My fellow Montanans if you are looking for a large over stuffed brown couch this is you dream land. I failed to count but I imagine the have the entire brown rainbow for you to choose from. The sales person called it Montana Rustic which is a very distinct style unique in so many ways particulary the lack of variation in the color wheel beyond brown. For other people who have a different design style or an aversion to brown your best beat will be to shop online. The sells stall are all wonderful and friendly and very knowledgable. The gal helping us understood our pains and promised she is trying to bring in more variety of design styles we will wait and see. Hopefully its not brown.

Thought the prices were high. No one even approached us or talked to us. We were serious buyers. Displays are nice.

Jeremy greeted us at the door and was professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable about all furniture. We were looking for very specific pieces of furniture. If they didnt have it on the showroom floor he would pull it up on the computer for us to see. No pressure salesmen who got to know us and just helped. When I came back for the second piece which was an entry way shoe and coat rack, the interior designer dropped what she was doing and came over and helped me carry it to my car.. what service.

This place had so many options. The staff was so friendly. They didnt hover like others do in furniture stores. Great prices

Bought several pieces a few years ago. Were told cleaning products for life but told they don’t do that any more. A few of the pieces are showing serious signs of wear when it’s just my wife and me. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered bedroom set 9/19/20, might get end December, have to sleep in my recliner. Asked for floor sample said for show sets have to be ordered??? . Bought leather sectional great, end recliner went bad after 9 months Replaced with new. Living room, mattresses, bedroom all separate, got mattresses no problem great. Buy bedroom set only if they have if not find something they might have. Was told put new mattress on frame, cant need to buy box spring, when bedroom set comes in what I do with box spring.

I’m from Wyoming, and was wanting to buy a nice sofa. I wanted to come to the store so I could sit on the sofa and know what I was purchasing, as opposed to getting something a bit cheaper online, but not being confident about feel or comfort. I’m so glad I took the day off work and drove up here to get my sofa! I had one on one help. Eddy answered all my questions. I felt zero pressure or rush. Best experience I’ve had buying furniture, and I will keep coming back.

Bought a mattress for over $1000. One year ago. Gave specific needs, was told I was getting the right one for my needs. Still owe on this and it’s already the most uncomfortable, worst mattress ever! Manager won’t even get back to me. I feel ignored and lied to.

I was going to place an order online, but the only delivery option was one where they would not deliver the furniture to inside your home. I called the store and the nice gentleman put my order in for me and set up delivery in about 5 minutes! They send you a link to make your payment rather than pay over the phone. Really liked this.

These guys were great. Gave me the space to walk around and look and answered all my random questions. They were able to customize a sectional for us and it was available fast. Unfortunately covid19 changed things up, however they worked really hard to work with us while still following protocol and were very friendly doing so. Small business more now than ever need support and I highly recommend them.

Very beautiful store with an excellent layout in order to actually see everything. Not overcrowded, helpful but not pushy sales staff. Found some tables in the back for an incredibly good price! Overall a little pricey for our budget, but still not exorbitant. Nice store.

Eddie was a little too cut and dry for me, though I was low bowling on my offers (still been polite) for used furniture, I would expect him too be a little more optimistic to make the sale. I am doing four stars not because I didn’t get the discount but because I believe “we as salesman need to be able to handle objections at our best way as possible” something Eddie did NOT have .

Went to purchase a new sectional on last day of sale. Didnt know if it would fit, but Eddie the manager told us to go home & come back next day & would honor the price. Eddie was great to work with & appreciate his professionalism.

I had never been to Furniture Row in the past so I thought Id go check it out and purchase some water bed products. I went in the store and was looking around... normally youd have a salesman approach you and try to help you with any questions you may have. I was looked at by two men behind a desk but never aknowledged. I had to flag a guy down to get some help.A fter I found what I needed I continued to look around still no help by anyone. Customer service is terrible in this store id be hard pressed to ever go back!

We went in today to buy furniture for a new home. Our salesman was fantastic. He answered questions and entertained my mother who is in a wheelchair. Eddy took care of both of us, and I would certainly recommend him and furniture row to anyone interested in buying new furniture.

I have a sofa I purchased over a year ago from FR. I never had any reason in that time to look at the underside of the sofa. I recently saw wood showing from the front and discovered a problem.Good news is they have contacted me and maybe this can be made right. I am happy that the company responded quickly.

We enjoyed our trip to Furniture Row today for a couple of reasons. The price was right, they had the couch and chair we needed to complete our living room, and the no pressure salesman made it easy for us.

This place is a great place to shop they just lack communication we ordered a bed and a end table that was supposed to be in mid December but apparently it was earlier than that and no one called us had to check on it ourselves so now we have to wait till after the holidays to get the bed

Well for one they opened an hour early to serve us. We planned to pay cash and the offered us 3 year interest free financing. The staff were friendly,knowledgeable and went out of the way in service.

Decent selection but a little overpriced on some items. We purchased a full bed set for a California king. My only complaint other than the overall cost was the limited selection of only 4 choices for our bed size.

No one could compare with your quality of furniture.

The store says they are having a huge sale on everything in the store, however the prices were no different than our visit 6 weeks ago! When the associate was asked about this situation he responded by saying yeah, its always that way! That is no way to do business!

We got some furniture here, was told we would receive our product within a month, it took over 3 months to get it and the salesman was no where to be found when I needed help. Overpriced furniture, the delivery men scratched up the dresser when they brought it up the stairs, and other countless issues. Will never be going back to this furniture store, not worth the savings!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE!!!This place is a joke. We ordered furniture here about a year and a half ago and it was back ordered three times. When it was finally delivered (at our expense) we had it about two months before the sofa wouldnt close from reclining, quickly followed by the same problem with the loveseat. Come to find out the furniture is defective and everyone who purchased the same set (Triple Play) should be getting replacements. We had to call and find this out, no one bothered to let us know.After speaking mutliple times with one of their salespeople, sending pictures of the defective mechanisms, and being told our new set would arrive in 3 weeks, we call to check in on the order and no one ever put it in the computer! Another 2 weeks of waiting for furniture to come in.Save your time and money. There is no value of costumer service here and they clearly arent looking for repeat business.
