We are so glad we happened to stop by Classic Maytag when we were out and about shopping for a new dishwasher. The staff here was great and really helped us select the right model. They were even able to get us in for an installation only a couple days later. The technician who came to do the work was friendly and respectful (and wore a mask in our home) and did a really excellent job installing the dishwasher in a less-than-ideal older opening from the previous dishwasher. We would absolutely make this a first stop when shopping for appliances in the future.

SO pleased with my experience and my purchase here. Super helpful and friendly staff. Finding what I needed was not an easy task, and it was seemingly impossible from the big box stores. I stopped in here, told them what I wanted, and they called me less than a week later when they got in the fridge I was looking for. I purchased, and was lucky enuf to have them deliver it same day! Highly suggest at least stopping in here when youre looking for an appliance! Locally owned and very nice people!

My stove broke Thursday night and I had a new one by noon on Friday!So helpful, courteous & knowledgeable.I will definitely be back when I am in need of another appliance.They have some appliances in stock too!

Our family has been using Classic Maytag Home Appliance in Green Bay, WI for the past 11 years following poor service elsewhere. Since then, neither my parents, sibling, nor I have thought of shopping anywhere else for appliances or for service on existing ones.This is what a quality, hometown business is meant to be! Theyre friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They dont just sell and install appliances, they also perform top-notch service for your existing appliances.I always tp my best to use small business and have recommended this store to anyone looking for new appliances or needing service work. Their prices are very close, and sometimes even below big box retailers, so youre not paying more, but you get the added personal touch and commitment to your satisfaction!*When we needed warranty work on appliances purchased at another store, this is even where the extended warranty company sent me. That speaks volumes about the service they provide!

Not very friendly, no greeting walking into the store. Sure Im wearing sweats its my day off but come on. A simple hello goes a long way. Going into appliances, theyre very over priced. Theyre asking 899 for a top load washer thats 549 at best buy. There were more examples but I was very disappointed.

Our 2015 Whirlpool refrigerator quit working at our cottage in Southern Door County on July 4th weekend . Had a hard time finding someone who would come take a look at it and help us out. While we had to wait a few days, it was well worth it. Others were giving me appointments a week or more out. I took a short video of the the sound the freezer was making and the frost build up which they had me text it to them. The repairman, anticipating what the problem was, brought two possible parts with him. It ended up being the cheaper part. For less than $200 they got my fridge going again, gave me a warranty on the labor for 30 days and part for 1 year. Good honest people, at a fair price, and no surprise charges. Will definitely call them again if I need to. Highly recommend.

We have been a long time customer (over 20 years). Our 2004 Maytag Neptune washer decided to take a path into non-performance. First call was to the great folks at Maytag on Military. Bruce came out to check if it could be repaired. Nope...;. but he explained why. Next step was a stop at the store. 20 minutes on a Saturday morning and a scheduled Wednesday delivery. On time, and COMPLETE.The fact that we have a great local contact and repair function is worth SO MUCH. Yes, we could have gone to the big box stores or online, but our 20+ years of experience made this a total no brainer.Thank you very much.

The store was organized and nice. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly. They had the replacement piece I needed in under a day. I would definitely recommend.

Great customer service and prices comparable to big box stores!

I had a very poor experience with a dryer install. The technician’s work was unacceptable.He installed a side vent and, without consulting me as I sat in a room 20 feet away from him, he opted to use solid ducting material instead of a flexible kit. As a result, the washer and dryer were immovable and jammed together on one side, leaving a 7” gap on the other side.Maytag installation specifications call for no less than 1” of space on all sides of washers and dryers and he had these appliances touching one another, the washing machine smack up against the base cabinet, and both machines immovable because of the solid ducting he used.When I expressed my concern about the quality of the work, the technician yelled (!!) at me (this is a man I don’t know, in my home, when my husband was not present), saying it was my own fault for not reminding him I had the flexible ducting available for him to use.I asked him to leave my home and as he did, he suggested I not call Classic Maytag if the machines ever broke.My call and message left for the business owner, the following day, has not been returned.

A technician came to service my dryer which had a peice of clothing stuck in the fan/motor. He fixed the problem and then offered to do some cleaining and general maintanance on the dryer since I had already paid for the hour of service. His exact words were Do you want me to clean and lubricate the dryer since youve already paid for the hour?You dont find service like this anymore, and I will always give them my business!
