Discovered a 2014 Prius with 38k miles for $17.3k online after an exhaustive search. It was a 4 hour drive away in Greensboro which was fine by me since other vehicles I considered were at least 500 miles away. I negotiated pricing and terms with Moe and Mark agreed ahead of time to meet me at the car rental. Took a day off of work, rented a car and knocked it out with one pit stop. Unfortunately instead of arriving at the agreed Budget location I dropped off the rental at the airport (who knows why). Mark not only drove to the airport from the agreed location but arrived in a beautiful yellow Porsche Boxer to bring me to the dealer. Back and forth, the car was immaculate, and after what felt like a long wait finally got ready for my down payment. I brought a debit card that exceeded its daily limit so for a terrifying second I thought I was leaving empty handed. Desmond magically recommended a zero down payment solution since I was refinancing anyway so I kept my money and walked out with a beautiful piece of machinery. Everyone at Flow Lexus was as professional, patient, and helpful as if my $17k Prius was an $80k Lexus. This was my first real purchase and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Go here for your car needs and youll probably return. I know I will (God willing)! And to whoever traded in this Prius, I hope you enjoy your Lexus because you just made my next few years equally enjoyable!

I have had a great experience every time I have used the service department. Recently, I had several issues with my LS 460, because I drive it 50,000 miles per year. These guys in the service department took care of some brake issues and really did it with great expertise! I got a great deal and my car stays in excellent condition because these guys know how to take care of a customers car! Even the greeters are excellent. Its hard to trust service centers these, but I promise you can trust the guys at Flow Lexus Service Department in Greensboro.

I am in the market for a new SUV. For the last three days I have been going around looking at my options. I have visited the Lincoln, Jeep, Nissan dealerships just to name a few. I was looking for a mid size veh with luxury. Upon stopping at your dealership, Moe came out to greet us. I felt like he was very degrading to me and my husband. I guess we did not fit his assumption of what a Lexus purchaser should look like. I am very interested in a RX350 and have the funds for a cash buy. After this experience I would not ever buy from Flow Lexus whether it be Greensboro or Winston. I will be making a trip to Charlotte to check out their inventory. Every other dealership we visited were exceptionally accommodating even though we were up front with them about shopping around for a few days. Very disappointed in my experience.

Our experience at Flow Greensboro was excellent. We live in Boone and I saw the car online. We had to come to Winston Salem for an Oncology treatment for my wife on the Friday of that week. I was worried someone would purchase it before we could come look at it and drive it. I informed them I was ready to purchase the car if we could get together on a price. I also informed them that we would have to drive to Greensboro after treatment and we wouldnt have a lot of time and need to get in and out as fast as possible.They were great let me put down a deposit and bring them a check for the balance as I dont like having a car payment. Even though they knew about a week in advance that we were travelling about 4 hours each way to pick up our car, they were not prepared for us and had to wait and call our bank for documentation that they could have asked for days before we got there. Against the advice of the DMV, they over-charged us on car taxes on the promise that they would refund any difference its been over a month now, and despite sending them proof from the DMV they they over-charged us, and the DMV sending them the overpayment, they have STILL not refunded the overpayment to us in spite of our multiple calls to them. I wonder how many other clients they have wrongfully taken money from that way.
Brock Frady is OUTSTANDING. This man really knows his products. His YouTube tutorials on all the Lexus features, especially his videos on the navigation system and other technology, are extremely helpful (and funny). He goes into great detail and his video instructions are easy to follow. He is warm and personable and responds promptly to phone calls and email; when hes asked a question that stumps him, he leaves no stone unturned researching and finding the answer. The number of Lexus purchases, across the country, prompted solely by Brock and his videos must be in the thousands.

I’ve bought Lexus 2011 RX 450H after 6 years the driver and the passenger seats are torn up, I went the dealer and he admitted that it is a huge quality issue, I called the corporation about it but they didn’t provide any support or help to fix the issue, they left me for weeks without an answer and after all the time the called me to tell me know that they are unable to help me, how shameful it was. It this the quality level of Lexus car.

Had a recall on passenger airbag and seal gasket. I was given a new 2019 Lexus SUV to drive. I asked to have my brakes checked. There also was a light on for air in tires which remained so I thought it needed a sensor replaced. It was $269 for the part. When I went to pick up car, the light was off, brakes also checked, recalls taken care of, car washed AND tank filled with gas. I paid 0. Was her happy with Flow Lexus yesterday. 😊

Do not service your car here unless you are fond of $500 oil changes. Service manager, Rick, was supposed to call me before doing any additional maintenance (as if flushing the brake fluid at 25k miles is necessary) but he, admittedly, did not. Very respectful, professional way to treat your customers, Lexus. I will NOT be returning.

I went to the service department of this dealership based off of a referral from a family member. With myself working at a high line dealership both in sales and service(A Volvo Store), I know the expectations of how the business works and treats its customers. I took my scion Tc which is toyota made just like Lexus up to the service department only do be asked we are not servicing that thing correct? I take great care of my car and have it regularly serviced. So for me to be asked this in a manner that made my car or thing as he referenced to it feel inferior did not sit right with me. I know that this dealership sells used cars everyday that may not be lexus but still service them due to things like service warranties sold in finance. So for them to not bat an eye at my car made me feel like my business was not wanted. I then sat for 10 minutes and was not helped so I departed. I will not be back. I would strongly reccommend showing this to your service advisors to show them that they just lost out on hours sold towards their paycheck. Thanks.

The dealership is getting pretty old. I wonder when Lexus corporate is going to fund a new dealership. And free car washes are just run through the car wash. The one in Winston-Salem is much more elaborate in there free car washes. Service is expected with most Lexus dealerships. From time to time, the technician will talk to you about any concerns on his mind but it is rare. Not much choice and going to another Lexus dealership without driving a good distance further. Frank and Rick a good service writers.
