After weeks of shopping around and dealing with a lot of sales people, I came back here to buy in part because I had a great experience with the sales team. I never once felt pressured or rushed like I did everywhere else. They were very friendly and accommodating, never tried to have me make a decision and sign anything on the spot. The price of the vehicle I bought was outstanding as well.
The Receptionist in the office is disrespectful and rude. I called in to ask a question and she talked down to me the entire time. Then when I went into the office she had a Bad Attitude and it seemed like I was a bother to her. Disrespectful staff and Unprofessional Behavior. WOULDNT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! 👎👎👎

Had a recall repair for the air bag and when leaving I noticed grease prints all over my dash a screw on the floor for the glove box and 2 screws missing from the glove box. Not professional at all. Now I have to go back to show this and get it resolved and I live a good distance from them so the cost of gas they will not cover made this a expensive trip.
I purchased a new car from here when Hyundai bought back my old vehicle due to a safety issue. Jim worked with me to get a fair deal on the best vehicle for my family. A month later I met with Jay in the Encore program who as able to answer my most complex questions. Fast forward to an issue with my Subaru and I have a service appointment the next day. It was supposed to be for a quick diagnostic. 38 minutes after drop off I am told they are almost done replacing the defective part. I explained I need to pick up my kids from daycare as it was only supposed to be diagnostic. The service advisor Jason apologized and offered me a loaner vehicle. Before I knew it the service technician was done with my vehicle, had it washed and ready to go. I didnt even need the loaner as they finished the repair in under a hour. Sendell has shown me that I made the correct choice in buying from them.

They were completely unprofessional after a 45 mile drive to pick up overpriced parts I arrived at 5 to 10 minutes before theyre closing time only to find if they had locked up and left the high point was a young lady I believe was the general receptionist and another young man tried very hard to help me but couldnt find anybody left in the department and it wasnt even closing time yet it cost me money it cost me time and I had to pay employees to wait for me to return with parts that I could not pick up lost a customer and all respect for zendell motors inc. if you advertise and quote a Time that you will be closing you should at least be available until that moment

We needed service done because the check engine light had come on in our vehicle. (Thats a whole other story - Volkswagens warranty is a joke and you can plan on making numerous calls and spending hours on hold) So we contacted Sendell and left a message to see when we could bring the vehicle in. 2 days go by and we dont hear back. So I call them and I get someone on the phone who tells me that he cant get the vehicle in for a couple of weeks. I totally understand if a place is busy - good for them. However it is a bit frustrating that we cant even get a phone call back to say that they are backed up - hence my rating. After we learned how long it would be, we ended up going to Cochran who was communicative and able to get us in quickly.
So... Today I took my 2019 VW Bug out for an oil change....as I did the previous Tuesday when I took my 2018 VW Bug for an oil change...and yet again the previous Tuesday when the 2014 VW Bug needed an oil change as well!!!The service was SUPER as usual ...Competent, reliable and friendly from the service to the mechanics to the Sales Personnel and the Ownership here at Sendell Volkswagen!!!They are my GO TO for all my VW BG needs!!! Always will be!!!

My mom bought a brand new car from here and said that after not long some light came on the dashboard about tire pressure and something else too. She wanted to make an appointment but she said they didnt have an opening for like 2 weeks. She asked if they expect her to drive around with these lights on and if one of them can just take a quick look at it. She told me they would not budge so she doesnt know what to do now. Also, several months ago I had a meeting with Jay to go over the features in my new car. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my array of questions. I had an overall wonderful experience while buying my car with Denny the salesmen and returning for services on my vehicle.
I bought my Jetta there a year and a half ago. Their service department is a joke. They changed the oil twice there and both times the oil tech forgot to reset the oil indicator. If you need service on your VW take it elsewhere. They do not care about the customer. I called and talked to them and the manager basically just blew me off like he did not care. Tried to claim the oil indicator failed over the phone. I will never step foot on any of Sendell’s dealerships again. This is very poor business.

After totaling our Hyundai our daughter told us we must get a Subaru because of the reliability, all wheel drive and the high safety ratings. Our 3 grandchildren spend a lot of time with us and we are constantly driving them all around. We arrived at Sendell Subaru and were promptly greeted by Shelly Catanzano. She showed us the different models and we decided on the Forester. They didnt have what we wanted in a dark interior (the kids), but quickly got one for us. Shelly went over all of the figures and we were very pleased with great pricing without the usual back and forth. A few days later we picked the car up and she went over all of the operating features and we were on our way. A few days later we were contacted by Jay and he reviewed the features and answered all of our new questions. It was a very pleasant buying experience.
We met with Jay yesterday for the Subaru Love Encore Program. He was friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions and showed us features of our new car that we were unaware of. Would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment for the program!
During the COVID -19 crisis we purchased a vehicle online. We have never done that before and to our surprise, the last piece of paper that we signed ( once we got to Sendell in Greensburg) to finalize the purchase was not what we originally agreed upon. The terms had changed without us being told. The percentage rate changed and we were promised 3 months payment deferment ( which we were relying heavy on during this time) was not honored. The internet sales person that we worked with offered a buying proposal that the sales associate onsite did not even have. Very disappointing.
It took nearly two months of my telephone prompting to set up an appointment to install a safety-related retrofit to my Jetta Sportwagen. Unbelievably, upon arriving for my appointment, the service consultant informed me that they had lost the specially-ordered retrofit kit. Great. Ive wasted the better part of a day. A second appointment was eventually made. This time, the dealer installed the retrofit kit. Later that same day, I picked up my car and drove off. Seventy miles down the road, I smelled antifreeze. I pulled off the road in the dark and raise the hood to find the cap missing from the coolant reservoir and laying in the cowl space. I also saw several hose retaining clips hanging loose under the engine cover that the VW technician failed to install as part of the retrofit installation procedure, and that there are metal shavings laying around the engine bay. Obviously, the end-of-task clean-up and quality-check were omitted

My wife and I bought our new Subaru at Sendell a few weeks ago. Its our first Subaru we owned and so far we love it better than any new car we have owned. It came with all the bells and whistles that one could ever want including the eye sight safety technology. The eye sight technology takes safety to a new level. It helps brake and steer the car in emergencies among other great safety features . Today I met with Jay Stulbarg, the Delivery Specialist, who took the time to go over each of the bells and whistles in Great Detail. First I want to say thank you Jay for being so nice and humorous throughout the tour. It was fun and very knowledgeable. Jay made sure that I understood everything completely and knew how to use all of the great options on our car. Sendell calls this the Subaru Love Encore Program and its used to help make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about your car and its options. I can honestly say that no other car dealership, in my experience, has ever done this before. Usually your so wore out and confused the day you purchase a vehicle that you forget a lot about the technical stuff. This program lets you get comfortable with your car for a few weeks and brings you back to explain all the options again and answer your questions. And that is what Jay exactly did. Sendell definitely took the car buying experience up a notch by offering this program. Thank you Sendell Motors and great job Jay!

Got charged $50 for a scan and was told that there was no issue. 2 hours later the EPC light came on. And I am back here again. The car is under warranty. Why was I charged $50 for the scan. And why in the hell did I have to come back if everything was ok despite my telling them their was something wrong. Finding a new dealership after this. Not happy
Sendell put me in what I could afford, found what I liked, and didnt try to push me in anything other than what I could do. They even remembered I didnt like red. Our salesman Josh was GREAT this is the second car I bought from him, very helpful and knowledgeable about his cars.

We talked to three different dealerships before deciding to go with Sendell. We were practically jumping up and down, ready to buy the vehicle but two of the dealers never reached back out to me after we first talked like they said they would. The third we found to be unprofessional and still lacked the communication that we wanted, only getting back to us at the last hour they were open when they would be closed the next day. So we had heard good things about Sendell and decided to go. We were quickly and kindly greeted by Dave Maraney who helped us get our car. He had to call around to bring in the vehicle and it took about a week because it was a rare vehicle with the features we wanted and Dave kept us updated every single day until he found our vehicle and it was on the way. Dave was extremely friendly and professional, going above and beyond for us. I have already highly recommended Dave and Sendell to a handful of people.

Not sure yet. The salesman got our sale because he actively reached out to us after our online inquiry. With so many choices, him calling pulled us in.That being said, odd vibe there. No warm fuzzies. We asked for a cup holder to be fixed ( hey, I have kids!) and we came to an agreement with the dealer, which they have not yet honored. No response to email or text.Also, no owners manual AND ONE KEY. WHERE IS MY SECOND KEY?? $212 to get a second key. Wt???

Having driven fleet cars for many years I have been used to being treated as a nuisance when picking up my vehicle, this caused me to dread these pick-ups and to not want to do business with those dealerships that treated me so poorly. My experience with Sendell was so refreshing as I was treated as a valued client from the very start. I did not end up purchasing from Sendell VW, but all of my interactions were positive. Dave Gaia was very great to interact with. He was friendly, honest, and not pushy at all, unlike many other dealerships I visited. He took the time to give me long test drives in the two cars I was interested in, which were clean and in seemingly great condition (again, unlike other dealerships I visited). If you are interested in a VW, I would certainly recommend talking to Dave.

Today was my second purchase from them in a year. The sales people (David Gaia) are freindly, and dont pressure you. Was looking at a new Beetle and the sales man also suggusted a used one they just got in at a good price (which I ended up getting). The service depart has been wonderfull with any services on our previous bug. I highly recommend that if your looking for new or used to give them a shot first.
When I first bought my car I was thrilled with Sendell but after a light came on I took it in to get scanned. All it was was my gas cap and they wanted to charge me 40 some dollars for the code scan. Never mentioning once it would cost a thing. You can go anywhere else and have scans done for nothing, silly me for assuming that but it should have been mentioned it wasnt free. After trying to bring this up they just said that if I wanted my car to just pay. I did and left. I immediately contacted Mittsubishi and a refund was promptly given and an additional 20$ off my next service was also included. Shady and unless its warranty related I will never return to Sendelll
Highly recommend that you go back for the tech overview. Jay Stulbarg did a great job explaining all the tech specs on our 2017 Forester. Found out things we didnt know we needed to know! Super helpful. Definitely worth the time and not to mention the 50$ gas card.

Shout out to Sendell Suburu! I was 360 miles from home and a bunch of warning lights popped up on my dash. I pulled in at 9 am on a Monday, They ran a diagnostic and it was simply the gas cap not tightened properly. Thank you, fine folks at Sendell Suburu for getting me back on the road within 30 minutes!

Boyfriend took his Jetta here with a coolant leak. $120.00 to tell him that we see that coolant was leaking from somewhere - but, its not leaking now. Said they couldnt find the leak - please. We wont be back.

My first car purchase with Sendell was a great experience. I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and absolutely love it. My sales rep, Joshua, was very friendly and attentive to my needs when making a decision on the car to purchase. He was very helpful with setting me up initially with the car and explained a lot of the features and workings. The financial paperwork signing and explainations went fast. The people in the Service department were very helpful when setting up an appointment for a remote start installation. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and the installation itself took less than an hour. I went back after a few weeks of owning the car to meet with Jay for an extensive, yet quick, detailed information session on the functions inside the car. I learned more about the car and how to operate some cool features. My overall experience was very pleasant. Everyone I came in contact with were great!

TLDR; My Jetta had extensive wiring repairs here that took way too long, and during the process the dealership damaged my car. When I confronted them, they denied it. Saw my regular mechanic who confirmed my suspicion. DO NOT GO HERE.If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My Volkswagen Jetta was towed here last summer for fairly extensive repairs because it was the closest dealership. My engine had been a feast for some small rodent, and a ton of wiring and basically all of the insulation was chewed through.First, the repairs took over a month, which seemed excessive. I called at least once a week for updates, which were uninformative, and there was always something mentioned about having to order new parts. I was given four separate estimates for when the repairs would be done, and each time the date came, it would get pushed back again.When I was finally able to pick up my car, I checked under the hood, and there were several places that they hadnt bothered to replace the chewed insulation. I pointed them out, but the technicians said that it was unnecessary to replace those places because they didnt pose a safety risk. Ok.. but you were just paid several thousand dollars to fix all the parts that were damaged. I expect you to replace all the parts. I wasnt willing to fight about it though, and I was relieved to have my car back after such a long time, so I just dropped it and left.A week or so later, I opened the back door of my car, and when I tried to close it again, I discovered that a part of the plastic lining around the seats had popped up and was blocking the door from closing, rendering one of my back doors basically unusable. I had to roll the window down, hold the plastic part down so I could close the door, and then roll the window back up.I peeked behind the plastic part to see what was back there, and what do you know, its wiring. So I drove all the way back out to Sendell to ask them about it. They didnt even look at it before saying they didnt do it. I forced them to come look at it, and again they said they couldnt have possibly done that, that they were only working in the engine. They offered to do a very expensive replacement of the whole part, costing somewhere in the thousands, which I refused.Heres the thing - this part doesnt just pop up on its own. Someone had to pry it open. Its taken me a few months to get around to it, but I finally went to my regular mechanic and asked him about it. He took my whole back seat apart and confirmed that the pins that keep the part in place were snapped from force. He said the only way it could have happened is if someone pried the part up, probably using a metal tool. Mysteriously, the part covering some wiring pops up after a dealership works on replacing my wiring, and they expect me to believe it happened all by itself?I paid $100 for my regular mechanic to hammer the plastic back in place so I can at least close my back door, but he said that theres a possibility itll pop up again. Theres no way that this dealership didnt cause this damage to my car. If the part pops up again, youll bet that the management will be hearing from me.
Kinda underhanded tactics to get you in the door. Then they drop the hammer. Which is a shame because we came to buy. Oh well.
