After having an intermittent noise issue that was difficult to diagnose, their technicians to the time to listen to a video we captured. I scheduled an appointment and waited for the routine service to be completed. Service was pretty fast and they applied the advertised special I found on their website before scheduling the appointment. My only complaint was I asked to have the tires aired up due to cooler weather and they were still under-inflated when the display came up after leaving the dealership. Courteous employee - who checked me in and handled payment.
Buyer Beware!!! Do not believe any advertised price on their website!!! They advertise a certain price online. You drive the exact vehicle with matching VIN and low and behold, when you sit down to talk financing the vehicle is $10,000.00 more than advertised price. I will never do business there nor will I recommend this place to anyone I talk to.

The Greeley Nissan DealershipWhat a great experience!! I arrived and was approached by Tyson who told me they were booked that day. He didn’t turn me away he consulted with the mechanic and squeezed in my car to identify a code. Engine code. They said it was safe to drive until my appointment. When I returned they set me up with a courtesy ride home. Very friendly driver and don’t remember his name but was great. They arranged a pick up and was back at dealership. I placed an order for shocks and returned to have them replaced. They had updated my car with software and needed to hold my car for the next day. I’ll tell you what,Tyson and Charles assured me they would take care of things and apologized for inconvenience and installed shocks for free. The service manager drove me to my mother’s home to make sure I made it to my mother’s appointment who suffers from dementia. I Didn’t have to go pick up my car they made arrangements with a courtesy driver and someone from the office young lady to drive my car back to my home. Now that’s great customer service! Thank you Greeley Nissan dealership peeps for your awesome customer service!
Cost for repairs was much higher than anticipated. Then another issue was discovered that required additional money and time for repairs. I inquired about borrowing or renting a vehicle for work but was told that was not a service offered by the dealership. Had to use up almost a week of my vacation time at my job while I waited for my vehicle to be repaired. If I had known there would be additional repairs beyond the initial estimate, I would’ve arranged for a rental car on my own behalf. Coupled with the cost for repairs (likely more than my vehicle is worth for trade-in) I’ve decided to look at a different dealership to purchase a new vehicle and offering better service.
The new staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Greeley Nissan has earned my business in the future and I will let all my friends and family know what a dedicated and efficient service department they have now.

Dylan was super helpful. We couldn’t find exactly the right car for me but he called us back every time he thought he found something that would work for me. I like the service department but was charged about 80.00 to change the cabin filter a 5 minute job when I had my oil changed. I know there are codes for these things but customer service should be taken into consideration. I will highly recommend your sales department but cannot highly recommend your service dept because it is not competitive
Most dealerships are arrogant and instead of appreciating your business they act like we should be thankful they exist. NOT SO WITH GREELEY NISSAN!!!! I bought a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. After I figuratively beat them up over the price, they humbly gave me the vehicle for the price I was asking and they gave me what I wanted for my trade in. But that is not where the excellent service ends.I was moving out of state to Oregon. It was an absolute nightmare getting that car registered in Oregon. Vaughn did an awesome job, the finance department, and the business office did everything needed to help me get the process completed. It took eight months to get my title and registration. BUT THAT IS NOT ALL!I lost my keys to my car and the Sacramento Dealership had no clue about the key protection plan. I called Greeley 10 months after the sale of the vehicle. They handled my problem quickly and efficiently.Due to life events, covid, job situation I had to let my vehicle go. I had a little bit of trouble with an extended warranty issue when selling the vehicle. Again.....they were awesome helping me through the issue.But the most amazing thing about this dealership is the absolute professionalism, grace, and kindness they showed me when I was upset and frustrated through the different issues I was facing. At times I was not the kindest person, sad to say and to my shame, they still were kind and patient and that my friend is what you want in a dealership!!I normally do not write google reviews, but I needed to write this. I am in my late 50s and I have dealt with many dealerships over the decades for different reasons buying / selling cars and motorcycles and I would most definitely buy from Greeley Nissan again regardless of where I live in Colorado. Heck I would even buy from them and drive it out of state back home!!! Dont buy until you check Greeley Nissan out!!! It will be worth your time!

His explanations and demonstrations of the cars features convinced me to switch from purchasing a used Fiat500e into leasing the 2021 leaf. We broke down driving across country in our 2016 Nissan NV Passenger Van. First, the Greeley Service Team was the only team in the area that was rated to service our Van due to its large size. Second, the service team was amazing. They worked quickly, efficiently, and with super friendly service to get us back on the road. We highly recommend them.

The service was great, very friendly and the service was quick. I had not scheduled an oil change, but I asked if they could do it since I was there, and they did it without hesitation.
Last time I was in I was told I needed new rear brakes, but never did anything about them. This last time I was just in the vehicle inspection report said my brakes were fine. I asked the service guy if last time was a lie or this time is a lie. He said oh they probably didnt take the tires off to actually check the brakes. Well the vehicle inspection states that my brakes were fine so they either checked them or lied about checking them. The service guy then said he would have the mechanic pull a tire off and check. Now suddenly I need rear brakes again... they are liars! So now I dont know if I really even need new rear brakes or not! I do NOT recommend Ehrlich Nissans Service Department! They are clearly not honest!!
I brought my van in for a recall. The part was supposed to be there. It was not. Part was tracked down in Fort Collins. Tech went to Fort Collins part picked up part. Work was completed on time.
After a couple of months of dealing with some not so good dealerships Im glad I caught Dallas Barnes when I did! Great gentleman who helped me out a lot. As a female I could tell a lot of sales men were trying to take advantage of my limited knowledge on buying a new car but Dallas was awesome and he let me be completely open about what I did and did not understand. Made an appointment and it still was an hour and 15 minute wait. I finally went to the desk and my car was done, I wondered how long it had been done and no one bothered to let me know. I have more important things to do than sit around and wait. Where previously staff was highly professional and seemed happy to see you that was not the case, but that is every where these days with too few working and a huge lack in customer service. They were not rude and certainly got the job done, but I do know that in the past they really made you feel glad you bothered to take your car there. Now it is just another place to get a service done.
My appointment was on time & done when they said it was going to be. Very nice people working there. Checking in with me every so often to see how I was doing.
I went in with my mom looking to get my first car that would be perfect for a young adult like me. In the process, the sales man (Jesse) asked plenty of questions to better understand what I was looking for in a new car and showed me multiple cars he thought fit those descriptions. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying experience and I was able to leave with a car I loved and didn’t feel pressured to buy.
Amazing customer service! I worked with Stephany and Caleb to get me into a used dodge challenger. They worked with me for hours to get me the right deal, Vaughn made sure that I left there happy, and Otto in finance made sure that I left with all the service packages that were right for me. All the staff were very very friendly and helpful in every sense of the word. Made appointment on July23 for service and oil change plus burned out brake light to be replaced. Appointment was made for July 27.On July 27 car was taken to Greeley Nisson at the appointment time.Waited for the car at the dealer lounge. Two hours later still nothing.Checked at service desk and they didnt know what was going on.Saw my car out on the lot and informed service desk. They brought it around for me. Meanwhile I called my husband who then called the service manager and was told, servicing with oil change takes an hour. Evidentlychanging the light bulb took an other hour. This is unacceptable and the fact that no one at the service desk knew what was going on was unacceptable.This a sure way to loose future business from us.

I had a good experience here. My oil change took a little longer than I expected for being first in line and an appointment but the service was good. When I told them I was pressed for time, they definitely finished up quicker. I think they might have skipped my multipoint inspection but that’s ok. I needed to hurry up and leave. I have a 104k+ miles on my car so I was expecting them to tell me what needs to be done to keep the car running smoothly but I can always do that myself I suppose. They take care of your needs in the moment though and that’s what I liked. Also they won’t pressure you into a service that isn’t necessary like most other places. I’ll be back for sure

They were able to get my car in just before lunch on a Saturday to diagnose and fix a check engine light. They let me know what other issues were found and I was able to choose what work to have done through a text link. The estimate was accurate, staff was friendly, and fast service.

Came in to buy an extended warranty for my beloved 2017 Titan from my buddy Otto Palmer there. Vaughn told me about 0 % APR Nissan financing etc, and, a few hours later I left with a brand spanking new 2021 Titan Pro4X instead. I cant believe the deal they gave me. They solved all my objections and Im amazed at the beautiful truck I now own. I loved my previous 2017 Titan and it was the best vehicle Ive ever owned. I have also owned a Frontier and these Nissan trucks run great. Best buying experience Ive ever had at a dealership. My salesman Dylan was excellent throughout the process. Kudos to this dealership!!
The service advisor needs to be a bit more on top of what we wanted done. we told whoever took our call, made the appointment. Plus we wrote it out on the earlybird service envelope. When we got the call that the car was done, they still hadn’t done the radiator flush. they were able to get that done and that was pleasing to us. They just need to read and comunicate & be on top of it. We’ll be back in the future but like machines need adjustments so do us humans. Thanks Nissan
Not a good overall experience. The sales manager tried to help, but the service department is, shall we say less than stellar at their job. After taking my vehicle in for warranty work on the broken ac system (which had been broken since purchasing the vehicle) they told me I would have to make a claim to my insurance to get it fixed. I had the issues fixed at another shop, and my ac system still didnt function after making the repairs they diagnosed as the issue. They also failed to address the two other issues I had brought the car in for, including a transmission code that is already taken it on twice for and had the car for over a week on two separate occasions. They also sold me a full extended warranty on the sales contract, but the warranty card through the third party is power train only.
Took my vehicle in a quick oil change and wiper replacement and I didnt realize that my tail light had been out for some time so they took care of that for me. Service was so fast that I didnt expect to get the car back so quickly. I should have just waited in their lobby. Solid service.
Had some vibration in my new frontier truck and the service department put in a new front drive shaft in it. Thank you so much for making this a priority and the quick service!!!!
Oil change was good, but when I got my car back the drivers side floor mat had large oily foot prints all over it. Plus oil on the carpet by the door. I am notvery happy.

I pulled in probably close to 15 mins late for my 3pm appointment. I was relieved to be greeted by the manager and member of team. Who both jumped on working on car almost right away. Despite the fact of my tardiness these gentleman displayed a great team skill set and achieved excellence in Customer Service. From day one weve never had a bad experience from the associates at Greeley Nissan. Starting from Caleb our sales guy up through the management and financial lending team. Bravo guys well done and great display of Americans uniting despite what may been.have been through this past year.
I made an appointment but arrived early. They got me right in and got the work done quickly and correctly.The only thing that I didnt like was they texted me when my truck was ready but I usually turn my phone off when Im waiting in a public place so I didnt know it was done until I went out to the desk to ask about it... Not a big problem.

Greeley Nissan is and always has been my favorite place to buy vehicles and properly maintain my vehicles. Many years ago I went to a dealership that gave me a fix and repair estimate totalling close to $9500. Greeley Nissan fixed the problem for under $200.00. Obviously I dont need to wonder about whom I trust implicitly with my vehicles. One example that I would enjoy sharing...When I purchased a used Nissan Murano, They replaced all the tires and a cracked mirror casing After I had made the deal! Who does that!?! All I can say is 5 Stars to Greeley Nissan!!!

Dallas is amazing and completely unlike the ‘traditional car salesman’, plus he’s newly married and has an adorable baby (ask to see pictures- he’s a proud papa bear!)He’s absolutely passionate about Nissan and is completely thorough on making sure you know all the details on using all the bells and whistles. If you don’t want to be subjected to an annoying salesman- call ahead and make sure he’s available. You’ll be happy to know that he will take the time time to show you all the features and the differences between models so that you can accurately make the decision on models that best suit your needs. I appreciate the good deal I got from the dealership (I absolutely shopped the local competitors) but I’m wow’d by the one by one treatment I got from Dallas. :) Chad and Dallas will definitely have my business in the future- THANKS GUYS!!!
It took 2 visits to fix the same problem. On the first my wife called to change the date, and a text was sent confirming the new date. When she showed up they said she was on the wrong date and the appointment was for the next day. That would still be different from the original date scheduled. There was also waiting several days for parts to arrive each time. This is especially interesting because the same parts were replaced each time for different reasons. I guess them running out of local stock wasnt a good enough reason to order extra. If it wasnt manufacturer warranty work Id go with someone else.

I went in 6-24for oil change and rotation of tires. They wouldnt rotate the tires because the front tires had more tread. Now my question is, if they had been rotating the tires every 5000 miles, wouldnt the tread be the same. Have they been rotating the tires or resetting the computer. Im not too happy unless someone can tell me why the tread on the front is more than on the back of they have been doing it correctly.

I went to this dealership to have my car looked at. The car had a check engine light on and my brakes were squeaking. Gile and Zach were very kind while I was there but when I left I called them because my car was shaking and it sounded like I had a flat tire. I called Gile and he assured me the lug nuts were tightened and that it was probably just dirt in my tires so they were off balance. I ended up stopping at another dealership on my way home and they checked my tires. Both of my back tire lug nuts were not tightened and the dealership left one off on both back tires. When I tried to call Gile and Zach neither were available. I left 2 messages to have them call me and neither have returned my calls. Thanks Greeley Nissan for putting me and my family in danger and then not even having enough decency to call and check what was wrong. I will not be returning to this dealership for any future service or car purchase.

When my Altima needed a new transmission, they provided us a loaner vehicle, and they kept me in the loop during the entire process. They recently provided me a quote for maintenance needed on my Rogue. He let us know which was the most important to get done first so it can be done in a budget friendly way.
