware of my options. Anytime Ive shopped at this Walmart, Ive always had polite cashiers.

Well I love shopping at Walmart. I cant always drive so I shop from home.

Went for jewelry had to wait at counter for over ten minutes and paged someone multiple times waiting on service.

I was very disappointed with Walmart at this visit. They didnt have one cart in the store had to go back out to get one. There hardly was any food in the freezers.

The store itself is great. Massive variety of products at reasonable prices, and friendly staff. However, mask compliance and enforcement is sorely lacking.

Ok walmart. Friendly employees, much different from other walmarts that I have been to in more urban areas.

I dont mind this wakmart but it seems like they never restock the shelves. There are a lot of things that they are out of constantly and the main department is sporting goods. It is April and fishing season is here. They sold out of several items and STILL have not restocked the shelves almost a month later. Its really forcing me to shop online. So I hope they get it together or its just not worth it to evan go there.

I had a appointment for my first Covid shot, they asked olive it was a first or second shot. When I got there, and checked in they said they wouldnt take me, because they were prioritizing people who were getting second shots. They said I could try again another day. That was a waste of time on my one day off. What was the point of the appointment?

I had to find an associate because it wasnt obvious (to me, at least) where in this 10 acre (kidding) store, I would find this product. I found an associate, but had to wait for her to finish helping other customers. Once available, another associate happened to walk by, and helped the first associate. We found what I wanted, with some variety choices and at great prices. Good outcome overall.

This is a very large store so you can probably find whatever youre looking for. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because, like most Walmarts, they are often out of stock on various items.

I hate this store. Every time I come in here I have a bad experience. The last 2 times I came in the thing I needed was in a locked case and I pushed the button for assistance and no one came. Idk why I keep giving this store second chances. Im done!

They had a decent selection, it was fairly clean, the cashier was very nice and was fast. Overall it was a good experience.

Its not horrible, almost everything is on the shelves. Clothing section is usually a mess. New to the area so I cant tell if its because theres no overnights, or if this is the Walmart that corporate isnt going to spend money to maintain.

We were not there for grocery pickup by curb side pickup for non grocery items. Told to park in parking spot A,B,C or D, however there were no spots labeled as such. Asked grocery pickup, rep said park in fron of the white signs, there were no white signs. Went in Walmart and went to customer order pickup. Sign said call a number, recieved a voice mail to leave a message. Asked 3 employees for assistance all said i am off the clock and walked away, I asked the manager where was curbside pickup, she stated she didnt know, did I try grocery pickup. I explained and she had me drive back to grocery pickup where they looked for our order. We did receive our order however we were there 35 minutes for them to figure out how they do business. Not impressed. Grocery rep stated maybe the white signs blew away.

Ill never understand why they have limited checkout lanes open, no matter what time or day Im there. Especially when they have staff that dont look busy enough that they couldnt open another line or two from time to time.

Parking lot pickup is very slow and takes very long! I’m a doordasher and my customers where very upset that it took forever!!! Problem is they where mad at me where they should be angry at Walmart for how slow they are! This is why I go out of my way to go to Irwin Walmart!

I just got new tires was having an issue with one of the tires. they checked it out for me and did not charge me anything. Thats what I call good customer service.
