The staff is friendly and helpful. I stopped in to find some bolts 🔩. They let me try out a couple different sizes by retro fitting it on my motorcycle outside as I was unsure what size I needed exactly. Found some little rocking chairs there the kids loved as well. I highly suggest this location.

I walked into the store this evening and 3 men were standing there. As I proceeded to go get my items one gentleman, Tony asked if I needed help with anything. I responded that I should be fine but Ill grab someone if I do. He literally laughed at me and said ya, just yell if you need help. I didnt end up needing any help but after that, I definitely wouldnt have asked. They also started shutting lights off at 5:30 when theyre open till 6. Its really a shame your staff treats women like this and I will be sure to spread the word that this place of business treats women so poorly. My family has utilized this business for years as we like to shop local, but after this, we will definitely be making all of our business purchases elsewhere. I will also be telling all our contractors we will no longer be reimbursing receipts with this location as I do the accounting for multiple businesses in the area.

We were specifically looking for EGO products and Home Depot no longer carries them so we went to the Ace Hardware store. It was clean and neat. They had several makes and models of what we were looking for - just what we needed. The prices were very competitive. So if we need something well go back again.

The customer service here is terrible. Asked for gas line hose replacement, which I brought the hose sizes in,and they told me which isle it was in, while they stay by the register. Only to find out, not even close to the right size.I swear, these employees are dumber than a box of rocks.I said I need a gas shut off valve for a snow blower, and they show me one for water. I walked right out. 🤬

Attempted to quickly buy a part from the store yesterday & I was treated so unbelievably rude! I arrived at 5:57 PM, 3 minutes before the store was scheduled to close. Upon arrival, the 3 employees were just standing around. All 3 greeted us at the door as we walked in... or at least I thought that’s what they were doing.I later realized it was to block us from going any further into the store! An older lady stated “We close in 3 minutes, what can I help you find?”. I showed her a picture of what I needed & the name of it... she quickly replied “we don’t have anything like that, sorry.” The online store shows they had it in stock, which is why I am so frustrated!Where I work, it wouldn’t matter if the customer walked in the MINUTE we close! We take care of our customers. That‘s good customer service!! Some small business’ wonder why people shop at the big box stores..this may be why! Hire friendlier staff and provide better customer service!!!

I just needed to replace a craftsman tool that was broken, as soon as I entered the building there was a nice person asking if he could help me. When I told him what I was looking for he brought me right over to it. Not what I was expecting, usually you get something like its in isle 14 and they go back to whatever they were doing. Definately a nice change of pace.

I bought a Weber Natural Gas Grill from Ace Hardware and was having trouble getting it to light. I was 99% sure it was Operator Error (which it ended up being) but Ryan from Ace talked me through and it and even came to my house 2 times to help get it up and running. UNBELIEVALBLE customer service. So so far above and beyond and just cant speak highly enough of Ryan and this store.

Once again I had a rather unfavorable experience. the older guy that helped me didnt really seem interested in helping me.when i made the comment about going to home depot I was met with the response(good luck with that)fail

I come here a lot because it is super close to my house and they have a decent selection of certain products. For instance, this place is good for lawn mower belts but if your looking to exchange a craftsman product, don’t bother. Some of the staff is super good, but sometimes you’d be better off guessing.Another thing I don’t like, no one knows the return policy. I don’t keep receipts, most of the time I don’t even take them. When you return something without a receipt, you should get a store credit, says it right on the website. But 1/2 the time I get told “we can’t do that” the other half it’s “no problem”.The owner of this store should look into the training program in a lot of areas.Looking for a rental, go to Home Depot. If you’re looking for building supplies, go to menards. Need something NOW and you live close, give ACE a try.

Great place to run in and back out quickly!

Anthony was so WONDERFUL! He helped me make 2 copies of my car key. He came out to my car multiple times to check and see if the new copies worked and was so nice and helpful when they didnt work. I have two children is it was so nice not to have to keep running in and out of the store to see if they keys worked. Thank you Anthony for the GREAT customer service! I will be back for sure!

I live close to this location and have been going here for years. Today I arrived just before closing to pick up two small items. You would have had me out the door before 4pm when you actually close. I was asked to leave and you had another customer at checkout. I understand arriving after your hours to be turned away however this was not the case. May I also add that I am currently 9 months pregnant. In the future I plan to make the longer trip to a store that values my business.

NOT a big box store!!! I absolutely LOVE this place... It is a down to earth Old School hardware store... Almost all the people that work here are older- the LAST thing I need is some young kid that hasnt even seen a phone bill in his life theorizing on how to fix something or trying to convince me he knows what hes talking about then I KNOW he has NEVER done it AND knows even LESS about what I am trying to do than I do!!! If you need to fix something and arent 100% sure on how to do it or what you need- GO HERE!!! There ARE some good people at Menards, Home Depot, etc... But do you really want to take a chance??? The people here KNOW their stuff and theres enough of them there that if one doesnt- they will find someone that DOES and ask them rather than BS you... They have a great selection, excellent prices, good value for the money, tools you can rent by the hour or the day AND World Class Service...

Went to rent a vac to use for my flooded basement during our little hurricane. The vac suction power was not even there. The vac you buy from Walmart for 40 bucks has more power. Wish the workers didnt lie saying it is very powerful when it was not

I swear there is nothing that they dont carry. Several times I have been here looking for my little project related stuff and either finding stuff I didnt know exististed or finding something I didnt realize I needed. All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and have great advice for helping you with your projects or at least putting you in the right direction. The only real downside is they tend to be a little more pricy than your typical hometown hardware store. But they make up for it with great selection and even better service
