I got the app and received plenty of points. But when I got my oil change done they claim the system wasn’t working so therefore I had to pay and therefore get even more points. What is the point of getting the app and getting points if you are never able to use them? You can earn it but never cash them in?? Backwards for real. It is truly frustrating but other than that I guess it was decent service. Not great but decent.

I had the Catalytic Converter replaced and my air conditioner checked & serviced. The labor on the Catalytic converter was fair, not over priced and so was the air conditioner service. The manager was very professional, polite & kind, very well rounded. I supplied my own part which saved me over $1000.00. The only downside is they dont give you any warranty if you supply your own part, and I think they should guarantee/warrant their labor. I can understand them not warranting parts that the customer supply. Had they warrant their work, I would have felt like they earned 5 stars!.

CJ called me with the pricing before completing the work and had my car out and ready in very little time. Drove the car home the next day and everything is running smoothly.

I took my car in to be checked out before purchasing and the service was amazing! There was a REALLY handsome guy at the front, I think his name was CJ. He was so accommodating and explained everything to me! I enjoyed his customer service and the way he handled the rush of people coming in. Did I mention he was handsome?! .... The techs in the back moved fast and seemed like they checked everything thoroughly! I feel confident making this purchase because of their efforts. Ive been to this location in the past and had a 360 experience this time around! Im glad there is new management/workers!

I’ve been using this location for years. They’ve always been professional and quick. I had another oil change this weekend and CJ helped out and provided excellent customer service.

Not one staff member was wearing a mask in the office area where I was waiting or while they worked in/on my car in the garage area. I felt like I was interrupting the three of them by being there for my scheduled oil change not a very welcoming environment. The service to my car was great as far as I can tell.

Came here to get my brakes and rotors replaced . Cj was very helpful and resourceful. I was told everything that needed to get done beyond my brake repair in great detail. The staff was very friendly and made sure everything was done the right way. I really appreciate their services! I will definitely be back!

I do not recommend this place with any mechanical issues. I went in with hopes that my car would be repaired. The man in front was super nice. Customer service was excellent, but the issue was not resolved. The prices are overpriced I got charged almost $500 and the problem was still not fixed. I had a check engine light on told them to do what they need to do to make sure my car will be drivable. They knew exactly what it was and proceeded to do everything else but fix the actually problem. All they did was clear the check engine light. After I left, the car was still driving the same as before shaking and turning off. The check engine light also came on a day after. After telling them that my check engine light came back on they said that I would have to pay an extra $275 to fix it. LOL do not recommend at all.

I went it to have a slight wireing problem fixed because the temperature gauge on my dashboard wasnt moving and there was an error being displayed whenever I start up the car. They told me it would cost $95 just to diagnose the problem, which they said was my engine overheating (not even close to the right answer) and it would cost even more to fix. I still get that message even when its below freezing outside and I hadnt even started driving yet. At AAMCO, they offered to diagnose it for free and they actually listen to what I had to say. The guy at the counter here, on the other hand, was rude and condescending. By the way, their Free A/C Check coupons dont cover A/C checks, only freon level checks which they said would take nearly 3 1/2 hours, so their guilty of false advertising, too. Overall, I would not recommend going here.

Before purchasing a used vehicle from a nearby dealership I called Meineke to see if they could inspect the vehicle before purchasing. The mechanics over there fitted me right in and we’re very thorough and helpful in explaining the findings of the inspection. Very knowledgeable staff and a great experience, would definitely recommend.

As a young lady, sometimes car care can be intimidating but the guys at meineke have always explained the different options to best take care of my car and even once helped me out when I lost my job last year. I got to Meineke 30mins before opening after getting off a 3rd shift job, Kevin originally told me I would have to leave my car and it wouldnt be ready till 2 or 3hrs because they were so booked upCJ was able to squeeze me in and get me in and out, Im very appreciative. The staff was very Friendly and informative.

The manager is hard working and professional. I appreciated that I was able to get an appointment the day I cashed. It took a little longer while I was there than I anticipated.

Brought my car in after the AC went out after driving 1100 miles. The process took awhile because of what they had to do, but CJ kept us apprised of the situation the whole time. They were able to get my AC running again and were very professional and reasonably priced.

Staff was very courteous and extremely friendly and helpful we had an issue with our cars air conditioning and were 1000 miles from home they got us fixed up and back on the road in no time I would highly recommend them if you need service.

You do not find many service centers who are willing to be honest about what you need done to your car. I am so thankful that I went to Meineke and spoke to the Manager, James. I went to another place that told me I needed work done that was not necessary. If you need work done you should go and have James check it out and give you a great deal that you can trust.

These guys are awesome, knowledgeable and definitely not there to rip you off.

Be careful with them, went in for diagnostic test. They told me I needed an ABS module. Quoted me a price of $1,250 for the part they had to order from the dealership. Something sounded off, so I called the dealership. The price for the part straight from the dealership was $387. Dont trust them

I brought my son’s car there on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, with an exhaust problem. James had his lead mechanic diagnose the problem. The price was fair and they even gave a discount. They quoted me an hour to do the work and they kept to it! I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them highly. I believe they were honest and would use them again in the future.

Logan was very helpful. I needed to get my car inspected but couldn’t find anyone to take my car in past 5:00 PM. He graciously waited til I arrived at 5:15 to do the inspection. Also the cheapest price I’ve ever seen for one which is great for me since I just started a new job. I was in and out within 25-30 minutes. Definitely recommend.

It’s interesting that I just got this text to do a survey on my services yesterday because my boyfriend is currently on his way to take my car back. We didn’t go anywhere after my oil change yesterday. I leave to take my daughter to school this morning and after about driving a mile and a half I started to hear something dragging from underneath my car. Pull over and get out and there are wires just hanging from underneath my car. Not sure what meineke did or didn’t do. But this is the second time I’ve had an issue like this from them after an oil change. A few months ago I went to a different meineke for an oil change and the next day was driving and heard a loud noise underneath the car, pulled over and saw that they didn’t properly shut my oil pan. Sounds like this might be the same scenario again. I drive a 2016 Honda Civic and clearly I may need to just start taking my car to the dealership for an oil change. I don’t know what the issue or disconnect is with Meineke but this has happened 1 too many times. I have a vacation coming up in 2 days and this would have been terrible happening on the highway.

When I called to seek service the office personnel was very polite. My car was dropped off and serviced in a timely manner . I will refer friends to this business as I also will use them again .

I was able to make my appointment online. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by the friendly manager who quickly found my service request. I had an oil change (synthetic) & a state inspection.I was in and out in approximately 40 minutesI will return for future service

Was there for state inspection. During the brake light check mechanic scratched my steering wheel with the bar tool. When I pulled out of the parking lot I immediately felt it and turned around. I showed the manager and he said there’s no way they did that. Even though you could see the look of fresh plastic/ leather pulled back. As a former auto mechanic and now lead mechanic. I know exactly how it was done. Manager would not claim responsibility, said it was up to the owner. The mechanic apologized in the parking lot. As a lead mechanic stuff happens all the time and I understand that. Just fess up, fix it and move on with life. A 4” long scratch across a steering wheel is not acceptable, And should be replaced. Just to prove they messed up they then made my state inspection free and “on them”. Proving they know they messed up. I have no issues paying for the service, but they’re going to pay for a steering wheel. I contacted corporate customer service.

This meineke is as professionally run as Ive ever seen! From the first point of contact through my appointment everything ran as smoothly as possible. Specifically James Beane and his entire crew operate at incredibly high level. As I sat in the lobby I could hear them laughing joking and getting work done. These are professionals!! Professionals that love what they do!! I want to personally thanks James and his crew for taking such good care of me you will always have my business.

I tried again this location for some repairs my brakes needed and to buy new tires for my car. My experience was completely diffrent this time. The personnel was kind, efficient, accomodating, and caring. The manager took care of all my mecanical needs personally and even threw in some freebie inspections with the scanner. The job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service and will defintely go back there next time I need to service our cars, my wifes and mine.

I pulled up to this location and it was a flossy possy get together i waited till nine for main tech then once car was pulled in a heard and seen the tech working around my car at this point im chilling car is off and nobody is around it and the staff is just talking it away no body came to me to inform me on what was going on so i finally go in to see whats going on and the guy finally tells me o your o2 sensor theres a stored code and your crankshaft position sensor may be going i jus said iight and left mf aint even offer prices or nothing

Logan provided an excellent, timely diagnosis of my 4Runner’s exhaust problem. The shop performed the repairs, changed the oil, and had my car ready for pickup within 24 hours. I am new to Greensboro and shopped several repair shops. This one had the best price, the most knowledgeable technicians, and the fastest turnaround. I especially appreciated that I was kept informed of the the process. There were no surprises.

This experience was my second time having my car serviced at this location, outside of knowing others that have their car serviced here. The environment is friendly — staff is kind and professional — and skilled in their craft.

Headlights on driver side kept going out. Issue wasnt the bulb according to Autozone. Made an appointment with Meineke and had them check it out. Only downside to my appointment was the electrical guy was not going to be in that day but the manager James was so nice and he took a look at my car to see exactly what the issue was. Turned out that it was an easy fix and didnt need an extensive repair as I thought it would. He fixed a part that the wire had burned and replaced it with a new one and then BOOM all was good. Saved me a lot of money and frustration. Thank you James for all your help!!!

Called for a quote on 6 different services I needed done on my Durango. The person answering the phone would not quote. Said Dan was gone for the day as if I knew or cared about whom Dan was. Mr. Owner you lost a lot of business today. Oh well back to the Dodge dealership, for repairs.

I’m telling anyone that reads this that is skeptical about auto repair shops, this is the most honest and quality work I’ve ever received in my 25 years living in Greensboro. Since the 1st job I’ve got there they have only fixed what’s wrong even if you say its 2 things wrong they’ll find the true problem and not charge you for extra unneeded work. The man Damien that works the front needs to be promoted and teach people that that’s how you treat customers. He even brought me my car once because I had no ride to get it. I’m telling you, from basic maintenance to big jobs this whole crew is a amazing. Someone you can go to for the entire life of your car!!!

Called to ask about a specific repair: at one location I was first told they don’t quote repairs over the phone, was then given to the manager who told me that the repair I was wanting (head gasket) is something he was not willing to do. When I called another location in Greensboro the man took all my information and said he’d call back with the estimate... it’s been a week, I don’t think he’s calling me back.

I took a used car I was looking to buy here for pre-purchase inspection and they were amazing!! Not only was the car found to be unable to pass the next inspection, but James gave me great help on what to look for and ask about when purchasing a car. I brought another car back and not only was I extremely impressed with their service, but I was furthered impressed by how James and his coworker (I didn’t catch his name!) looked out for me above all else.I am more than willing to travel an hour away to see these men again, they do their jobs amazingly and are the most trustworthy mechanics I know!EDIT; Togen is the name of the second employee! Booked my appointment for my lunch hour. I was in & out in 30 minutes!

They accommodated me right away. They were super friendly and very professional. The manager treated every customer like a friend or family member. From his interactions with other customers you could tell he genuinely appreciated their business and their loyalty to Meineke. The service technicians were also very nice and quick!

I went for an inspection and was in and out in record time which was very nice. Unfortunately though, whatever it is that they are supposed to do to alert the statewas not working because I could not renew my registration online like I usually dowith no problem at all. I went by the following day to ask how long it usually took to do this and they agreed it should be working by now. I am very familiar w/ having technical issues so that I understand but I would have thought they might at least try to redo it in case they had entered something incorrectly. They did not seem very concerned and suggested I visit the tag office up the street. Really? That’s all the help you can offer to me? I called the state DOT office and they confirmed they had not received any notice of my inspection. I’m hoping they will accept an email w/ the proper documentation, we’ll see!

This place im glad i went to. I was nervous when i walked in because i thought i had a big exhaust problem. The guy at the desk told me the part cost $19.99 all said and done it cost $268.00 of that 202.00 was labor. Now i timed the work and it was 45 min i didnt think labor cost was correct. $135.00 an hr labor is too high as well. The most labor according to Nc law is 80-$100.00 dollars. So in that sense it was like a rip off. The pipe that was cut and replaced was approx 5 inches. Im not sure if i would go back due to high labor rate unless something should go wrong with their repair.

This Meineke is fantastic!. They were quick, friendly, professional, and had great prices! Im a a woman and a college student. Usually when I go into places like this they try to upcharge me and take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I trust the workers at this mieneke because they are honest and affordable. I would definitely recommend this auto shop. The manager is extremely knowledge, personable, and kind. The shop has good hours and are very accommodating. It does have a small waiting room and small parking lot, but is right next to a restaurant/bar for those waiting! Mechanic work also seems good from what I can tell.

My service at Meineke was great! I had a my catalytic converter replaced. They kept me updated as repairs were being made to my car. The manager and staff were very knowledgeable and nice. Very satisfied with service delivery and price.

Everyone here at Meineke was so nice and helpful. Made an 8am appointment for brake work (pads and rotors)and after assessing my car they were up front about what needed to be done, the cost involved, and that it would be a few hours of work. I appreciated that, so I could plan my day around the car service. Next time I need a work done on my car, I’m definitely coming back!

Everyone was very kind, the waiting area was very clean. They did a thorough check and assessed the problem I was having and discussed everything with me before beginning work. I definitely recommend them and will be back anytime I need service.

I’m late posting my review but my review is still valid.In 2018 my catalytic convertor went out on my Toyota Corolla. I am not car savvy and was referred to this center by GoodYear. They checked my check engine light during an oil change and they told me my catalytic convertor was the cause.My catalytic convertor was replaced by this center. They only gave me a year warranty which no one ever mentioned and I never knew It was something I needed to look for.Fast forward to 2020, my catalytic convertor was back to throwing a check engine light. I even tried treatments like CataClean and nothing worked. I called Meineke and they informed me that there was nothing they could do except replace the part again for a $50 discount with the same warranty. This means that if this should happen again in 2022 I should find myself in the same exact situation. Absolutely not.I would never send anyone here. It may look bad on my part for even trusting them to replace my catalytic convertor; however, if you are unable to do something, send me to someone who can. Not everything is about money. This isn’t a $5 part. I’ve had my finances flipped upside down TWICE because this place doesn’t know how to admit when they should be working on a specific part of a car. Stick to what you know and can specialize in. You have made my life hard for no reason. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I started my vacation with no air. I had a 7 year old and 2 puppies in the car, headed to Florida from Pennsylvania. It was really hot and the windows being down were not helping, so I went in to get my air conditioner recharged. I had a leak around the o-ring, they found it and fixed it. I was able to continue my vacation with air conditioner. Thank you guys for your great work.

Been going to Meineke for almost two years! Ive had to have a ton of work done on my car because she has been in rust belt Michigan all her life. The guys at the West market location kept me up to speed on what to keep my eyes and we slowly transformed her over the past year. Most importantly, I travel to Michigan and Arkansas every month and my car hasnt let me down even once! These guys work is top notch and they are passionate at their craft.It should be obvious that I will continue to go to them because I respect the great work they do!

Well Im not sure why google asked me to review. You did a couple inspections for me back in the day. I disliked the experience because the tech quoted me like 5 grand to do my front struts on my Benz...In my mechanical opinion, I only needed lower strut bushings plus labor to press them in. It was like 56 bucks for parts on ebay. No biggie, I gave you 3 stars which is in the middle. Its also why you havent seen me there since April 2019.

This shop was very efficient with the evaluation and the service. I had my AC compressor replaced and it was a reasonable price plus offered a veteran discount.

I bought in an exhaust I had purchased for installation. They did a professional job of installation and it only took about 90 mins which was what I was told. The final charge was what I was quoted as well. It was a good experience.
