We went in yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience. The employee was very kind and patience with us even though we asked for her to do a lot of things. We would like to thank Sahira for helping us with purchasing a refrigerator, set up a credit card, and apply discounts without any issue. We would recommend this place if you need any supplies.

This store needs new management - I went to buy a 4x8 sheet of foam insulation but I needed it cut in half to fit in my car. You need to use a razor knife because a saw will chew up the foam. The management supplies the employees with knives that only come out about an 8th of an inch so its like giving safety scissors to kindergartners. The employees were doing their best to help but there is only so much you can do without proper tools. Needless to say, it was a total hassle getting this simple task done and the edges of the cut were mangled. Bring your own tools (razor knife, tape measure, etc..) if you need something done right and you have to go to this store.
They had what we needed. Associates were helpful and friendly.
Its a home depot, nothing special. It is one of the few Ive been to where both contractors and half of the staff are always throwing nasty looks at people. 25% of the staff are kind of incompetent and a little dumb, but they have to work somewhere. There are some good people working there though that definitely know what they are talking about and can be very helpful.
I keep finding things that are good quality and fair priced. Exterior paint and a sturdy picnic table...
Jason in doors and windows really, really needs to embark on a new career path. Customer facing technical work such a ordering labor, materials, and explaining processes is far beyond his wheelhouse. Its would be a service to the community of greeley if he was placed in the back stocking shelves, sweeping, or moving old pallets.
Got everything I needed here. They had plenty of options for outlets and gfi outlets.
Bought a Honda gas mower after taxes it was 420.00 so not a cheap one. I was told anything happens in the next 3 months bring it back. At 34 days it starting cutting out and not staying running. Took it back and I was told it was over 30 days so they would not do ANYTHING for me was not even trying to get a refund a swap or fix would have been great. Store manager told me to take it to the tool rental shop, I thought ok they are at least going to fix it and NOPE!!! wanted me to pay 30.00 to check it in and probably another 200.00 to fix it. Then I was told to send it back to Honda well....thats 175.00 to ship it because it HAD gas in it. Will never shop there again and I have a substantial credit line. I gathered 15 friends that are going to go buy gas mowers at that store and take them all back at 29days. Please dont tell me how sorry you are in your generic response or want me to call a number. I already did all that and spoke to the store manager who sent me to tool rental.
Nice everyone was friendly, fast check. Only one thing. Make sure all pricing is up to date...wasted time, with the tomato cages all priced wrong. So unfair

Stopped at the home Depot in Greeley to pick up a gift card for my son for Fathers Day. No associates do where gift cards were, when I went to customer service they said over by self service. When I went to self service the associate wouldnt even help and another associate that Id asked earlier came and tried to help but there were no gift cards to be found. Ultimately I tried to call the manager to let them know that they need to restock and train their employees where things are. But they didnt even bother to answer the telephone. Home Depot used to be a great place to go now they have uninformed, unknowledgeable people.

We ordered 100 sheets of drywall. It was to be delivered on 6-25. We didnt get the order. When we called them, they said we didnt order it. After a while they found it and said it was delivered to the Greeley store. We started to ask for more information then they hang-up on us. We called the Greeley store and they said that they didnt have it. We had a crew waiting to work we then had to let them go. Never got an explanation for the mix-up. Not a good experience.
It was actually really great. Ive had not so great experiences in the past at other Home Depots, but this one had some accommodating employees who went out of their way to get some saws they had in backstock and then took the time to explain the differences she quality etc of the saws we were wanting.... Then subsequently pointing us in the right direction for other parts we would more than likely need. Very nice lady at the checkout as well on the way out. This location is a tad out of my way but I think it may be worth driving the extra miles to revisit this Home Depot 👍
Terrible customer service. Lazy workers are to lazy to help you out, they rather sit in groups and talk. I recommend going to lowes 100% better customer service.

Obstacles on almost every aisle. Stocking items just left in the aisle. Kids working dont really have a clue on items requested. Good point is store was clean and bathrooms too

They had exactly what we needed and it was in the exact spot it was supposed to be. We did self check out and everything went smoothly. A few customers were not wearing masks even though the loud speaker and signs posted said it was mandatory.
Ordered my appliances in store today including fridge, washer and dryer. Nick, a kitchen design associate, was super helpful in the busy appliance section and helped us from start to finish. I was in earlier this month and told to come back for the July 4th sale for better pricing. Due to COVID and stock issues, the pricing on two of our items was actually worse, but Nick was kind enough to express our dilemma to the Asst Manager Stacey and they honored the previous pricing. Very grateful for the customer service I received! Thank you!

My mother just went to this home depot and was interested in the flooring installation and the employee was passive aggressive and insisted she have to put $50 down for the estimate and my mother was under the impression it was free estimate because she had them do her flooring a couple years ago. I think when dealing with the older individuals it is important to take a breath and calmly explain that we no longer instead of being aggressive. I used to love Homme Depot but lately its gone downhill.
Home Depot’s appliance install is a complete joke. We bought thousands of dollars worth of appliances that were supposed to be DELIVERED AND INSTALLED on June 1st. We had our refrigerator and dishwasher installed but had problems with our washer and dryer. Our dishwasher doesn’t even work. Our washer and dryer were finally installed today after they “accidentally” cancelled our previous appointment to come install (June 8th) and after they came out ANOTHER few days after the “cancelled” appointment(June 12) and told us our dryer was broken. We had to wait til today (June 22) for the crew to bring new units and install. We were told on June 12 after the last crew showed up and did NOTHING that they would have someone out to look at our dishwasher today as well since it didn’t work since install. Well guess what? Our ticket apparently fell through the cracks again and no one is coming out to help us until next Monday the 28th. We bought and paid in full in May, it should not have taken an entire month to get our stuff installed when the delivery/install date was supposed to be June 1st. They have messed up at every single corner and have not even made the slightest effort to rectify the situation. I will never be purchasing appliance installs from Home Depot again and I will advise everyone I know to look for help elsewhere.

I recently purchased a John Deere riding lawn mower from the Home Depot here in Greeley, CO. The whole experience has been terrible. Having never owned one before, I wanted advice about which model was best for me. First, it took about 35 minutes before anyone offered to help me. Then, finally after 3 ASSociates, and 2 hours later we made a selection and I SCHEDULED a delivery, well, they never showed after the window they gave me was 6am to 8pm, ridiculous. I called at 7:30 to see what was up, no answer. Called back today, and two phone calls later, am informed that they sold the one I bought to someone else and they have NO IDEA when a replacement will be ready for me. So frustrating. This will be my last purchase from Home Depot, I will be supporting Lowe’s from no on.
We chose to have our carpet installed through home depot and immediately we noticed several problems. First the doors were not put back fully on the hinges. Second there was carpet glue on some of the other carpet outside of the room they installed the new carpet in. Then we noticed there was a jewelry box open with nothing taken thankfully. Finally we noticed a few days later an appliance was missing from its normal storage area. We searched for it for hours with no luck. If it shows up at some point we will change the review but we were still very unsatisfied with the job.
Good deals but come on get more people on the registers or more self service dont be trying to copy Walmart

Simply put, they are the best place for home DIY projects. Been stopping in there for almost 25 years. They have found a nice sweet spot of folks that can help you. For a while, you couldnt find a person, but now they have a good number of folks to assist. Great prices, great selection.

This is the absolute WORST Home Depot I have ever been in. I walked around in the paint section for 15 minutes needing help. There was one lady working. I walked up to a (prissy) male for help since he was standing there staring at tags. I asked if I could get his help since the lady is extremely busy....he replied (very, very snarky) with Well so am I. Will never spend my money at Home Depot in Greeley again. I will be filing a complaint with their HR Department regarding this employeeMarch 18, 2021 approximately 1:00 pm.

Seriously best attendant award goes to DAVE in appliances. He works with washer and dryers and I needed to install my own, this man not only went out of his way to explain things step by step he showed me the exact model I had at home and he took it apart, the electrical component of the dryer, and showed me how to install the wires to the back. So helpful, just genuinely an excellent attendant with impeccable customer service!!!!!!
Went to rent a piece of equipment and the staff was very friendly and kind even though I was obviously frustrated by the flooding of my home. I definitely will go back if I need to rent something again. Thanks for making something easier on this difficult day.
We needed an extra long curtain rod. Home depot had a bunch of options at a reasonable price. We planned on going to another store to buy curtains and ended up finding some great deals on curtains as well!
Bought a fridge in September. They didnt have any we wanted in stock so we settled for something they did. When it came it had a huge crack in it. We were told itd be replaced before Christmas, then before February, then in February, then multiple times in March. When they finally came to get the fridge in April, they didnt even have the replacement. After speaking with countless customer service reps and managers, all they could do was refund us the money. What a waste of time! Will not be buying future appliances from here.

Easy to find everything for the most part
I personally enjoy not being helped (or bothered) unless I seek assistance. Thankfully this is exactly how this experience went: got my old Behr paint can shaken at the paint desk, found my roller and paint scraper, found the specialty bulb quickly (brought the old one to compare), asked the hardware guy about tool chests, and got one under $150, as planned. Lady at self-service checkout asked if we needed assistance loading the tool box, but we got it taken care of. Love that THD honors military discount and theyre conveniently located to my home (about the same distance as Lowes but THD keeps my business with their friendly, knowledgeable staff).
This place is amazing I am a contractor and I always need stuff quickly and convenient. There is a girl that works in the receiving department and also in the paint department she is amazing her name is Casey Duarte. I definitely want to give her kudos for all the hard work she does shes a rockstar

The website says you have something in stock, we go, try to find it, ask 5 different people who send you up and down the store. FINALLY find ONE PERSON who knows where it is, but you cannot get it because its on a high shelf. Weve gone back multiple times, Hoping home Depot can redeem themselves, but its a waste of time.

Caryn knows doors! She was kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, not pushy, helpful, and efficient. I came in, went to the door section of the store, she found me, inquiring of how she could assist me, I relayed to her what I was looking for, and she found the exact screen door I was looking for! She also clued me in on an instructional video for installation ease. The whole store experience was maybe 15 minutes, but every bit enjoyable.
Pretty decent place to shop. Usually kinda hard to find help but thats the way most every place is today.

The Home Depot usually has what we need for a project and they have a decent selection to choose from for most items.Unfortunately, if you are having trouble finding something or need any help while shopping, that is when you run into trouble. You literally have to walk all over the store trying to find someone who works there to help you and usually when you do find someone, they are trying to assist several customers already so you end up having to wait a while before they can help you. Then a lot of times the response is that they dont have an answer for you or dont know where an item is because they dont work in that department and they say they will have an associate that covers that department come talk to you which leads to more waiting. The employees are usually polite, the store is just understaffed and the employees seem to be overwhelmed.On our most recent visit we needed to have a piece of wood cut and after locating what we wanted and spending another 15 minutes trying to find someone to help us we were told that the guy that worked in the lumber area had 2 other people to help and then theyd send him over to us. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes to have a piece of wood cut. Then we had to wait about another 10 minutes in line to pay because there were not a lot of registers open and there was a bottleneck of people trying to check out, so something that should have taken maybe 15 minutes tops took us about an hour and 15 minutes to accomplish.Adding more employees so we could get the help we need when shopping would change our middle of the road 3 star rating to 5 stars.
I love The Home Depot. I always know there will be someone available to help me find something or give me good suggestions. The employees in customer service are always helpful and friendly as well. My experience as a customer makes me want to drive the extra distance past Lowes to get to Home Depot.

SO. If you are in need of a toilet (long story) this is the place! Had incredible customer service from an associate. Ask for Steve, hes informed, polite, and honest in his selling. Could have sold us a very bells and whistles fancy bowl but showed us a practical, quality model. Never thought I would feel as enthused about toilets as I did leaving Home Depot, ha!

Called early in the morning to see if they had a truck to rent today and if I could reserve it. They said they had a truck, but they don’t do reservations. It’s on a first come first serve basis. We got there and they told my husband there was a hold on both trucks in the parking lot. When I called them on what they told me they said there was a mistake in relaying the info to me properly and I asked about reservations not holds?!?!?! I may just have to start checking out Lowe’s and the services they offer.

I hate going there its always so dam hard to get in and get what you want .you cant get any help when u need it and if they do come along they do t know the first thing about there department.. just save your self a headache and go to lowes .sorry but its so true .
Asked for help with getting more of a particular item that I needed and it took them 30 minutes to get it. I even watched them walk by the isle I was waiting at for the item I needed. What should have been a 30 minute trip for things was over an hour by the time I paid for my items.
I got here as they were closing and they let me return a tiller, making an extra effort when they didn’t have to because I was headed out of town and wouldn’t be able to return it on time otherwise. One employee Z let me in after talking to her manager for me. The assistant manager, Jason was super helpful and kind in helping me return it!
I looked up what aisle and bay my items were in before I went. Easy least! Right where they were supposed to be. Also picked up an online order. That, too, was a smooth process. In and out in 15 minutes!
