I inquired about a Maserati and received numerous calls and texts. When I spoke with the sales agent I was informed the car was not yet available and was being made ready for sale. I was told once the car was available I would get a call and would be able to purchase the vehicle. The dealer accepted a deposit form another customer and did not call me as agreed. They apologized, however the apology did not result in me being able to purchase the car.

I recently bought a 2014 911 from Foreign Cars Italia/Porsche Greensboro, and I cant recommend this dealership highly enough. Its kind of harrowing to buy a used car at a distance (Im in California), and during the pandemic, I couldnt fly out to see it in person. So I had to trust the dealership completely.Stacey Sanders and Mark Euell quickly earned that trust. From the moment I reached out via email, it was clear to me that the level of service and commitment to excellence is exactly what you would and should expect from a dealership that sells Porsches, Ferraris, Maseratis, and Astons.I am particular about the condition of my cars (what enthusiast isnt?), and even though I couldnt be there, Stacey and Mark assured me that my car would be standing tall when it arrived, and it absolutely was. They answered every question and accommodated every request that I had to make sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase.Lee Stephens, who handled the paperwork and payment side of things, was also wonderful to deal with. He was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and sent the paperwork out right away, and made the purchase a breeze.Everyone I worked with at this dealership was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and a class act. People here were awesome! I didn’t buy anything (but I will in the future ;) but I was still approached and the customer service was incredibly friendly and talkative and even gave me a cool sf90 stradale poster! When I can afford one of these things when I grow up I’m gonna buy it from here!!

Always a large collection of various exotics, definitely something for everybody. The staff has always been very friendly and Meredith in service is very helpful and knowledgeable. Over the last two decades I have had many interactions with this dealership and only ever had one negative experience. Management was quick to resolve that one issue. Would not hesitate to recommend them for a car purchase or service. Excellent auto detailing shop as well.

This place has all the best cars and super friendly staff. They are the best dealer for 100 miles for Ferrari, Porsche and Aston Martin. A beautiful place to explore. Be sure to walk the outdoor lot as there are always some hidden gems. Plus I hear one of the top Ferrari clients tends to store his rate models here like the Enzo and LaFerrari.

Top quality vehicles. They preform great service and all of the staff is very friendly. A little pricey on service, but if you can afford the car, you can pay for the service. The only reason is not 5 stars is due to one person acting different towards me after I said i couldnt afford a service. If was only $4200, like everyone can just whip out the cash for that.

I went there today to look at cars on my day off. A salesman greeted me at the door and asked if I had a mask. I replied I didnt but if he had one I could wear I would. He said I should go through the other entrance to get a mask. Also it was appointment only but he said I could come on to look. I went to the other entrance, which was locked, and stood there for a few minutes and no one came to the door. Its cool if you dont want me to come in but just say so instead of having me stand outside in the heat like a dope at the door waiting. Im leaving my five star review since they usually offer good service.

Was not able to go inside, and no one was there until 9am, but did look inside. They do have a lot of great cars foreign and domestic at the time I stopped by. Corvettes to Mustangs on the sales floor also, to other vehicles that were probably traded in like a Dodge Charger and a Jeep Wrangler. When you get a chance take the Gilford College exit and take a look around.

I purchased a 2021 Ferrari f8 tributo from FCI Greensboro recently. I wanted to share my experience as it was above exceptional! I build the car out with Corey earlier this year, and he’s kept me in the loop step by step. Finally the car arrived, I went to the facility to pick it up and every single employee at the facility was VERY nice and friendly. I spent some time with Keith Nowlin who is very knowledgeable and passionate about the Ferrari brand. He’s taught me so much in a couple hours, by far one of the nicest sales guys I’ve met in a long time!Corey introduced me to the parts manager, and others. I went there today with my brother because he was thinking about purchasing a Ferrari 458. So we looked around until we found the car he wanted, then an employee came up to us saying “if your looking around and not trying to purchase..leave” since the employee was disrespectful and so unprofessional we took our business elsewhere. Also the women that sat at the front with blonde hair was ranting saying “if he’s not buying anything why is he here” very disappointed with this experience.

Ill first talk about my salesman, then the dealership, then the rest oWe f the team. I had been doing research for a Scuderia for some time now. I had many saved cars and called around. I admit, initially, I came off as rude when talking to this dealership. I was contacted by Kris. Upon our first phone call, my thoughts on the dealership were solidified, I knew this was the right place.From our first contact, Kris was respectful and polite. He answered all my questions, provided me with all the service records, readings, and specs. He texted me all the photos I asked for and more. He even went as far as shooting videos and more photos, hundreds of photos. I made it very hard for him, but throughout, he kept his cool, patience and respectful attitude. I decided to pull the trigger and book a flight.While I waited for my flight, Kris kept up with daily communication, photos, and updates. We got finance pre-approved and sorted out. When the day came, we arrived at 7 am at Greensboro. Kris, who started at 8:30 that day was at the airport with a shiny clean vehicle waiting to pick us up. We drove to the dealership and took a look at the car. I had no surprises, since not only did I trust Kris by now, but he was very open and transparent about any issues the car had. We did a walk around and opened all the compartments. The car was magnificent. We sat inside and Kris showed me all the details, features and how to use the vehicle. Throughout, he was patient, funny, and polite. We went out for a spin and buy was my heart pumping. Not only does he have skill selling, but he knows the cars inside and out, being a former technician, and he can drive like the best of them. We returned and waited comfortably in the waiting area for finance to be ready for us. Throughout, although busy with other clients, Kris constantly checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable.Vic at finance was a pleasure to work with. No games, no hidden fees, no upsells. Straight to the point and efficient, just what I like. Very professional and open. The feeling was the same with the rest of the team. I have visited several exotic car dealerships. Many have laughed at me or dismissed me, or even ignored me. I did not feel this way here. I felt like an honorary guest. It made all the difference.We finalized everything and went to our hotel. We flew to 2500 miles home, excited, sleepless and impatient. Kris kept in constant communication about everything, the detailing, the washing, the shipping and so on. Photos along the way. It was an amazing experience and I am grateful to have made a friend and salesperson I can trust for future exotic purchases.The Dealership itself was like a museum. From an eye-catching bright blue Porsche to a rare BMW M4 GTS to a drool worthy Ferrari Testarossa or Speciale, they had everything. It was hard not to walk around and ogle every car there. The floors were spotless, the showrooms were well lit and every employee was polite and greeted us with a smile. A far change from the west coast. I did not want to leave!It was a one of a kind experience and I am so glad my first Ferarri purchase was with Kris, it made the experience all the more memorable. Truly exceptional service, personalized attention, and professional knowledge.Let me preface this review by saying that I have bought at least 25 high end cars in my life, so I am no stranger to the market. I should also tell you I am not one of those guys who writes a check for $350,000 to buy a Ferrari… I’m just a little guy.When it came time to finally buy my first Ferrari, I had a particular model in mind, of which there are typically fewer than 50 for sale at any one time in the country.I contacted Mark Euell at Foreign Cars Italia in Greensboro and asked him to let me know if he got one in. Mark treated me like a special customer from our first conversation. He told me that if I found one elsewhere he would check it out and he could get it for me and make sure everything was right.Now as I previously stated, I am not some rich collector… but Mark treated me like royalty. He skillfully steered me away from a choosing a car which we later found out was a bad deal. When we found the right car Mark got it to Foreign Cars Italia and he took care of everything….buying it from the other dealer, transportation, etc. When it arrived Mark and Corey Cooley (also a rock star) went over the car completely and made sure every last little thing on the car was perfect. Lee Stephens skillfully breezed me through Ferrari Financial services.These are good people who treat you with respect and professionalism. If they don’t have the car you are looking for, they will help you find and will help you get it. I would recommend them without reservation, in fact, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.They put a carnival of a smile on my face, that’s for sure.

My first experience with their service department cost me $1200 over their mistake on the second key for a used car. I brought the key to them, they assessed the key, telling me it was authentic. The service department “programmed” the key. They tested the key, I paid for the programming only to discover several months later that the key only unlocked the door. It didn’t start the car. I had bought a used car with the condition that the second key could be programmed. Since I thought the key issue was resolved, I signed the final agreement with the dealership. If I had not have signed it, the dealership would have been responsible to produce a working g second key. The service department has caused me a lot of money due to their mistake. I was out of my second key AND I had paid for the programming of a key that only only unlocked my car. The SECOND experience was Paying for parts that were not needed, the cost of labor for that unnecessary part. Finding out later, it was a simple hose that was unattached. The unnecessary part took months to get and I had to call them several times to get them to actually order it. After months of nagging the unnecessary part arrived. They “fixed” it and then I had to take it BACK IN to be fixed correctly, they Attached the hose. Then when I went to pick up my car, 3 employees that were doing absolutely nothing, could not be bothered to walk outside and get the, to the, while I moved my things back into my car.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my brand new 2017 Maserati Ghibli S Q4 from Kris Krysalka. From the minute I walked in to when I was out the door, he delivered both a professional and friendly experience and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He spent countless hours that afternoon working with my indecisive self trying out various vehicles to make sure I found the right one for me and was extremely knowledgeable about every and all vehicles on the lot. Its extremely important to me to build a trusting relationships with the dealer so that I can return in the future and not feel like an unknown walking in each time, and I feel that both Kris and Foreign Cars Italia delivered on that. Since the purchase, Ive had very MINOR issues (a loose screw rolling around and a little rattle) but the service department was able to fix that immediately and with little delay (especially since it was over the holidays). All in all, I couldnt recommend my buying experience from Kris any higher and I highly recommend all prospective car buyers to at least swing by and check out their showroom, the Ferraris are a sight to behold!

Very poor customer service. Called on early Friday morning about a trade in and rep. informed me that he would review my questions and get back with me as soon as possible. It is now Sunday (in which they are closed) andI I have still not heard back from him. Each time I have dealt with them and needed a call back, I have NEVER received one. I have ALWAYS had to keep calling back! Poor Customer Service leads to a poor review. Customer service appears to NOT be their main focus! Very disappointed customer. My husband and I contacted Foreign Cars Italia after seeing that they had a 2008 Lexus for sale. We spoke with Chad Courtney. He was very professional on the phone. We arrived at 6:15 pm on a Wednesday, and Chad had the car ready for us to inspect and test drive.The car was just as described, and as we worked with Chad and Vic to complete the details and paperwork, I was very impressed with their kindness and professionalism. They both stayed nearly 2 hours after closing to finish up the paperwork and get the car ready for us to drive home. I apologized for the lateness of the hour and they both told me they were happy to stay, and were glad to be of service. USED THIS DEALER FOR SEVERAL YEARS. My wife and I both drive Porsches. Recently took my car in for service and inspection. Said I needed new brake pads and agreed to the work only to later find out they also replaced several of the rotors. When car was returned they said everything was done including the inspection. Went to DMV to pay taxes/tags and they had no record of inspection being done. Called dealer and was told “gosh I guess we forgot”, said I could bring the car back—50 miles each way. Told them I would have inspection done locally and please refund the cost. “Sure, no problem. Check is in the mail”.Only after 5 calls and 3 months did I receive refund. Now I wonder if any of the work was done right. Will not return or buy cars there. No attention to detail—did not match any answers in Google Maps Help.

What a great place. I have had them work on my Aston Martin vantage and Ferrari. I didnt even buy the Ferrari from them and they still inspected it for me so I could make confident purchase. I deal with Stanley in service every time not only is he knowledgeable but he just a genuinely good guy. Had to visit the Greensboro airport for work and my Porsche developed a steering shake on the highway. I do all of my own work but I was hours from home. They fit me in with no appointment, during lunch, and a mechanic test drove my car and put it on the alignment rack to make sure the car was safe enough to take me back home.My poor old Porsche is probably worth a third of the cheapest car in their inventory and has easily triple the miles - but they treated me like I drove up in a brand new GT3 RS.

Corey and the team kept their wordAbout two months ago, I purchased a 2011 Ferrari 458 Italia for this dealership (OUT OF STATE PURCHASE). The car was preowned certified as they were an authorized Ferrari dealer. My contact sales person was Mark Euell and I made a deal with him. Before I signed the papers I asked Mark if there are any issues on the car that I should know about. While a few things were missed, Mark did mention the issues to me. Upon receiving the car I did note a missing key and few other issues not mentioned. I emailed Corey Cooley (Business Manager) about the issues and he said he will get back to me. Corey ordered a key for me and while that took time because of the COVID-19 situation, it did come to me 2 months after my purchase. Corey and Mark made sure all my issues were resolved and strived to get me happy until the end. This a good dealership and I would not hesitate to buy again from here.

Ive been visiting this dealership for a months. I did test drive a couple cars but was not sure what I wanted. There was never any sales pressure to buy something, Mark was just always there to answer questions (he knows his product very well). I purchased a BMW from their used car lot. I feel like I got a good deal, but what set them apart most was that it didnt have that used car salesman feel at any point in the process.Charles Dabney was my sales consultant and he was the most professional one Ive ever worked with. I truly mean it. He didnt pretend to know everything, but was still very knowledgeable - even about a brand that isnt one of their brands. He followed up on every question/request and was prompt and accommodating to my schedule. Since I was purchasing a vehicle that was much, much lower cost than one of their typical vehicle sales, this was especially impressive to me. It was just a really nice purchasing experience and I would highly recommend asking for him. All other employees there were also very professional and a pleasure to work with.I highly recommend visiting here whether you are looking for a new or a used car.

This review is of the service department at Foreign Cars Italia of Greensboro and in no way reflects the exceptional treatment I have had from the sales department in both Greensboro and Charlotte.As much as I regret it, after maybe a dozen car purchases over a decade+ period its time to burn this bridge.I dropped a 911 TT off to have a lighted door sill replaced that was owed to me on a recent car purchase.1. I dropped the car off with the top down.2. The dealership took the car in.3. About 90 minutes later the car was returned.4. The top was up.5. There was a tear in the top. Yes, a tear in the convertible top.The facts are truly that simple. I dropped the car off with the top intact and down. The car was returned to me with the top up and a tear in it.I pointed out the tear to the service manager. Without making any inquiries of the service department as to what may have occurred his immediate response was How did we do it? We never operated the top.That was a lie.Deny, deny, deny right out of the gate. Without even investigating as to whether or not my statement might merit some consideration.Just dismissed it out of hand. He did not even bother to consult with the dealership employee who took the car in and drove it over to the service bay. With the top down.Deny, deny, deny.When I called him on it there was no apology. When I pointed out that he and about half a dozen other employees were in the parking lot when I pulled up with the top down there was no my mistake, you are right.He just stood there like a kid with his hand caught in the cookie jar.I have bought enough cars and had them serviced. I know these things happen. But when you stand there and claim innocence over such an easily identifiable occurrence there is something seriously wrong with the dealership ethics.I dont know how it happened. I dont particularly care. A repair would not break me as a top replacement is about 1500 bucks. The vehicle was a decade old and it may have just been time for the top to fail. I dont know. But FFS, when the car is damaged at your dealership just fess up and fix the issue. Dont dismiss your customer out of hand and dont tell such a easily refutable lie about it.After some back and forth the service manager stated he would try, repeat, try, to get his convertible top guy to look at it. No firm date. No resolution. Just he would try.Two weeks later I am still waiting.10/11/19 Update:Situation was resolved.

Incredible customer service won me over. I was looking for a sensible sedan and received zero response from other dealer and received calls from Keith. The selection and purchase was painless, Keith even brought the car to me in Fayetteville and we signed the papers at my house. They were informative and gave great value for the purchase. Needless to say the car gets high complements and its a real head turner. Never considered owning one, but this organization puts customer satisfaction as a priority. Bought a brand new 2019 Porsche Cayenne off of Justin in April. Only had the car about a week when a piece of road debris hit the front bumper and dislodged the parking sensor. Asked Justin if he could help get it into service and have it fixed. Not only did he get it in right away, even gave us a loaner for the day so we could hang out at the local zoo!!! My wife and I have never experienced such a customer driven, top notch dealership. We live over two hours away, but will always come back here for our future vehicle needs. The salespeople there were great, they were able to answer all of my questions and concerns in referenced to the vehicle I was interested in. Chad, the sales person I worked with was great. Two names I will remember at foreign car italia are Brent Putnam and Stacey Sanders. They made for a great experience! Purchasing our vehicle from them was easy and relatively fast. I worked with Chad Courtney at Foreign Cars Italia. At first I didnt know if I wanted to lease or buy a new Porsche. He gave me multiple options and tried to get my payments as low as possible. Then I decided I wanted to look into buying a used Cayenne Turbo. He spent about a week looking for that for me. Ultimately I ended up buying a Cayenne S and the transaction went smoothly. I think you can tell how good a sales staff is by how they treat the people that arent buying the most expensive car on the lot. I was there to purchase a used vehicle that had been traded in previously. It was no high end Italian sports car and most of the people that frequent the dealership could probably have paid for it in cash. Nonetheless, Charles and Vic treated me like I was buying a Ferrari. In fact, every sales person and staff member on the floor stopped by to ask if they could get me anything and to congratulate me on my purchase. There was no pressure, just friendly people who wanted to make sure my buying experience was exceptional regardless of whether they were the one helping me. I left there knowing that when the opportunity arises for me to purchase again it will be through this dealership.
