Im new to the area and needed some work done on my 1984, 500SEC benz. It started with a battery drain issue. The problem was quickly diagnosed and remedied. I also requested a general review of the cars performance knowing that it had some opportunities. My accelerator was not performing smoothly and the brakes had pedal issues. Both problems were fixed and I couldnt be happier with the way the car performs now. I look forward to using this shop in the future for all of my mechanical need.

Bob was recommended by a friend and I am so glad he was!! He did excellent work on a power steering repair. And he was very kind to fix my car clock, as I noticed halfway home after picking up my car! It was six hours off and I couldn’t figure it out and he courteously fixed it for me. Bless him always! Prices are fair and repairs were timely. I didn’t expect my car for a few days but was very anxious about it and he was very reassuring and he/his mechanics speedily got the rack overhaul completed. Bob and his staff are great at what they do! I have a 2006 BMW X3 that I was planning to take from Greensboro to Miami for a move. The car has been less than dependable so I wanted a mechanic to look it over to ensure that it would survive the 800 mile trip. Never having been a customer of Bob’s before, he got me in the next day and looked over my car quickly.Bob was professional and knowledgeable since the time wet met. Bob told me the car looked fine and said he didn’t see anything wrong that would leave me stranded on the way there and he was 100% right. If I lived in the triad I wouldn’t take my car to anyone else.

My Mercedes has been up there several months, I called for 3wks, left messages, finally answered my call, says it’s gonna take another 2 months to fix it. I’m at the point where this is ridiculous, so I called today just to see why it’s gonna take that long, and guess what do they answer, of course not. So after work today, I’m making a trip to Greensboro.

Customer service is out of this world. They are the place to go for your imports. The owner is jaguar specialist the service manager BMW but they can wrench on any import. There main mechanic is top notch. I had oil change and car diagnostic done. They went over car to do list and told you if you needed something wright away or if it could wait and not cause problems later down the road.

As always, the service was great. I’ve trusted my BMW’s repairs to Tony for years and have always been pleased. This most recent repair was no different. I always know that I can count on Tony for an honest estimate and quality service.. Classic Import is a great place for quality import vehicle service at a reasonable price.

Bob and Tony run Classic Import Auto Service with unsurpassed ability and unquestionable integrity. The latest proof came today, when I brought my Subaru Forester to them with a roaring right rear wheel and a nonfunctional air conditioner. They quoted me a price in the midmorning, and I OKed it, but when I picked up the vehicle the bill was $130 less than expected. That good news was because the a/c system needed no parts, only freon, and because replacing one set of wheel bearings did not necessitate an alignment. I give Classic Import my highest recommendation.

Moved to Greensboro last spring from NH and needed a new relationship. Ive used Classic Imports both times I needed service for my MB station wagon and each experience has been exceptional. Tony asked me to describe the issue, ran thru potential fixes and set the appointment. I arrived on time, car went right in and after looking it over Tony came back with cost and time to fix. I waited it was done on time at cost described. I trust these people,and they are very good at what they do.

June 9th 2017 My jaguar was rocking! i couldnt figure out what was wrong! i took it to 2 other shops which gave me 2 different answers! I stopped in to setup a time for an appointment - Tony noticed the smell of gas and found a fuel line in the engine compartment that was leaking. He immediately fixed it and sent me on my way and told me we would settle up when I come back for my appointment.
