I went into the Greensburg store to buy a thermostat for our car and Rob gave me some help and explained it to me so that I could understand what to do. I am mechanically talented and it was easy to understand what he was telling me. Then after I got home and worked on the car I called back and spoke to him and he gave me even more help over the phone. Rob is a very knowledgeable and VERY kind and helpful. I wish more parts stores had employees like him. I give him a 12 out of 10 for customer service. I will go to this store for more help with my cars in the future. Thank you.

Great Auto parts store. Would have bet the farm that my battery was dead and needed a new one. However, I had the time so I dropped it off and they put it on a long deep charge and checked it the next day when I picked it up. Battery was good after all and they didnt charge me anything for the service, cant find that kind of service anymore

Denied full refund of loaner tool, even though on their web site it continues stating Full refund with return. To purchuse the item, I used my credit card. But shoudnt they be able to identfy the usage of my card in thier computer systems?! Many other stores have used this method. Ive been a long time customer going there for years. Ive used their service of tool loaner before, never had to have the paper receipt. When i got the tool, the counter person NEVER SAID without the paper receipt i would only get store credit. Or Sir, we have a new loaner tool policy. AT A COST OF $248 dollars, THIS IS WRONG on any level!!! Ill go to a store that will never take advantage of their now lost customer! I would like a FULL REFUND not STORE CREDIT.

I had stopped at advance Auto parts immediately after I needed to jump start my car. The gentleman behind the counter happily checked my battery for me and was honest about my battery still being fine. He could have simply lied and sold me a battery but instead pointed me in the right direction. This service makes me want to go back for my other automotive needs.

Stopped to get windshield wiper at 8:10 pm...didnt realize they were closed..they closed at 8pm. So when my husband tried to open the door, the workers inside were laughing and pointing at us, bc you know, how funny is that? So we went across the street, and were treated professionally, from their competition, Auto Zone. Never again Advance Auto, who is laughing and pointing now?

I dont come often as the prices are cheaper at Walmart for most things. Even though the air filters and oil filters are on the sales floor its just for show. It is no longer self serve you have to go to the counter for a filter. Recently remodeled.

Its a lot better since that women that worked there left. She was extremely rude and unprofessional... She would wait on a good looking man before helping out a woman or someone else.

Well Greensburg location is absolutely terrible not like the good old days when they had good workers . Bunch of young kids working here who havent worked on a car in there life . Will never go there again. Youngwood location I great!

Stopped Saturday in to buy a battery because it was dead. I walked in at 845 pm not one person spoke a younger guy was counting the drawer. About 4 to 5 minutes passed and an older man asked if I needed any help . I told him I needed a new battery. He told me that the kind of battery I asked for he would have to take off the grill and he did not have the right tools to do it . I then asked him if there were any batteries I could buy to get one installed . He said “No “ per their policy he could not no this . I believe it was because it was raining and they were trying to close the store . I left and went to O Riley’s down the road and they installed it in 5 minutes without taking off the grill there was actually no grill to take off . If you are a woman don’t go there you will be blown off ! I will never be back and O Riley’s has me as I lifetime customer for I am grateful to them for their help !

Talked to head office about a return. I went to the store with ticket number and just asking for credit towards parts, not cash refund. The workers were unkind and very much in a hurry to say no. Did not even try to help. Will not go back. I will

I went in there and was asking for prices on a couple parts that I need and the one I was asking about was my window motor and he was asking me telling me that I dont have one and then finally I guess you look somewhere else then he saw that it was and so really he did not know the parts and I of the vehicle and then the other thing is their prices were way out of the world everybody that I called was way cheaper than them
