They are always so friendly and helpful here. Wonderful customer service. I now live a little farther away from it but I will always make the drive to get my car serviced here. They also make sure you get a great price!! If it is close enough I highly recommend coming here.

I called to ask if they provided any pre-purchase vehicle evaluation for private party sales and was quickly treated like I have been a long-standing customer. They offered appointment times the very next day understanding the importance of timing in car purchase situations. I had to get my car looked at last minute to travel 10 hours and these guys were very accommodating, even after I went to the wrong place and was 40 minutes late. They are very nice guys and explained everything to me there was no pressure sales I got to decide what I wanted done with great explanation and my car seems to be running great. Great service as always. The technician informed me that it would take about 2 and half hours to do everything i needed. I was unable to get a ride that day so i was hanging out there. They had me out in just over an hour. They said they were able to get two guys to work on my vehicle so i wouldn’t have to wait so long and that is so appreciated! I won’t go anywhere else!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a new car purchase! Dallas Barnes and the team went above and beyond to deliver the exact car I wanted and made an unexpected 280 mile round trip to get it on very short notice! They were extremely swift in valuing my trade and came back with a better offer than several other dealers in the area. I had all my ducks in a row and explained I wanted a quick and painless experience, they over delivered on every aspect of the new car purchase, arranged a time, had my new car detailed and parked by the door when I arrived. They had paperwork ready, I was in and out in less than an hour, just the way a car buying experience should be. I even had the Sales Mgr come out and sit for a few min, not even to talk about the car, just to makes friends and showed they really cared about my business! Ken and the staff in the Service Department at Volkswagen are fantastic to work with! They truly provide the best customer service! I took my Audi TT in and they made it very easy to order parts through Audi and service it at their location. They are prompt, efficient, and trustworthy!

I’ve never been treated with such disrespect as I have by this service department. I was treated like a child and EVERY and I mean EVERY maintenance service I have here is a nightmare. Man at front counter is so rude and disrespectful. Told me I should know better (referring to how long service on a car would take), spoke to me in a condescending tone every time I’ve been in for service (tires, oil change, sun visor repair). I STRONGLY recommend buying from any other dealership just to avoid this service department. You will save yourself the dehumanizing trip for an oil change. Manager is very friendly but can’t right the wrongs of a bad representative:(

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I went in because my automatic start wasn’t working and the entire team was so helpful and accommodating. They kept me updated on the status and timeframe of the car and even dropped me off/picked me up so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership. My visit to Greeley Volkswagen was positive !! I had my car at a shop prior to going to Greeley V/W. The previous shop had my car for more than 10 days and they still did not fix the problem. This previous shop, however, did not have a problem collecting my money even when the problem was not resolved. My experience at Greeley V/W was nothing but professional. I was made aware of the diagnosis as well as every step to fix the problem. I WILL BE BACK !!!

Numerous employees came by to check on me while I was waiting for a factory recall as well as some other work. The customer service was amazing, they explained clearly and concisely what was going on, what should be done in the future and what I should expect.Even though it is significantly out of way for me to drive there, when we need to return to a dealership this will be my first choice.

After being hit and losing my car as a total loss over the weekend, I reached out to my dealership for help Tuesday morning and the ambassador who responded, Dallas, got to work immediately and secured me a vehicle, with /all/ the specifications I wanted, by the end of the day. That level of service is unheard of. Im insanely busy and was able to trust Dallas with all the research. He was willing to correspond with me via email, procure the car from another dealership, and even drove me up the rode to return my rental vehicle. The most valuable thing about Dallas, is his painstaking vigilance and attention to detail. In the span of about 20 emails, I bombarded him with question after question and he answered each and every one of them - not just the first question and then overlook the ones in the middle - /all/ of them. Thats a rare and understated skill these days.

I was in VW service. Nice staff. Ken is great.However theyre always out of coffee and the furniture in the waiting room is old and worn or you have to sit on hard plastic chairs.

Edit - zero stars, they deleted my review and still haven’t fixed the issue as of June 2021. I finally spoke with someone who I thought could help me in April and they had informed me it would take 30 days it’s been well over 30 days and I’ve called and called and sent even more emails and talked to live people saying they would relay the message, I’m still waitingOriginal - Ive been asking for documents needed to file gap insurance claim, which can only be obtained from the udealership, for over a month since Feb 11th, having spoken with over 3 different people, leaving numerous voicemails and emails, filling out numerous contact forms and having two deadlines unmet. they keep saying theyre going to email me the information but havent, nor have they given follow up calls or confirm they received my requests.

This is by far the best dealership I’ve dealt with in a long time. I was in a pinch smelling burning rubber a couple times in the last couple days. They worked me in and checked my car out top to bottom on the floor and the rack. In their search they even found the cabin filter was in bad need of being replaced. That was the only thing I needed to pay for. Service has always been great there. The only time I needed to wait longer than I hoped was when the gps unit went out because of a mistake by a body shop that repaired hail damage. They still fixed it using the extended warranty.

Caleb is an absolutely WONDERFUL salesman. Hes not pushy, is very kind, and really listens to what you are looking for. If ever I, or someone I know, is in need of a car I am absolutely giving Caleb my business.

I live about 45 minutes away, but make the effort to get there because of the great work they do.

Bought a brand new Atlas Cross from Greeley VW via a trade in. I couldn’t have been happier with the customer service and the purchase. Most of all, a day later, our passenger rear tire was stabbed by a knife and Kevin with Service was able to get me in same day, with a brand new tire. Not to mention, the tire itself was discounted at an incredibly reasonable rate. I can’t help but think they did this for us considering our circumstances. For that, I am very grateful. Highly Recommend! Not only this dealership but the Atlas Cross.

Was in from out of town on a long journey. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation on my Mercedes Benz. I tried calling the Mercedes dealer and couldn’t even get service on the phone. So I called Greeley VW and they said to bring it in and they would take care of it. An hour later my car is done and they even used Mercedes oil and filter!To top it all off they were way cheaper! Excellent customer service guys! Very appreciated!

Personnel was really nice, especially the guy at the front desk. However, they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car. I brought it in because of a rattle and they actually made the rattle worse when trying to diagnose the problem. They said theyd fix the stabilizer bar for $500 but couldnt guarantee that itd actually fix the problem. Also, they said Id have to bring the car back to get it fixed even though I live several hours away.

Greeley Volkswagen made it super easy and convenient to purchase a vehicle during Covid times. Calab Hill was a great salesperson to work with. He made me feel confident and comfortable buying a vehicle from this dealership. I really felt like this was the first time I bought a car without feeling like I was being swindled.

When I called in to get my recall fixed the gentleman on the other end was very helpful. My apt was made and I dropped my vehicle off the group of service techs were very nice. When the vehicle was done they gave me a shout out text and even offered to bring it to me since I was in school. Was working with Service on a manufacturer warranty fix for my vehicle. The service team worked with me getting scheduled and then with my work schedule being so hectic I ended up missing 2 appointments but made it to the 3rd. The service team was still very patient and understanding of my work as I drive all over and my schedule can be difficult. I appreciate the great customer service and the patience! They got my car all fixed up and even let me use an open desk as the dealership to set up shop and work while waiting for my car - above and beyond what they needed to do!

These guys know their VW. They do great work and will take great care of your car at reasonable prices. If I have a point of contention with them, its honoring appointment times. They get a lot of walk ins or people without appointments and they do their best to help them. However If someone does take the time to set an appointment(and get there on time) they should get their car serviced at their appointed time, not 30-60 minutes later.

They were very nice and inviting would return anytime, they are helpful and friendly.

Bought my VW in Boulder but work in Greeley and called to see if they could do the service work for a recall. They got me in the very next day and also picked up my vehicle and delivered it back to me after the work was completed. Super convenient! Very nice guys and professional.
