Got my battery changed in 6 minutes. Great guys. OReilly told me the battery was fine, it died 4 times. Came here they told me center cell death (like I thought) and they changed it out quick. Military discount and great customer service has me leaving a happy camper way to go Maurice

Over all, happy with my visit, staff was courteous, store was clean, but...checked the ad for oil change deals, looked up the filter numbers, get to the checkout, and the deal was for an XL filter, not the regular like the ad said. So have to go searching for the updated filter, and that just annoys me! At that point, the employee should have went and got it, since it was their mistake anyways.

Super breezy, awesome experience with these guys. Theres a different auto parts store across the street, who are also very nice and helpful, but Maurices kind service was enough to prompt this stellar review!

I went to purchase a battery with a MasterCard gift card for $100 and the system received the value for check out. However the equipment failed and the funds could not be recovered. Was told to return to the store and try again once a credit was to be put back on the gift card. After Returning to the store the clerk gave me back the card with value $100 and did not charge me for the battery. I will be back to spend the $100 and then some. Earned my business !!!Thank you for all your help.

They had the detail products I was looking for. I have not really shopped there for parts -- normally just car accessories and detail supplies. Also, the employees are very nice. When Im in the store I always hear them asking everyone if they need help.

Chris and Seth really helped me and my friend out today we were on a road trip when we got a misfire. They helped us diagnose the problem, buy all the parts we needed and gave us tips on how to change the spark plugs out. Couldn’t be happier with these guys and Autozone.

Good store and decent location. The parking lot is a bit hard to get in and out of. Also, some of the employees could use some training on the parts they sell and how to interact with their customers.

Employees are very helpful. Ordered replacement headlights and fog lights for my Jeep. Employee was helpful in telling me which would give brighter lighting without melting headlight cover. Plus he told me I had rewards money Id forgotten about. So he saved me money. Ill keep going there.

My Mom needed some assistance with her car. Told her to pull into AutoZone. The guy came out popped the hood & helped her find what she needed. He even came out after to assist. Made my Moms day being so kind & helpful.

Ok place if you need wax oil or an assortment of air fresheners. However when i tried to get rain guards for my 2015 Ram Quad cab they ordered for a crew cab when I took them back the counter guy told me since their computer didnt list a quad cab that dodge never made a quad cab. In the end I ordered from weather tech saved 25$ and was able to get the correct ones for my Crew cab. Obviously automotive experience is not required to work at auto zone.. wannabes

Fair prices, good customer service

So this was the only place I could find to change my burned-out turn signal and I felt blessed after leaving that place I was there on a Sunday afternoon November 13th about 4 or so and very nice friendly understanding mannerly customer service he changed my bulb up front he checked all of my other lights and turns out the one in back need to change to. I would definitely recommend this place if you need any kind of car help.

I am not sure if the name of the manager that helped me but a few months ago I stopped in to have my battery tested because my car was acting funny. He was unable to test it and my car wouldn’t start. So I called for a tow and told them I would get out of their lot ASAP. He told me not to worry about it at all and if I needed anything to come ask him. Let me use an outlet because my phone died. They gained a customer anytime I need anything car related in the future!

I came in looking for weather stripping. They didnt have what I needed, but they pointed me in the right direction. The gentleman was very friendly, and a BIG help. There is another auto parts store almost across the street, and they were no help at all. I will definitely be going to Auto Zone from now on.

The guys here are the best and always ensure to take care of the customer.. Lifetime warranty on parts exchanges are hassle free regardless of reason for return or exchange and they usually try to take care of you on the transaction also.. I only buy my brakes here now especially after a recent transaction on brake pads on my wifes car. They were a new style of braking pad compound called the Duralast GT and I wanted to try them out so we picked up set and put them on. Several months later we couldnt stand the constant squeaking and squealing of these higher performance pads on the family car in daily use and decided to exchange them for the Duralast Gold pads which were about 8 doll hairs more but the manager matched the price to the lower ones and renewed the warranty to the new pads so I can exchange them again later once they wear out. Best guys in town for customer service!!

I bought Sylvania headlight bulbs for 50 dollars not even a week ago. I found it is the wrong fit, but dont have receipt. F this place I asked the guy to check my battery in my alternator because I was having problems so he hooked my battery up told me it was the alternator then I find out he didnt even hook it up right he didnt test my battery the way he was supposed to and it didnt end up being the alternator it was the battery like I said when I walked in they just wanted me to spend money I will never go back to this place probably will never even go to another AutoZone I will start going to Advance Auto Parts
