Great staff, easy and enjoyable car buying experience! Shout out to ADAM LEVIN for helping put my partner and I in a 21 Bronco Sport Badlands. I had a tough time finding one available and Adam was key to making it happen! My first impression upon walking into the dealership was that there was no pressure whatsoever. The vibe was good and it felt like the most normal dealership after visiting a few others prior. Adam was very communicative throughout the entire process and very professional. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new ride.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service... I asked them to check a recall part that was replaced a year ago. Instead, they run a diagnostic and tell me I need new brakes. Again I had to explain the problems I was having was the same problems I was having before they replaced the recall part... so they did then flushed the brake fluid. Turns out I need a hydraulic control unit. Wow!! So now my brakes are okay?? Talk about confusing!!! Seems like they just want my money to replace something... anything... I had to pay for the diagnostic and their time. I will get a second opinion and they won’t get anymore money from me!!
I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience. I took my car in to get the service light checked out. The next day they called me with a quote and I authorized the purchase of the parts that were needed and they told me it would take approx. 2 weeks to get it fixed. I didnt hear a peep for those 2 weeks so I called to get an update. They claimed that the parts were backordered, nothing had been fixed on my car, they didnt have any record of the previous quote, and that the total was actually 5 TIMES more than what I had been told before. Then, when I had a male family member talk to them and question the quote, they claimed they made a clerical error and were miraculously able to drop almost $7000 off of it. By this time I had absolutely no trust in them so we told them I would pick it up without any work having been done on it. This is the condition that that my front seat floor was in when I picked up my car. Apparently since I wasnt willing to pay my bouncing ball of a quote I didnt deserve to have my car put back exactly how they found it. If youre thinking about taking your car to get serviced here, do yourself a favor, and just dont.
The gentleman that waited on us was very kind and did his best to move our service along. However, those that were actually conducting the service took 2 hours to complete a simple oil change/tire rotation whick I had made an appointment. This is exactly the same kind of poor service that I received on my previous oil change which took 3 hours, again I had made an appointment to avoid this kind of issue. Again, the gentleman that waited on us and checked us in was very kind and apologetic, which unfortunately he should not have had to be as apologetic as he was, had the service been done more efficiently. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of promptness that has been exhibited for my last two experiences. This would have been a one-star rating if we had not been treated so kindly by the gentleman working directly with us.
Only dealer in Northern Colorado that could get me in before November, they were fast and courteous and clean!!! Ooo and no masks!!!!!! Yay!!!!
I had to come to the dealership on four different occasions just to get a trouble code read as the one person they told me could read the codes was unavailable. After finally reading the code they made me an appointment 5 weeks later to get the DPF replaced on my truck. When I came in for the appointment they acted like it was the first time they had read the code and told me the part needed to be replaced and they placed an emergency order for it. I asked why the part was not ordered when the appointment was originally made to replace that part and was just giving a long series of excuses. I was told they had no loaner vehicles and I just would not have any transportation. Needless to say I was without my truck for three weeks waiting on a part that should’ve been ordered back in early September.
Ordered our Mustang Mach-E GT and went though Ken Garff Ford in Greeley. They had our paperwork ready when we got there and start to finish only took about 1.5 hours. We made it clear up front we wanted in and out and they did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and were excited for us on purchasing this vehicle.
All new staff. All experienced expert personnel are gone. Why a person would get rid of personnel that make this place great is beyond reason. Possibly a cost cutting measure or wanting their own people. Bad business decision so far.
Great place! Chuck is efficient and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable.
We appreciated the time, attention and no pressure atmosphere. The staff especially Geri kept us comfortable with waters, and even accommodated us with our dogs! Our experience was amazing and we would recommend Ken Garff Ford to anyone needing a new or used vehicle!
Appointment at 10:30 am and arrived early. Needed oil change and tire rotation. Checked on status at 11:53 am and only has been on rack for ten minutes. Checked on status as I had a family medical emergency arise and told them I needed to be done soon. Pulled out of service bay at 12:24 pm with supposedly a completed oil change and no tire rotation. Not sure why appointments are taken if the times are that far off, better to be up front and honest if there were other underlying issues causing the delays. New ownership so not sure if I’ll be back.
There seems to be a lack of communication between the Departments we have been calling for months to see if the part for our truck had come in and had gotten two different answers one person saying that it wasnt there the other person saying that it had been there for a while they said that they would call and set up an appointment when it got there we had to call to even check to see if the part was there this part was ordered since May of this year and had already been paid for the service department is excellent with the truck and I know because of covid it had taken some time to get the part in but still we were the ones who were consistently calling to see if it was there
Terrible service. No communication. No one answers the phone. It was better when it was spradley Barr
Steve Hunt really did an awesome job. I was there on Thursday morning, 30th of September. The service side’s front-end was clearly understaffed; phones ringing off the hook, service techs and mechanics waiting on paperwork, customers lined up, and Steve was the only one working. He was calm and collected and made sure everything was taken care of. The computer system changes (I assume because of the recent dealership name change) were slowing things down a bit but Steve was able to get me what I needed and gave me an ETA that was spot-on. Good work. I was impressed with the challenges he faced and the remarkable quality of service he provided. Keep people like Steve around.
Had an appointment for our truck to get the oil changed. Dropped it off first thing in the morning, called at 1pm to check in and see if it was ready. Got put on hold 4 different times and told they couldn’t find our name. Drove over on lunch break to figure out what was going on. Took 50 minutes to figure out where our truck was and where the keys were. To then find out they had it under wrong name and hadn’t done it. Not inspiring confidence that they would have even performed the correct service. Highly recommend not going there until they can figure out how to be organized.
The service manager, Steven Hunt, Was the first person who could tell me what the issue was. We had had it into 4 other service locations and nobody had ever heard of it before. Steven was great to work with and anytime he had a question or issue, he was on the phone with me. Great communication is the hallmark of a great service manager. We cannot give him enough praise. Steven and his team of service technicians were simply fantastic for our issue.
Our salesman, Luis, was so easy to talk to and did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles of our new FORD F250. We went back a few days later to ask Luis questions and he even set up Jaya cell to be able to read and send text. Their customer service prior, during and after the sale is superb! Im sure if we went back for additional questions anyone of their sales people or a manager would help us (this did happen when Luis wasnt there yet). Even their parts department ordered additional accessories and gave them to us prior to our Points being added to our account for the F250 purchase. We definitely do recommend Spradley Barr Ford of Greeley, their customer service is #1!
I am very happy to have my car serviced and appreciate that I am reminded when certain services are needed. Sometimes the wait seems too long, butI understand that is something I need to accept if I want it to be done right.
Before Ken Garff bought Spradley, I always had a good experience. Since Spradley was bought, I’ve contemplated taking my car elsewhere. I had to call 3 different times to get an appointment scheduled after being told they’d call me back. Then when I got there I had to wait close to 15 minutes along with another guy just to drop my car off. I’d give less stars but they do good work, and the staff is generally very good to me, but I think the sale or whatever the name change was, might be enough to make me go elsewhere for service on my Ford.
I got to say they started out good but needed up very bad! Worst mechanic, shop, we took our truck in for 1 thing and if I had the tools for the job I could have done the job myself. $5500.00 later & most of it Labor cost .. my truck is in need of more repairs now, they messed with parts of the truck that were fine before they got it. Hell, I cant even pass emissions. I would not send anyone there for mechanic services.
We bought two brand new pickups, one f250 super duty and a f150. They did an amazing job getting us what we wanted and staying within our budget and criteria. They listened and didnt push stuff we didnt want. I was very impressed with the sales person we dealt with and the manager was awesome. They were very courteous with the mask policy at the time. We will be going back with no questions asked. Thank you and look forward to doing more business with you.
Had a hard time with giving this place more than 3 stars since Garnsey sold but lately they have come around. Parts Department guys are super and Chuck in Service is awesome. Hope the customer service continues !!
Sales is absolutely phenomenal, Derek gave us by far the best sales experience I’ve had in a long time. Extremely knowledgeable, transparent and timely. However the finance guys. He did come in early on his day off to get me taken care of so good job there but he was way to pushy trying to sell extended warranty’s. I had to tell him no probably 7-10 times and, he tried to argue with me to get me to buy it. The finance guy also never mentioned when the first payment was due. I also had to correct them on the negotiated price of the vehicle 3 times. So if you go there pay close attention and read the numbers and be careful they won’t catch their mistakes.
Scheduled appointment 3 weeks in advance for oil change and a oil leak diagnosed. It took 4 days to get diagnosis and oil change complete. complete lack of communication on what was taking so long. most of there techs have left, completely unacceptable to have an appointment, but car doesn’t get looked at for 4 days. won’t be back due to lack of customer service.
Would have been nice if I wouldn’t have had to go to the receptionist to get my car because it had been done for 30 minutes and if George wouldn’t have been so rude ( well I don’t have ESP )when I said I paid for the battery I had installed then took 15 more minutes to correct my receipt And go back in after he said keys were in car and they weren’t. What is happening to service not just there but everywhere
Great experience! Would highly recommend going through Barry Levine for sales consultant!!
Bought a car 6 months ago with extended warranty with finances word of everything being covered, cars engine went down the drain. Now evertime I try getting in contact with these people no one answers their phone after I told them what had happen. Really irritated with their service, they need to honor their word with the warranty and get my car fixed otherwise dont lie to your customers and tell them something different.
Called about a recall a week ago, scheduled an appointment, transportation etc.. When I arrived the said they wouldn’t have stuff to fix issue for weeks.
Service Department needs massive improvement. Their time management is horrible - if they promise your vehicle to be ready at a certain time or day, don’t expect that to happen.I’ve used them for service on multiple vehicles multiple times and consistently have issues getting my vehicle back to me when promised.Service advisors need to not accept work or give promised completion times if their techs can’t follow through.
Bought a used 2019 Raptor from them. Took it into them for service and they stole my tool box out of the back seat! They charged me for a windshield that was never changed. Charged me for a TPS sensor that they never changed. I could not believe the blatant disregard for customer service. Asked for the General Manager and he did nothing. Looked at me like I was a waste of his time. No. These people are a waste of your time and money. Won’t ever be going back there.
I needed a spare key made for my 2003 Ford E-350 work van. Wasn’t sure if the key was the chipped kind or just a standard style key, regardless Freddy had me in and out in a flash as promised.Thank you Freddy & Garff Ford
Ive came here before but for the first time I went alone, they were completely obnoxious and rude to me in person and on the phone. They tried getting more than 3,000$ off of me telling me my car needed immediate attention. I told them no because it didnt make sense to spend a grand on a radio if labor was 155, the math just did not add up. I went to pick up my car after 2 days just for an electrical diagnosis and they had the audacity to have me a wait for 15 minutes and then ask if Im waiting on something. Steven didnt even call my car to the front for pick up. Very rude people and definatly tried scamming me, it was a very poor experience.
Great place get service, employees are always friendly, answer all questions i had, very helpful, thankyou
It took them 6 hours to change my oil in the quick lane
Just needed an oil change. Spent more time doing paperwork/check in than it would have taken to change oil myself. This is on a 2018 Raptor. Also asked them to look at squeezing door and that request was ignored.
Pleasant experience. No pressure sales. Highly recommend.
Got my pickup in and out in a reasonable amount of time
My wife and I are very happy with the whole purchase process at Spardley Barr Ford. Alex Nimmo from start to finish was absolutely awesome. He was in no way pushy and has so much knowledge about his product. I can definitely appreciate that. Made it so easy to figure out which truck we wanted with the right options. Plus got payment where we needed and zero interest on our loan who could ask for more. We very much look forward to enjoying the truck for years to come.
I have to give it 1 star to post a but it certainly does not Carmax had my car towed there to replace the computer in it. My car sat for 2 weeks before they touched it. Week 3 it was the sensors. Week 4 it was a wiring harness week 5 it was a throttlebody week 6 it was a crankshaft week 7 it was a sensor, week 8 still a sensor.. Still dont have my car back and its been 8 weeks. Worst experience ever! They do not know how to communicate with the customer.
The best experience I had at a dealership fast and friendly thanks Steve and Troy for getting me in on my brand new truck definitely worth the distance from Aurora!
Wonderful service. I thought i was just getting my vehicle fixed. they did an amazing job fixing it.. then they detailed the whole car. I was given updates every few days of the status of my car. Thank you Spradley Barr Ford body shop. I hope I do not have to bring my buggy back but if I do you will be my first call
Really rough experience. Had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation, it took 4 hours to complete. The pan underneath the F150 was not fully reattached. There is a big oil splotch on my driveway the morning after the oil change.
Poor customer service. Service department went from ok/bad. To worse of the worse I ever seen and experienced. They lift dirt everywhere in my truck and out side my truck wach I had to clean.and lift parts off my truck as well.and they do not what so ever honor anything thats warrantyed. They try to scam you out of money any way they can as well. Worst experience there.naver buy anything from thase people they well scam you every time.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen!! Ordered a part 4 weeks ago and was never called to let me know it was in and then they want you to wait 3hrs for an oil change!!
Warning!! Take them a working truck they perform a recall and the return the truck with issues and say it was just coincidence!! There mechanics are not the best! They dont remember the job they did or what they programed. Ask them a question and they dont know there own product line. Ask them what they did and they cant tell you! But if you have money they will go down there check list and through experience parts at it. Find a better Service department than Greeley!! Service Manger Welch stated they performed hours of but the paper work does not show that. Welch nor tech Valeska Understands the my key settings or programming. Do not take your working vehicle to them as it will not work the same when it is returned to you!!
Worst experience Ive had, Super slow process with no updates on my pickup and the worst part my steering wheel and door handle were covered in grease/oil
My wife and I recently purchased a used 2016 Cadillac SRX from Spradley Barr in Greeley. We worked with Matt Koponen on the purchase. About a week after we drove it home we noticed that there was hail damage on the roof and the hood that we hadnt seen when we purchased it. We called Matt and his immediate response was We will take care of it. He did just that. He had Ultimate Dent Removal do the repairs. Their service and quality of work was very good. Now you cannot see any hail damage. We will definitely go back to Spradley Barr when we are looking for another vehicle.
Very disappointed!! They arent honoring the tire rotations promised with an oil change anymore. Bought four vehicles from them in the last four years and not happy!! Waited two and a half hours just for a basic service. Had an appt!!!
I put $10,000 down on a used truck at Spradley Barr. My truck was lifted with tires and rims. They sold me their power train warranty for the truck. Well I had the truck for about 9 months when it began making a noise. I turned out the transmission needed replaced. The warranty did not cover it because of the lift which was already on it. The dealership promised me that they would refund my warranty. It’s 3 months later I haven’t seen a dime from the dealership and I’m paying notes on a truck that is broke down in my yard.
This is the second time I’ve brought my truck there. First time I thought maybe just a mistake but nope oil filter was loose again leaking oil all over my driveway. Not to mention all over my engine. Will make the trip to Loveland Ford from now on.
I was a first new car buyer and was so pleased with my service here at Spradley Barr in Greeley! I worked with Brent who was easygoing, respectful and helped me get the best deal that he could. With the help of Matt and Troy as well- I was very happy and relived at the ease of the whole process and walked away with a light heart, truly knowing I got a very good deal. Brent even scrubbed the bugs off of my old license plates on my trade in!! I am very appreciative and so happy in my new car! Thank you.
Their service was greatly appreciated from the first call. Waiting for my Honda Ridgeline was so worth it. It looks brand new, plus cleaned inside and out. They stayed in touch with me through every step of the way. I highly recommend Spradley Barr Collision Center and thank you so much.
The AC on my 2018 F-150 started having problems shortly after leaving our home in Baja California Sur but we had a medical appt in Chicago area that kept us from getting it worked on till we got there. A Ford dealer there said the system needed to be drained, flushed & refilled and the condenser (due to clogged debris) and the compressor (due to refrigerant contamination) had to be replaced. Estimated cost $1800+. They couldn’t do the work because compressors were on nation-wide back order. I called around and found a compressor in stock at Sprafley-Barr Ford in Greeley,CO. I talked with Scott Welch their Service Manager who said the AC symptoms I described did not square with his experience. Scott brought his master mechanic on the line and got his agreement on the likely issue. We made our way to Greeley over two days through temps as high as 106 degrees. The end result was exactly what Scott Welch anticipated and instead of a $1800+ bill my cost was $217. I have had a number of very good long term relationships with car & truck repair shops but none better than the exceptional support I got under the professional leadership of Scott Welch at Spradley-Barr Ford in Greeley, CO.
We purchased a vehicle on 12/23/2020 in Greeley, CO and had a great experience overall. Our sales professional was Greg Polese, he was the best!! Greg took care of us from when we drove in Spradley Barr Ford until we drove off in our new vehicle!! He took his time answering all our questions and never once trying to rush us on making a decision buying our car. I would recommend Greg to be your sales professional, if you decide to buy a car in the future. Thanks again Greg for all your help and patience.
Sold me a Ford Fiesta. Long story short there was a settlement out on this car, along with Ford focus for bad transmissions. My transmission went out twice. Once at 16,000 miles and once at 24,000 miles. I still owe 4,000, but Ford will not buy it back from me. I have two babies to feed. Disappointed in Ford.
They were amazing! Thank you guys so much for everything.!
Went to spradley bar to buy a car had a decent trade in and a good down payment and got told by the salesman that the bank didnt want my car 2010 gmc acadia they want my husband 2010 dodge ram that still has 7k left on the loan which is weird my husbands car has more miles and other stuff going on with and they rather put someone in more debt than what I have so went to 2 fords and basically got taken for a ride one approved but didnt have any good car and this one didnt because their hearts are stuck on westlake financial so screw Ford I think we will stick to dodge and chevy they tend to last longer anyways
Having purchased many vehicles in my lifetime... this was one of the most enjoyable transactions Ive had in recent memory. As a new customer to Spradley Barr Greeley ... I would like to give David Merems (Sales) and Steven Thomason (Finance) a compliment on their professionalism and courtesy during my most recent purchase. My experience with them and this dealership was definitely worth a 5 STARS rating. I traveled from SE Aurora for this purchase and it was worth every extra mile to find the right car at a fair price. THANK YOU
Best car shopping and buying experience in my life! Ash was amazing and kept it simple, fun and how getting a new car should be! She understood I wanted the bronco sport and not only made it happen but was there every step of the way, flat out impressed and cannot speak highly enough of ash or her team!!
Awesome people to work with, friendly and professional
2020 has been a challenging year and vehicle options at dealerships have been no exception. We have a family farm and ranch and I needed to get a bigger pulling pickup. I initially started trying to buy a pickup off the lot but couldn’t find what I needed and the team at Spradley Barr Ford worked hard to try to find me one off their lot as well as a transfer from other dealers, after three tries (two with a deposit) that all had the other dealers pull the vehicles back I was about to give up on making a purchase, however Steve Galbo changed my mind. Steve encouraged me to place an order and buy the exact pickup that I needed. Steve was excellent with the initial order, prompt and responsive and kept me informed throughout the order and delivery process. I prefer to buy local and enjoyed the sales experience and professionalism by both Steve and Spradley Barr Ford and would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.SincerelyDave Fields
Duncan was by far the best salesman I have had purchasing a vehicle.
Not a safe place for customers! Masks are supposed to be mandatory per their sign. Employees were walking around with masks under their, under their chin, hanging off an ear. Very few actually wore their mask. They don’t care about the safety of their customers. They didn’t even attempt to put their masks on near customers. They don’t ask customers to put a mask on either & just let the. Employees were in my truck breathing all over it with no masks & the windows rolled up contaminating my vehicle! Customers are not important to them!Got our 2020 F150 serviced today using “Quick Lane” and had an appointment. It took 2 hrs. for the service to be completed. The service advisor quoted 1 hr. Nothing quick about that!
We just left Spradley Barr Ford of Greeley. Everyone there are always so helpful.Duncan was our sales person done a great job helping us.he was very knowledgeable on the truck was purchased.thanks again for all your help
Tried to buy a new 2021 Ranger from Spradley, just a few miles from home. Our salesman, Paul, did a good job trying to find a vehicle with the features we wanted, but the sales manager (whoever he/she is) worked “behind the wizard’s curtain” and offered us an unacceptable, low ball deal for our trade. The manager never took a second to mosey out of his/her hidden corner office to meet us. Their best deal was to combine a Ford trade-in incentive (available to all) with a low ball offer on our well maintained Tacoma to try to convince us that we were getting a reasonable deal. When I showed Paul my research on my trade value, he explained that Spradley doesn’t use Kelly Blue Book but instead uses the Black Book that’s only available to dealers. I was subsequently able to access Black Book through Consumer Reports online and determined that I was low balled over $3,000 against Black Book and $5,000 against KBB.That weekend, I independently found a suitable truck that meets our needs through AutoTrader, located in Torrington, WY. I called the dealer to confirm availability on Monday morning and drove the Tacoma 150 miles up to Wyoming that afternoon. A few hours later, I drove our new Ranger Lariat back to Colorado. Transwest Ford in Torrington were a joy to deal with. Their first offer was spot on and we amicably shook hands. Saved thousands over Spradley’s offer. Shame that we couldn’t broker a reasonable deal locally.I get it that a dealer has to make as much as possible on current stock. (I also get it that dealers need good used stock to supplement income, hence the generous Ford trade-in incentive.) With the fallout from COVID, Ford can’t get microchips to complete thousands of vehicles sitting in Kentucky and the Midwest, and dealers are scrambling. But Transwest is in much worse shape than Spradley with less than 15 new vehicles in stock. When I drove away, there was one Ranger and zero F-150s on their lot. Yet they were able to immediately offer a good, honest deal right away. Will not be using Greeley Spradley for any sales or service in the future because of this experience.Lastly, this is my first new Ford ever. My last Ford was a used 1975 Ford Granada that I bought in 1980 out of college. Sad that my local dealer couldn’t have re-introduced us to the Ford family more honestly.Do your homework before buying. And don’t fall for any deal that purports that part of your trade-in value is included in a Ford incentive. They are separate items, and an unscrupulous dealer will try to convince you otherwise.
Good experience overall. Worked with Duncan and he did a great job and very thorough on following up!
Adam Levin was great! I went in not anticipating on buying, but he was able to find me everything I needed that same day. Even got me discounts based on where I work, which is not something I expected. I will be referring all of my family and friends to him! Thank you!
Adam Levin Is an amazing guy to work with! This is the second car I have bought from him and he was super helpful and even delivered my truck to my house! Adam provides above and beyond service for his customers, I will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to him!
Great experience thanks to Greg Polese and his team. Worked with us for over a month while going through home refi and finding us the best truck for our situation. Will recommend and will shop again!
I called in ahead of time and spoke with Ash. She got me in promptly, had the truck ready to roll when I got there, and was able to take it home and show my wife. The overall experience was fantastic with Ash and did not have to go thru the normal haggle process of normal car buying. Highly recommended and appreciate everything Ash did for us!
Steven got me in as soon as my part was here. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend his services
Great handling of a recall on my F150. They got the truck in and out quick despite a water leak in the work area
Please read before you purchase a vehicle at this location! I bought a brand new vehicle in April 2018 and have had SO many issues with vehicle and repairs. Service Center is terrible and rude and they caused so many issues with car. Coolant leak required engine to be replaced in 2019 and repairs took a month and a half start to finish. They also had called and stated they needed their loaner car back before mine was fixed and stated that my vehicle was safe to drive. I had to call and ask for a manager and they let me keep the loaner car while mine was being repaired. Fast forward to this year, and hoses were not connected well after engine replacement and there has been ANOTHER coolant leak. Only positive side is that everything has been under warranty, but do NOT trust the service center unless you want constant maintenance issues from poor mechanical work. I wish I had never bought my vehicle from here, and that I ever let them fix my car.EDIT 11/23: I have emailed the GM multiple times regarding a flex plate they causes to break, and I have not heard back. I have sent 3 emails over the course of 2 weeks, and nothing. This is what you should expect from Spradley Barr Ford in Greeley.
The service department was very quick and efficient and had my door recall repair done within a few hours. Steve Hunt provided great, professional customer service.
David was great! Best sales experience I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to get me into my new truck. Ask for David by name.
My most recent experience at Spradley Barr Ford in Greeley was so much better than the one I had in 2012. The difference was night and day. After to vehicles broke down on my wife and I we needed a vehicle fast so I could return to work. My told me about his recent truck purchase here and I trusted his word that things have change since 2012.Troy Showalter was our salesman and Steven Thompson was our finance manager. Lets start with Troy.He met with me that morning and had the 2013 Ford Flex ready. He let me take my time to look at the entire car and only stepped in to explain something about the awesome features of the car, when I didnt know how to work something. During the test drive he was fairly quiet and again only spoke up about the features when I was confused about some of the amenities offered. When i ask him about this, he said, he likes to let people experience the vehicle they are driving and thats why he only explains things when needed. I like that he didnt try any sales pitches. He knew I was there for a car and the car needed to do the talking. Now onto Steven, the finance manager. His welcoming attitude and willingness to show he was there for me and my financial needs is not something I have ever seen. I was amazed when he took the paperwork, I was ready to sign away, and said, I can get you you a better deal, I dont like this one. From there he found a better IR and a slightly lower payment as well as an amazing warranty. It feels weird to say, but, I feel like they work for me and not for some fat bonus. These two men changed my mind about this dealership and completely made me forget about my horrible experience in 2012. My wife and I love our new flex so much we want another and will be going back to these two specifically to get that one when we are ready.
Ordered a new truck. 5 months later they raised the price. Don’t go here.
Peter was super helpful! We went in for a recall on our ranger’s airbag and they got us in quickly! Very friendly, great customer service!
Adam Levin, Joel Reyes and Luis are all great sales man they took care or me by offering me water getting me the price i wanted in the mustang gt and even went out of their way to buy me some pop eyes chicken sandwich outstanding job on hiring them Ford i hope you get more employees like them. Also Adam gave me the best sticker ever thanks for all the help guys.
Went in for an Oil Change came home to the oil leaking when it wasnt before. Took the vehicle back, they look and say its the oil pan, and estimate it at $1000 to repair. Luckily an uncle of mine checked and the oil filter screw was just loose. I wouldnt trust this Ford ever again. Real Shady...
After many months of researching vehicles, we ended up at Spradley Barr in Greeley and worked with Shaylah Jacobs. We initially went in just to test drive the new Explorers and fully did not expect to be leaving in one. But after Shaylah gave us the run down, sent us on our test drive, and talked some numbers with us, we realized the deals she was offering were not going to be beat. She took time to listen to every concern we had about buying a brand new vehicle and really went to bat for us when it came to our trade and the pricing she put together for us! I’ve never had a better or easier experience making a purchase, let alone a vehicle. So thank you, Shaylah & Spradley Barr! We will be back!
I had the pleasure of working with Adam.Him and his finance team were amazing! He got exactly what I was searching for and didnt waste any time to figure everything out.He left no detail behind and really made the purchase of our new car seamless! Im super impressed and our Ford Family will be returning in the future! Thank you so much.
Great dealership with wonderful staff and awesome service. We bought a Ford Flex here from Rob and everything about the experience was amazing. From test drive all the way through the final warranty pitch and key exchange. We never felt pressured but always felt completely heard and assisted as best possible. They even hit the monthly payments we were looking for right in the number! I highly recommend them. Ask for Rob!
Quick service!
BEWARE DOING SERVICE HERE ABSOLUTELY A JOKE
I had the privilege of working with Shay Jacobs last year. She helped BOTH of my sons find the exact cars they were looking for. She even went out of her way to search other dealerships to find similar vehicles, so we could be confident we were getting the best price possible. She went WAY above and beyond anything we expected.I am getting ready to purchase a F-250, and there isn’t ANYONE else I would work with for this purchase.Shay was an unexpected surprise in the used car world! Truly one of a kind!
Ford took care of my transmission repairs, and gave me a rental car in the process. They were great to work with. Thank you
I bought a used car from Rob Navarette and it was the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever gone through! Rob even came to my work to bring my paperwork to finish because I was running late. I recommend seeing Rob for your purchases!
Ive been going to a more local Spradley Barr for decades. They know our family and treat us right. I was a bit nervous stepping into a different Spradley Barr, but here is a short recap of what happened:I went to Discount Tire after an unfortunate flat tire incident in the mountains. They inspected the tire for free offering a free patch repair if possible. After they inspected the tire, I was told the puncture on the outside was small, however inside of the tire was a large gash, un-fixable of course. I was told I would need 4 brand new tires, even though the ones that I had were less than 6 months old. I understand that with all terrain vehicles this is a common issues, however with the tread being *almost* new, it didnt seem that 4 brand new tires was the right answer. I called Spradley Barr in Greeley, and they were able to get me in that day (other places I had called said it could be up to a weeks wait).I was blown away when I received a text from Janelle (the most amazing CSR ever) at Spradley Barr stating that the technicians there (Brandon D. and Dominic L.) had FIXED MY TIRE!!!!!! They patched it, tested it to ensure it would hold, and saved me a ton of time and money by doing so. I gladly paid the $15 dollars for the tire patch, and walked away with a couple of good lessons:1. Be wary of free things....they may actually come at a higher cost.2. Never stray from Spradley Barr ever again.Thank you Spradley Barr of Greeley for carrying the same integrity that my home Spradley Barr serves up. So grateful for you guys!
Professional service in a very timely manner. Great communication. A+++ business !!!Michael
I recently made my second automobile purchase at Spradley/Barr.Once again David Merems made it easy, and no-pressure. He also knew I did not want to spend much time in the Finance Office so he was very helpful with my paperwork. Always pleasant, David did a great job and Spradley-Barr is an easy recommendation.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They are simply untrustworthy and unkind, and I hope my experience will show you the staffs unfortunate behavior and priorities. After leasing a car for a few years, I wanted to buy it out. I had called a few dealerships to determine who had the lowest dealer fee. After speaking to the salesman David 4 days ago and the manager John twice yesterday, they had both reassured me that there are no other fees for buyout on top of the dealer fee so I would be paying $500 total. Once there, I started the process with the same David, who claimed we had never spoken before. After a roundabout conversation, he eventually stated that in fact Ford charges a $500 fee for buyouts AND the dealer fee is $800 for a total of $1300. Conveniently, I had spoken to Ford directly prior to this visit and learned that Ford most certainly does NOT charge a fee for buyouts. Clearly attempted deception. Following this, a second salesman named Matt stepped in. I thought he would provide some clarity and help alleviate the situation. Unfortunately, Matts priority was to attempt to undermine me by stating that his phone records only show one call from my phone number to the dealer. After directly showing him my cell phones call records and him seeing the repeated calls to the dealer, Matt again attempts to shift blame to me by asking, Where did you get that number? Its not ours.. So to put this debate to rest, I simply call the number on my phone and place it on speaker, and all of us together hear Katie, the receptionist of this dealer, answer the phone. Obviously I had spoken to this dealer a few times and was reassured of what I would be paying. But on arrival, David dismisses responsibility by claiming weve never spoken and tries to push a Ford fee on me, and then Matt attempts to undermine me by saying Ive only spoken to the dealership once which simply was not the case. As a woman coming into a dealership to buy a car, I expect salesmen to try to play me a bit, but this was outright devious and disrespectful, and a complete waste of my time. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect.
It was different not being able to talk to the sales staff in person because of the virus. Spradley Barr took the necessary steps to keep everyone safe. It was nice being able to do almost everything from home. Got a great F-150XLT and I’m overall happy with the outcome.
There is a reason I keep returning here for my vehicle needs, whether its sales or service. I cant say enough about working with Montana on our new purchase this week. She was great to work with and she took care of us with NO pressure. Troy in finance went above and beyond to make sure we were happy when we left. Spradley Barr Greeley will always be my first choice!
I bought a truck from Troy at Spradley Barr Ford & Lincoln of Greeley and it was a perfect experience. Totally easy to deal with Troy and his team remotely as well as in the dealership when I came in to finalize paperwork and pick up my truck. All of the staff at the dealership are extremely helpful and professional. They made a great deal for me and really went out of the way to ensure I was happy with my truck and the overall transaction. I highly recommend this dealership and I will look to them for my future vehicle needs.
I bought a 2015 Ford Focus from the Fort Collins location. I go to the Greeley one for maintenance because it’s closer to where I live, however, I took my car in several times because the check engine light came on. I took an engine reader to it and it read P1450 which means unable to bleed fuel tank valve. They told me it was the clutch so they replaced the entire clutch. That didn’t fix it because the check engine light came back on again a few days later. I took it in last Saturday and they said that the module got water in it. They reset it. And the check engine light came on AGAIN today. The fuel tank valve needs to be properly looked at and the service techs need to do their jobs and get this taken care of. I’ve taken it in about 3 times and it still didn’t get resolved. This is completely unacceptable. I’m very unsatisfied.
