I am quite happy with my service at Beyond Redline. Brandon was great to work with, we even had a few laughs. Brought my 2009 Mustang GT in to have headers, new x.pipe with high flow cats, spark plugs installed, new belt applied to my Kenne Belle supercharger. And of course my Stallion Mustang placed its hoofs on the dyno. Dynoed at 460 horse power at the wheels. Pretty nice for a 4.6, 281 cubes. So far after a week very pleased. I am just having a hard time keeping my foot out of it.... lol... Car sounds really bad, bad boy on the street....
Not willing to do a simple project on my car. Didn’t get back to me, I had to contact them multiple times. It was a very simple job that was actually making the car more “legal”. They said go to an exhaust shop. I can’t get coilovers raised at an exhaust shop. Nor do most places deal with older classic Japanese cars. That’s why I thought they would be a good place to go. Unfortunately I was wrong
Had them install a new clutch on my car. My first issue is that when thetransmission removal issue occurred they did not call me about it when it happened and I had to find out when I called to see how far along my car was. I called at the end of the day on the second day, the job was quoted 13 hours. Secondly I definitely feel they didnt show respect to my car as items like battery tie down were not reinstalled and the hold down for my intake piping was just pulled off instead of unscrewing. I wont go into the actual clutch install issues because I dont know what really happened during the removal. I will not give them my business nor will I promote this business ever again.
Brought my Tiburon V6 there for a Dyno run after installing I/H/E. No it didnt blow up. They actually run it for a good bit to ensuring it wont then they do their pulls. Really friendly place. Really professional. They have all the tools. One of the guys even showed me around their shops and the stuff they were working on.Only 4 stars though. As I asked if they can tune the car for the mods and they shut the door on it. If they clearly specialize in Hyundai Genesis then they could do the Tibs too. At least give me something instead of a flat out no.
I purchased a stage 2 Competition Clutch for my Genesis Coupe after hearing good things online in forums around buying performance parts from Beyond Redline. After ordering I wanted to find out an estimate for delivery, and when I called they immediately knew me by what I had ordered. I was told they actually were about to call me as I had ordered a $100 slave cylinder to replace along with my clutch and they include those for free with their kits so they were going to refund me that money. This allowed me to redirect that money towards expedited shipping so that I could get my clutch in that weekend. Fast forward I am in my garage old clutch out and about to put the new one in when I notice the friction plate had some nicks and chips on it along the edge. Being that this was my first clutch replacement I have done myself I was a little concerned. I think the clutch would have functioned fine with it but didnt feel 100 % comfortable with putting it in. So I contacted Beyond Redline and sent pictures of what I was concerned about unsure if I would just get blown off or not. The response could not have been more honest and positive. I received feedback that they dont normally have those defects but it should still function fine. The representative I spoke too even said he would use it if it was his car BUT if I wanted they would send me out a brand new one just for my own peace of mind. The people over at Beyond Redline were very responsive in their replies and probably the easiest, most down to earth people I have purchased expensive items from. I felt respected and cared about even of my complaint was perhaps a little superfluous. Even if you have found a better deal elsewhere I would recommend you considering buying from Beyond Redline if for nothing more than the peace of mind knowing that the presumably large some of money you are dropping into your vehicle will be backed with excellent customer service. Thanks again everyone at Beyond Redline and I look forward to receiving my clutch disc, finishing the install and I will be back to leave a review for the actual clutch later.
Brought my car with all aftermarket preformance parts. They went through and found the problem my car was having.
I have had 2 of my race cars tuned multiple times at Beyond Redline in the past 8 years. Every car gets tracked hard and I have never had a tuning related issue with them. I have known Luke for a long time, and they do great work. I always to tell him that I track my cars hard, so he maxes the power out and then backs the timing off a bit and adds a bit more fuel to keep me safe under extreme use. Great work!

Had called all over green bay for a shop that would remove a pressed on supercharger pulley and install a new one that I was unable to do myself. Guys were great, offered to spend 30 minutes on it and if they couldnt get it to budge, they would have stopped and charged me half an hours work, very fair. Ended up getting what I wanted
Organized and professional shop...Im big on communication, as most shops lack this. Jim was quick to answer any questions I had and kept me in the loop through the whole process..Luke did a really nice job on the tune..the car made great power on a conservative tune, but what makes Lukes tunes so great is their driveability..the car starts and idles perfect in any temperature, and the transitions while driving are super smooth (no hiccups, stutters, hesitations, surging). Got my srt4 neon tuned just a few days ago. It runs amazing. My first time having work done here and will definitely not be a stranger very knowledgeable group of guys. Would defiantly refer them to any one.
This is the second Genesis I have reflashed/tune with Tim and even though we are in two completely different states everything has worked out without a problem. Product has been amazing and the customer service + turn around time to get things done outstanding. Would recommend to anybody!
We took our 2005 Kenne Bell Supercharged mustang GT to beyond Redline for assurance that the vehicles tune was good for us to sell the vehicle at our car dealership and wanted it to be more on the Conservative side. Ordered a Differential bushing kit for my Genesis coupe through a third party. Third party did not update me on shipment. I called 3 times and was told that theyd call back. Never did. Beyond Redline responded immediately. Item ships today! I will order direct from this point forward.

I had my camaro tuned at there shop, little did i know that they lock there p.c.m. meaning u cannot access anything on the pc.m.I called Luke there tuner guy who said he would unlock my tune after spending over 8 min on the phone with him trying to convince him to unlock my pcm.Then After spending over 2 hours there waiting for luke to unlock it. He then hooked up his lap top and tells me its all unlocked. I check it when i get home and the pcm is still locked. If u dont know what a locked pcm is google it. The pcm is useless. I would not recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would.Brought my car to them from 8hrs away after talking with Steve about what I wanted to get done. A simple install of my rebuild and a retune. Steve initially sent me a quote/estimate for the work, $2650 and about 2 months time to complete.29 weeks later my car is done and they are asking for $9800 for the exact work stated on the quote.Now I assumed that the quote was low, but not $7000 low. It was obvious my car was not a priority as when I would call to get an update I was told numerous times that the tech ran into an issue and was taken off the car and they were waiting for the other car to be completed before putting him back on mine.At the first indication that I was not happy with how the work was going they did not hesitate one bit to tell me to pay my bill and come pick up the car uncompleted. They knew they had me over a barrel as I needed the car done by a date and was 8hrs away.I went and picked up the car after they claimed it was done, owing about $3000 left on the bill. Regretfully wrote them a check as after looking over once home the car was clearly not done and the work that was preformed was very sub-par.The tune was the main reason for bringing the car here, but the transient throttle setting in the ECU was not setup so the car would fall on its face when slamming gears. I had to have another shop complete this work on the tune.Found about 20 mechanical issues with the car that needed to be fixed.After discovering all these issues I canceled my final payment check and sent them an email asking to discuss the issues and to some kind of resolution. Luke then called me the next day to discuss. It became apparent on this call that Luke, the owner, is very disconnected from the wrench side of the business and only does the tuning as he had no idea of any of the issues that came up along the 29 weeks. He did admit that they were over booked for the summer. So is that an excuse to take all the time they want and still charge the same amount in the end? After a short back and forth that was going nowhere he let me know he was going to talk with the tech that did my car and get back to me in two days.I did not hear back from him and they simply just attempted to charge my debt card $1500. When that got declined they then tried $900, again declined and tried $450 which went through. With that at this point I decided to cut all ties because of this. A few days later I got a letter from their lawyer stating they were going to sue me for the full amount and pursue charges for two other crimes they claimed I committed. A mechanics lean and for writing a bad check, both of which dont apply in this case. Scare tactics.After a few letters back and forth I settled with them but was still very unhappy with the outcome.Use at your own risk. Caveat emptor.

The customer care and mechanics skill at Beyond Redline are exceptional. Alex meticulously installed for me a Whipple supercharger/ARH long tube headers, Luke did an awesome dyno tune and Jason treated me like a VIP. If most mechanics are like family doctors, the guys at Beyond Reline are like Neuro Surgeons.

Was very disappointed with the inaccurate numbers their mobil dyno put out, must not have been calibrated due to all the low numbers. I wouldnt have paid for 2 pulls if I knew numbers were low all night.. the guy in charge said after the dyno was around 15% off I asked for my money back due to false readings considering my numbers were lower than factory rwhp with supporting mods to be well over 400hp.. I wasnt the only one disappointed
I heard beyond redline was the go to spot for performance cars. So I decided to bring my car there.After bringing in my car I was told about other issues and decided to have them taken care of as well. After a month and multiple calls the price of repairs trippled. I had dropped off several thousand dollars initially and they got started on some gen maintenence. After a few weeks I told them all repairs must stay under the set dollar amount, and to not start anything that could not be finished. After 2 months of being in their shop I told them I wanted to pick up my car and get a refund of whatever deposit was left they told me the car wasnt together and they would start getting it back together. After a few more weeks I called and the cost of repairs went over my initial $3,000 deposit and I was told if I could not pay the extra they were going to take my ECU and other add-ons I dropped off for them to install to cover the $350 they went over. My other option was they would remove several pulleys they replaced and undo a large portion of the work making the car undrivable.. I was told if I paid the extra charge I would be able to drive the car home. So I paid the charge and still had to get it trailered home. Now the car has more problems than when I dropped it off, and is basically a large paperweight sitting in my yard. In the end I spent $3500, and had my car in their repair shop for months just to take it home and have it sit in my yard. It has been sitting now for months, and still wont run right since leaving Beyond Redline. Prior to bringing it in it had no problems idling, or with its tune, since bringing it in and picking it up it barely can hold an Idle, and it chugs and sputters when it is on the road. After reviewing the receipt it looks like a lot of stuff that didnt need to be replaced was replaced, and there was a lot of wasted money spent. I have dealt with many repair shops, and this one gave me the feeling they were trying to rip me off and overcharge me. I would not reccomend this shop.If I could give lower than a 1 star rating I would.
First let me start by saying Thanks to all the guys at BR for the great customer service and overall experience I was able to have at your shop. To make a long story short I went to the guys with a Genesis Coupe when it was in the early stages of development with tuning and so forth. Checked around with a few shops that were on the east coast or some what close to me. After months of research I got in touch with Tim and he lined me out what they could do for me. The wife and I drove 13 hours to take the car to Beyond Redline when we got there we were treated like a real shop should treat traveling customers. Tim took us out for lunch when we arrived and that night we went out with Barry to a very nice steak house(Let me add both times they paid for mine and the wifes food) So the next day we started the uncharted journey of tuning one of the first types of Genesis and setup I had. Luke worked very hard for 7 straight hours and they were not happy with the end results because they wanted a happy customer. After a long talk with Tim he decided it would be best to leave the car with them if I could do so. It was fine with me since I had a winter car back home and the winter was nearing close. Beyond Redline paid for the hotel and food that night. The next day we flew home and waited the next 3 months for my car to be completed. Let me tell you the Customer Service I received from Tim and Steve was hands down the best I have ever seen in my life! Over those 3 months I bet I called, text, and emailed 100 times checking on my car and changing my mind a few times about parts. I called during regular business hours every time they answered the phone and the late nights I was scratching my head about ideas I would text Tim until like 1 am LOL. So at the end of the deal they completed my car I went and picked it up. They fixed the issue then the best part I owed only 70 bucks for some race fuel they used to tune and test my car with!!!! Once again anyone needing work and is local or willing to travel, this is the place to go. Shop is super nice and I felt all the guys working in the shop knew what they were doing. Sold the car a year after because I bought another Genesis but this time a 6 speed. Ran all BR parts on it as well making a total of 50k with parts installed and still counting since the parts are on a Genesis now with zero issues! Thanks again to everyone at BR for the great visit!
