They were great in helping me select a bed for my kids. I shopped around and they were reasonable as well. It was the best experience I had and I shopped at a bed at 6 stores. Dayton I believe his name was, was very helpful. When I need a bed for my wife and I we will stop back.

All these places are the same. You have to be real careful and read the small writing. Their mattress trials arent everything they make them out to be.

UPDATE:After my sales rep Erik contacted me to help resolve the issues I was having with service department, a new base was brought to replace the malfunctioning one within 48 hours on Labor Day weekend. We now LOVE the bed and adjustable base we purchased! Thank you Erik for QUICKLY resolving my issues!Erik was great to work with as well as the gentlemen who did delivery and setup. But I am having major issues with having a 600 adjustable base problem resolved. When delivered, base was without remote. Contacted warranty dept and they sent remote....the wrong remote. Second remote was sent quickly but didnt work with base. The remote sent did not match the part number, or brand of the one on packing slip. Assured it was the proper remote. After this I was scheduled for a service call and told the tech would be reaching out. After no contact in 3 business days, I called to find out status of service call. They gave me the number of service tech, and stated that he had the parts needed. After calling service tech, he stated he did not have parts and that he would call as soon as he got them. 2 weeks and no information yet. As of right now we are days away from having bed for 1 month. I have a bed with adjustable base that doesnt adjust.

Our salesman, Val, was super helpful in finding me and my girlfriend a mattress we loved! Trial and error through testing to find what we like and didnt like. She was also very thorough in explaining the qualities and the pricing differences.

Eric at mattress firm was both knowledgeable and patient with my wife who is very picky and has a hard time making up her mind. He took the time showing her the difference between mattresses and never rushed her. I would recommend mattress firm and Eric as the salesman to all my friends.

We went in not knowing much about mattresses or really what we were looking for other than a comfortable bed. Erik was really helpful with helping us find a bed that suited both of our needs. They also had great deals going for the fourth of July and a 4 month trial period in case we don’t like our bed as much as we are thinking we will. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm!

Went in with a small time window around lunch time and I walked out of there in less than 30 minutes with my mattress and box spring. Salesman was very easy to deal and got me what I needed.

The guy sales person there today was the rudest person I’ve ever met. We asked if we could just look around instead forced us into a 20min lecture on beds and showed us tempur-pedic’s for 3k+. He finally left us alone and we gave it a couple of minutes before politely telling him we were leaving. He did not like that. Asked us if we have more fun wasting salesman’s time or laying on beds. We weren’t interested in spending that much for a bed. He started saying more, but we left in a rush.My gf and I are closing on a house and bought a bedroom set from WG&R. We were going to buy a bed from there but I always look around for the best option. Thank you for making the decision easy.

Originally bought a Sealy and was told the timeline was 3 weeks. After 3 weeks past I was told that It was not going to be delivered on time and that there was no timeline for when it would be in. A few days later they called me and offered me an upgrade to a more expensive bed for free that was a two week turnaround. While the situation was not great, it appeared to be an issue on sealys end and the did right by me offering me $1000 upgrade. They will get my business again. Just dont buy a sealy and you will be alright

My husband and I went into Mattress firm after looking at some of their mattresses online. We had a budget of a certain dollar amount based on what we had seen online. When we got there I was a little disappointed with how expensive their mattresses were and didnt feel as though we could afford any of them. The one we had seen online was at the very bottom quality wise. Valerie was there assisting us and she was so patient with us. She took the time to get to know our needs and wants and to explain each product and the differences in what we were looking at. Very knowledgable. We came at just the right time during the memorial sale and she explained our options to stay within our budget. Not only that but she was super patient with my two young daughters who were running around the store and trying out all the beds and asking her all sorts of questions. I got a great deal on a display model today. The gentleman who helped me was kind and carried the mattress out to my vehicle so I didn’t have to. My only issue is that when my husband and I were bringing it in the house, we noticed a hole in the bottom of the mattress. It was the display mattress so I can’t complain too much but I wish I would have known before buying it.Today I received a call about my review and the man I spoke with was extremely apologetic and helped me with my problem. Great customer service.

Extremely bad experience. Told by the sales rep the bed we were purchasing would fit our existing bed frame - it was a huge topic of discussion we had with him as we wanted to keep our existing frame. It did not fit. When it was delivered the carrier service tried to get it to fit anyway (not by our direction but by their bosses direction) and damaged our bed frame in the process. Currently we are working with the carrier and mattress firm on completing the return of the bed and trying to figure out what they will do since they damaged our bed frame. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I had called around mattress stores in Green Bay looking for a specific mattress that we wanted to purchase. We chose to purchase from mattress firm initially because the woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful and very nice! Being someone who has worked in customer service and works with many different people daily; I really appreciate this and value this. That being said, we went to mattress firm and even though we knew what mattress we wanted, the salesman convinced us to try out a bunch of different mattresses, so we did. We still ended up purchasing the Sealy mattress we had wanted initially. We paid in full that day, and selected a delivery date to confirm the purchase, and to confirm that we would receive the mattress on that specific day. It was mid August at the time we bought the mattress, and at the time of purchase, they had told us it wouldn’t be delivered until mid September, which was perfect for what we had planned. Two days before the date it was to be delivered in September, mattress firm called us and said sorry the mattress won’t be delivered that day. They said we had 3 options: get a full refund, purchase a different mattress or wait until November 6th to receive the mattress. So my husband and I decided to wait until November 6th for this particular mattress. That was in September. I called mid October to confirm that we would still be receiving the mattress in November and the lady on the phone said yes, the delivery is set up for November 6th; possibly the end of November. I said ok that sounds good, thanks. November 4th comes and we get a phone call saying the mattress again would not be delivered in November at all, and actually, it likely wouldn’t be delivered until December and that isn’t guaranteed. They said they hadn’t seen any shipments from sealy in MONTHS! Now, I completely understand with covid that things were delayed which is why we were willing to wait and understanding of that. The communication though with this store is HORRIBLE. They called us 2 days before each “expected delivery” to tell us it wasn’t being delivered, and then when I called to check in October they confirmed the delivery even though they hadn’t seen any of the mattress in months. That was the most frustrating part, had we known they hadn’t been getting ANY sealy mattresses in, we would have chosen a different mattress. They needed to communicate better and be more transparent with this. I’m a very understanding person and we would have purchased through them had they been honest. Instead, they dragged us around for months without a mattress and lied. If I could give zero stars I would. We got a refund and went to WG&R, and they took care of us appropriately. Very disappointed in mattress firm and am writing this review to save and warn others from our terrible experience. Will never go back there again and will keep family and friends away as well.
