These guys were awesome!!!!! I came in at the last minute with a nail in my tire. They were so willing to help even though they were closing soon. Unfortunately the tire had to be replaced. They put the spare on for me. I was so thankful for these guys. Above and beyond!!!

Had a flat tire on my way through this location, stopped at the location to get my tire plugged and they had a new method where they use a Nathan’s hotdog to plug the tire! Worked great thank you so much Walmart

Super slow. I dont blame the staff. You can only do so much short staffed. I am usually a very patient person but when my appointment is for 1pm and i am thereuntil 230 when I was told 45 min I got a little irritated. I live 20 miles away and still had to pick up my child from school. So if you get your tires done here make sure to allow PLENTY of time for anything else you have to do.

Walmart Auto Care Center.Here you can find tires and auto services. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Prices are the going rate for most purchases.The Bad: This place is super slow and understaffed. They told me it work take 2-3 hours to mount a tire. Thats unheard of for this type of business. Also when I told them I would take my order to go. I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for it to be pulled and checked out.I recommend avoiding any of this locations.

So we have been at Walmart for over an hour waiting for one tire to get changed and we still have another one to get done.I sat by the window for a good 15mins just to watch 4 guys stand around talking while one guy was doing an oil change.Im heated 😒

Horrible Horrible Horrible. The employees at the front desk were so extremely unprofessional. I waited over 2 hours to get my flat fixed as I ran over a nail. I get home, two hours later I go to leave and its flat again. What a joke.

Got me in right away. They were able to do the couple maintenance items needed in one trip.

I came in a 7am to get 4 tires. There was 1 guy ahead of me. They told me 1-2 hours. After 1 hour and 45 minutes the staff asked me if I could come back at noon due to appointments. Overall it took almost 5 hours to buy tires. Next time I will pay more for better service and integrity with service times. I will never use this service again. Fits the pattern of the Walmart experience.

Friendly staff, affordable, best to drop your vehicle off in the morning due to there only being Walk in Appointments only. I went on a Monday and to have all 4 tires put on, my vehicle was ready in 3 hours. I arrived around 1pm. So not too bad. If youre not the patient type, I would suggest this is not the place for you.

Good prices, and the end product is good. They are very slow and have interesting rules about using tools. The handle of the pulley to open my hood broke off, and they went use a pair of pliers to pull the thing thats left, so I have to do that vehicle somewhere else.It is convenient to have it in-store, so if the deals are worth the wait to you, its still a good option.

Auto shop was very helpful when looking for tint for window. Answered all my questions. Turned out great

I had an outstanding experience servicing my vehicle at this location. The staff was extremely friendly and thoughtful, kudos to Kristen, Stuart, William and Amie. Im female with low auto knowledge, I came in thinking I needed one service ($190 value) but my assesment was incorrect, and I actually didnt need it. I was so impressed with their honesty, I left saving a lot of money, better informed and with a correct assessment. The wait time was reasonable, but regardless, the feeling of being treated with respect and honesty was one of the best experiences. I highly recommended!

Got a car battery replaced under warranty, and since it was Walmart I got a cart with a bunch of stuff in it.

Last place to change your oil...ever! Got my oil changed here last and now I have to replace the whole oil pan because they stripped the plug. Thank you so much for costing me $200. Not worth it.

Waited for one customer ahead of me for twenty minutes for him to be helped for simple oil change, simply slow and not quite friendly customer service first off. Long story short took my vehicle to Fleet Farm where it was taken care of with no problems immediately. I wouldn’t even take my kids big wheel to Walmart for repair!

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. There employee told me that the last person who put an oil filter in put the wrong size in and it got stuck. I’ve only had it changed at the dealer and they never had a problem. They pushed my car in the parking lot and told me I had to get it towed! Never ever bring your car here. Not worth any savings. I don’t think I’ll ever step foot in Walmart again!

The price for a regular oil change was fine. The wait was a bit long, although it wasnt a big deal, I like my Walmart to shop for all you need at one store is AWESOME 8* Walmart

Passable place to stop if you have time to burn to shop(whatever you ask for youll wait an hour before done) and fix/service is simple. But after having a transmission go out within 200 miles of a flush and also a couple times needing local mechanic to recheck and fix their work my opinion of car knowledge of workers here is highly questionable.

Was waiting out side form 8 to 8:30am and never unlocked the auto care doors

Went to get two tires replaced and oil changed. Four hour wait which was fine, didnt need the car at the time. When car was done, come to find out they were unable to replace my tire cause lug nuts were seized. Had to take to another shop.

Excellent. I am in. Wheelchair and low pressure came on. It was back tire. Inflated it as a courtesy, no pressure about needing new tires.. Will be back for future service.

Worst tire shop in GB. Took in a tire too get a slow leak fixed. The job took 4 hours. Tire still leaks. I have had other problems also and they’re slow slow slow. Never again here! Not worth the low prices.

I ordered two new tires, came in and had them put on the front of my van. They did an amazing job, were very helpful and friendly. Extremely impressed as I have had bad automotive experiences at other Walmarts.

Currently here to fix a nail thats in my tire.. they said it would take 45-60 minutes for them to fix it.. so far I have been here for two hours. I worked 3rd shift last night and work it again tonight. If youre on a time limit do NOT come here.

Never had the tires I wanted in stock, but when I looked online it said they had 6 of them at this location. Got the feeling the lady working just didnt want to add another car. I wish I would have remembered her name.Happend 3 times. Went somewhere else. Wont even bother trying in the future.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR CAR SERVICES. I came in at 3:19, waited about 20 mins for the customer in front of me to be helped and another 20 after that to get set up for an oil change and free tire rotation (since I bought my tires there). Once it was said and done they told me an hour and 15 minutes approx, we came back after that amount of time and they were not done with my oil change yet and told me another half hour for my tires to be rotated. It was almost 6 o clock! 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours is ridiculous for an oil change!!!! I told them to cancel the tire rotation and that I had somewhere I needed to be. Took another 10-15 minutes before I was able to pay and leave. They talk, walk, and work slow. And NOBODY apologized for the wait. Ridiculous. Save your time and go somewhere else!

Horrible customer service at the auto center. Spent 6 hours waiting for tires that we were told would be done in 3 to 4 hours. No phone call. No reason why. No admission of fault. Completely understaffed and overall bad company....

Can’t even call to make/check on appointment.Just sat waiting for over a minute just for someone to answer (yah not a big deal) but when they answered a guys exclaimed they’re not taking anymore more calls at the moment and are on a switch board.

Worst service I have ever gotten, the first thing we got was an attitude from the female technician saying our car wasnt going to be done before another car when we didnt even ask, the gentleman that helped us was super nice but was quoted and hour and have been waiting over two hours

Horrible service, had to reschedule and drive 1 hr round trip two days only to watch them BEGIN our service of 2 TIRES INSTALLED 45min AFTER OUR 2ND APPT. Also took another 1.5hrs watching 2 employees on their phones and redundantly circle the shop while we were the only customers there on new yeaes eve and new years day. The desk staff did not help at ALL. Will ALWAYS GO TO PRIVATE BUSINESS HERE-ONWARD.

I came in fairly early, hoping to beat any congestion. I got done at the counter at about 8:30, and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I was told itd be a little over 2 hours, which I was ok with but still somewhat surprised since there were only 2 vehicles in front of me. It is now 1:00 and Im still waiting...

Do NOT expect it to be a quick visit. I brought 2 tires to be mounted and balanced. It took them 3, yes THREE frieken hours to do them!!! Ridiculous!!!!

Literally the most terrible service in the auto shop. Lady was rude and drove over an hour to get here after was told we could get in to get a tire changed, then accused us that she never guranteed anything when WE CALLED AHEAD. Typical walmart. Never coming here again.

Took just over an hour for four new tires. Cheapest place in town. No issues.

The worst experience ever. An hour to an hour and a half wait for a simple (nail hole) tire repair took two and a half hours plus. I could see if they where busy but that was not the case at all, two oil changes in front of us. Late for work and they dont care obviously because they work there because they cant go anywhere else and stay employed. Stay away, youve been warned.

The guy that 1st waited on me explained why I need the oil change I needed.

Was there at 7:05 doors were locked, waited 10 min standing by the doors. Waited another 30 min just for them to get information into their computers to find out the pricing online wasnt the same in store and even when I showed it to them they said I could only order online to get the deal. Then asked if I ordered them would I have to wait, they said it depends what distributer it came from.. even when they had them in store. Horrible experience!!
