I’ve always enjoyed going into this Verizon station. Ive had STELLAR experiences With almost all of the employees. Sean and Dev have always made me or my family Feel welcome, and theyve been super helpful in picking out products. You can’t really go wrong with the employees at this Verizon station. In other locations, youre given a number and when your turn comes, I always felt rushed and like Im not being listened to. These guys do a lot of business, but every time I go in and it’s my turn, they make me feel like I’m the only one in the store and they’re committed to helping out. Its a really great Verizon store. You should totally give them a shot.

Joseph helped us out tremendously. He made understanding all the billing changes and upgrades clear and simple to even where I could comprehend. 5 stars isn’t enough, highly recommend.

“THE” best Verizon store! We went in an hour before close and asked if they had time to do two upgrades since another store turned us away. Dom didn’t even hesitate to welcome us in. Dom and Manny got us taken care of and went through all the features and everything we needed to know. These guys stayed TWO hours after closing to help us! Talk about above and beyond! This is definitely my “go to” store from now on! Thanks guys!

I came into the store today kind of in a rush. I bought an Apple Watch from best buy but didn’t know how to set it up. I had the privilege to be helped by Juan Gomez. He walked me through the steps to set up my watch and get cellular set up on it. I was in and out within 15 minutes. He was a major help and was very nice and patient throughout the process.

This Verizon store is the BEST!!! Juan and Maira helped me with all the viruses on my phone. They worked as a team and it was one of the best experiences Ive had at ANY Verizon store!

Sean went above and beyond to meet my needs. I had been to several locations that didn’t have a fraction on the knowledge Sean had. What others deemed impossible, he made look easy and was happy to do! I almost cancelled my policy with Verizon out of frustration but, because of Sean I decided to keep it. He showed me easy access to help and redeemed my trust in Verizon. He should train other employees how to treat customers!
