I purchased a vehicle on today. Aaron was the salesman and the transaction was seamless. Aaron and I began the day exchanging information. I was able to ask questions and he was quick to respond. I told him when I would arrive and when I did he had my vehicle clean, in the shade with a tank full of gas ready for a test drive. Afterwards, we began the paperwork and it was quick. He even called the insurance company for me and added the vehicle to my policy (with my permission of course). No sales person has ever done that for me. We were there looking for a vehicle with/for my Grandson. Before going here we stopped at Modern in Winston Salem NC first. The selection was Very Limited. However he noticed the Dodge Journey and about that time a nice representative came out to go over things with us. We went inside and he did his part and we left, planning to return. We didnt go back there because it shows online those cars stopped being made 2020. He wanted a SUV Jeep and Enterprise in Greensboro, NC had them. The young man that worked with him name is Wade and his Supervisor is Mike. Great Customer Service! Not pushy or trying to talk over you, nor out talk you. We had discussions about this car and that one, why the price is this and thats a newer car. I mean the regular things you have to deal with, but this time with someone who knows how to treat you if they want your business. He pulled up other Enterprise sites to see if we saw something anywhere else for the car to be bought to his site for my grandson to look at. He chose to have a vehicle transferred to Greensboro/NC. If you choose a vehicle in NC there is no charge. Had he picked one out of the area there is a charge.They have wheelchair accessibility. We were offered various things and several people spoke and introduced themselves, which I like because you acknowledge my presence, should I need something in the future I may ask for you. Thats my personal feeling. Ok? We returned when the car arrived. Wade was on top of the situation. He said it would probably arrive Monday, but it arrived Saturday Morning! He called to see if we could come check it out. We didnt return until Monday after my grandson left work. Wade had the vehicle ready for us. Wade told him to take a spend, look at the other cars again and see if he had made a decision. He kept the one shipped over and the process started. This is where we met Mike, his supervisor. The way we were handling the billing required Mike to come over to tell us what my grandson would experience in more detail. He would come in as sheets were printed and go over charges, what was sent to companies and a copy will be enclosed for my grandson. People tell you they are/will do that and when you check nothings there. He has copies of the documents from that meeting. It was a Pleasure doing business with this Enterprise in Greensboro, NC.A few years ago my daughter had a Terrible Experience with Enterprise on Coliseum Dr. now named University. She reserved a car for my grandson graduation from college. They gave all the SUVs (she requested one) to other people that left the day before and he wouldnt contact anyone else to see if they had anything. He wanted her to get the mini bus that could seat up to 50 or 100 people. We didnt need that much room. She called another Enterprise here and they reserved the SUV for her. The supervisor on Coliseum changed things in the computer back to the mini bus. She vowed to never deal with Enterprise again. Greensboro Enterprise let me know some people care about the clients as well as the sell. The company is No Good without Staff with Customer Service Skills! They want the sell, But, they want you to be happy about your purchase. He has a 2020 Limit Edition Jeep!Oh, I fogot to tell you the vehicle had a few marks inside like scratches and a few marks on the paint outside the car. I know it was used, it doesnt have to look like it. Its not buy as is. They adjusted the majority of the flaws we saw. They werent very visible, I was looking Real Hard for Anything! Check them out online before going over. They have to keep the cars in the Best Condition possible for renting/leasing. They can give you in-depth details about the vehicle, you know the up keep, theyre doing it. I wish you happy hunting. Forgive my mistakes please. Im tired of texting.

I made a reservation for a car rental. Upon my arrival, the rental agent asked why I was renting a vehicle that day. I explained my car was dying and I needed to rent a car so that I could go look for a replacement. Before the rental agent and I could even finish walking through the rental car inspection process, the agent asked if I wouldnt mind speaking with someone in car sales before we continued with the rental. It was less than an hour after that and I was leaving with a brand new car! A 2020 Grand Caravan with less than 42,000 miles. It was perfect for me and my family needs. I was hit by a drunk driver and car was totaled. Because my previous vehicle was financed no one wanted to help me. I was never told about Gap insurance which made my situation even more difficult. Irwin my car sales man and the Manager Mike worked so hard for. They explained everything and really showed compassion for my situation. We purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram Truck for my son. We worked with Mike Texidor who not only saved us money, but walked us through all of the options of how to lower the monthly payment, what it would look like if we decided to put money down, and how important it is to protect our investment with the extended warranty. The truck was there when we arrived, cleaned, polished, and the paperwork only took a short amount of time as Mike did most of the work via phone or zoom with us. I found an absolute beauty on their website. The car is everything I wanted and in great condition. Besides a few minor delays, the process of purchasing and receiving the car was smooth overall. I had it transferred from Pennsylvania. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied when it finally arrived, which increased the wait time, but was totally worth it. There was a minor hiccup with financing however Jonathan went out of his way to problem shoot and resolve the issue and not once was he rude or dismissive as he worked over a period of days to get that handled for me. Truly outstanding service from him. I will remember that. If you get your car from here rest assured that the outstanding customer service and kindness given by management does not dissipate after you purchase your vehicle.

I was so certain that he wouldn’t be able to place me into a vehicle Bc I don’t have a strong credit score and I’m self employed with limited income proof. I was able to prove a good amount of my income and Aaron got me approved for a vehicle that I wanted w/o going over my down payment amount. Long story shorter, I ended up being involved in a wreck and needed a rental. After receiving great service from the rental, the customer service rep asked me if I knew about their car sales and if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I told him that I was thinking about purchasing in a few months. I was shocked and impressed when an agent from the car sales division called me less than an hour later. We talked and she answered questions and kept in contact until I was ready to purchase. It was easy and I felt no pressure. From the time I walked onto the lot, we were greeted and the person quickly went to find the person who was scheduled to help us. (The person I was initially corresponding with happened to be off the day we wanted to test the vehicle and see it in person but she still encouraged us to come and meet with a coworker. How awesome was that?!) I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. I will definitely consider this company first when my husband and I are ready to get another vehicle.

Could not get anyone to pick me up to rent because they had done that several times before but couldnt do it this time. Did not have a car at all mine was a total loss Enterprise Did NOT Care.there was 5 changes in my reservation. No one told me that they have an agreement with Allstate Ins and I gave them the claim number. I got over charged Enterprise did not care. Allstate said I have to get my money back from Enterprise they do not care either.

Service was very good, trade in allowance was also very good. No pressure. Made the purchase and would go back again.

The guys in the office were wonderful from the sales man to the financial people. I didnt uses their financial assistance but they still came in and introduced themselves. Q was great and awesome. He stayed patient as I shopped around but eventually came back. He reviewed cars with me that I was interested in and he was very informative about vehicles that I was questioning him about. He stayed late even though traffic held me twice (I stood him up) and he came in on a day that he was out because I was comfortable and worked with him. The facility was clean like always and this was actually the third vehicle that I have purchased from them. Enterprise is the right choice and if any problems with the car they ensured that they have my back. I am very happy with my car buying experience with Enterprise in Greensboro NC. They were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions and concerns I had. Looking at cars on-line allowed me to view and wide range of options, and having Carfax and maintenance background is especially helpful. They arranged to have the car I wanted brought to Greensboro and carried out detailing and repairs to the interior when I raised concern about it. The financial and title transfer transactions were handled efficiently and went smoothly. I would particularly like to thank Luis Serrano, who was the sales rep on this purchase. My Salesman, Quishan Jenkins, was beyond fabulous! He listened to my requests and concerns and he never once pressured me. He even took the time to drive over two hours to another Enterprise lot to retrieve the vehicle in the color I wanted. I told him I have seen the Enterprise Car Sales lot several times and never considered looking there for a car. But when he called me to suggest I come take a look, something in his voice made me agree. I felt like I knew him already so I figured Ill just go, what do I have to lose? Well I didnt lose! I WON! Not sure what to have expected if I had followed through with wanting a car. I kinda got the impression it was going to be an imposition if I wanted to transfer a car and have the option not to want it after test driving it. I asked all the pertinent questions and asked was there any obligation and was told no. Fair enough, but I did ask what if I felt the car want a good fit and was pointedly asked Why would there be any reason you would not want it after it being transferred? I kinda felt that I should have an obligation to follow through I mean pictures only show so much. I did have a car transferred with CarMax at one point, but I felt I wasnt obligated. I thought that was what a transfer was all about to get to know the car close up, so on with the car search elsewhere. I do think their sales manner technique needs a little work.

Told that everything would be set up and ready by 8:30a.m. Sat at the repair shop waiting for someone to pick us up after several calls and attempts finally had someone show up at 10 a.m. Already super late to my job and as a manager it doesnt look good.. Wouldnt recommend if youre really in a hurry and need someone whos reliable. I would have gotten to work faster riding on the back of a turtle at this point.
