Worst best buy ever. Employees dont care about treating you well. You can call and they likely wont answer. If they do they will be rude. Curbside pickup doesnt happen same day here no matter when you order as the employees are lazy and refuse to actually work here. Needs to be fully cleaned out top to bottom.
I very quickly found and purchased a microwave oven and arranged for a delivery date. On that date the delivery man called repeatedly and narrowed the delivery window he would be sticking to.The delivery was made in the time frame promised and, once installed, the delivery man turned it on to test to make sure everything works properly. The second he heard the motor and the fan working, he immediately said we are going to have to replace this for you because this just doesnt sound right. Besides the microwave was dented. I was told at the time of delivery that the local Best Buy office would be contacting me with a new delivery date. In the meantime, I should use the new microwave he left.After 1 week of hearing nothing from Best buy, I had to assume that my delivery man failed to contact the office so I called myself and spoke to customer service. It took 20 minutes to go over my situation but, luckily, the representative who I was speaking to on the phone advise me that the next delivery date for my microwave would be after the first week of November, three or four weeks away. He went on to explain that the Greeley stockroom showed no availability for my microwave. I can assume thats why I got one that was slightly inferior. I still await the replacement and the delivery of such.

We went into Best Buy to purchase my daughter a pair of wireless noise cancelling headphones. She has a neighbor in her complex who does not understand the phrase Excessive Noise. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased my daughter a pair of JBL headphones and my daughter loves them. She said they are comfortable and they work really well. I would recommend this Best Buy to my family and friends.

When in yesterday to find RAM sticks to surprise my husband with and had no idea what was my best option. Justin came and helped me right away. He explained the best option for me and even when I asked a million different questions he was very polite and had an answer to each of them! Definitely going back! Dont waist your time with anyone else, Justin is by far the best employee!
The staff at this best buy are always friendly and very knowledgeable. They were quick to help me fix my TV problems by offering me inexpensive tools to remedy the picture problems and directing me to use some setting options to clear up the color. Total to fix my TV, $30! I walked in expecting to walk out with another TV and their help it was an easy fix. Thanks 😊

Ordered expensive, big excellent* open box tv online. It was wrapped in bubble wrap. That was a little too open box for me to transport. And a little less than excellent. After driving an hour. Greeley store didnt care. So best buy just lost another customer to Amazon.update Aug3: bought the same TV (2020 model) for $200 less, brand new, and of course in a box. Be ware of best buy deals.

I wanted to purchase a laptop and was waiting around the laptop area for a rep to help me out. There was an employee literally acouple steps from me on his phone while I waited. I understand being understaffed and busy but being greeted and acknowledged is the least they could do. I will not return.
Many shelves are nearly empty. Had excellent customer service from a young man who tried hard to find what I needed(but didnt have in stock). I had to wander around looking for help and finally went to a service desk and he came out on the floor to help me. The store had very few customers at the time.
Terrible and rude service from management. I I would give NO stars if possible. I received a birthday gift which I already had, so the gift giver tried to return the product 4 days after my birthday and was unable to return it except for store credit. Credit for an over 200$ purchase for an elderly woman who does not shop at Best Buy is useless. This is unreasonable. There are many other companies who do not have this policy. We will never shop at a Best Buy again, and will cancel the credit card of members of my family. Also reported to me was the rudeness of the manager on duty, Carlie Macmaster. If Best Buy can’t do any better than this kind of service, they surely will not be a successful business in the long haul.
I have been a customer of this company for over 10 years.. dropped over seventeen hundred dollars on a security system smart home set up and geek squad and third party installers did not finish the job, damaged the property left wires running over the roof and into the gutter. As I went into the store to try to get the system I paid for they have been unable to help going on 4 weeks to no avail. This entire process has been a nightmare being put on hold with dropped calls 4 hours in... and the store not wanting to take accountability for the installers work. Manager tried to make it right with a small refund, does not do justice to the incompetent work. Best buy fail.
This location has always been helpful, clean, and organized. However I needed to get my computer screen and they told me it could take up to a month. I start school in two weeks so I had to take my repair needs somewhere else unfortunately.
Not a lot of selection. Pretty small store. Moving soon, closer to the best buy in Thornton, Colorado. This place needs more employees. Could not find anyone with appliances sales expert. Not an updated store. Also should have geeks squad and delivery service.
Worst experience possible. They have children working, a kid named Tyler, very young individual was disrespectful watched my brother and I pull material off the highest shelf struggling, was a huge OSHA violation. After we pulled material down Tyler laughed at us and stated “ you could’ve asked for help” I then informed him we had been waiting 20 min for assistance he said “oh”. I just want to say trash service and I’m informing all relatives/ friends and family to not go to Best Buy in Greeley co.

Knew his tvs well.I noticed the one I was comparing had the wrong tag and he got me the info I needed.I had questions about the different modelsHe explained the differences we narrowed it down to three and I walked out with a 65 tv!Thanks for helping with all the confusing hype on these new tvs !

My husband and I went into Best Buy yesterday and we were shopping around for a laptop. Liam immediately helped us yesterday. It’s very nerve wracking buying a new laptop, because there are so many features each one has! He walked us around all the laptops and went though each one with us! The customer experience he provided to us was AMAZING!We were informed that the computer that we “decided “ on was going to go off sale on Wednesday, so we decided to go home and do some more research on the best one!Today (Tuesday) we went into Best Buy to purchase the laptop that was on sale. I was informed it was no longer on sale and I would have to speak with Liam Directly. Liam came and informed me that the information he gave us yesterday about the sale was incorrect.I was very irritated for the incorrect information that I was given during yesterday‘s visit. Liam involve a manager and I was told that I was not able to get the computer for that price. After some haggling we finally came to an agreement and we were able to get the computer for the original sale price.All in all, the information that I was given was incorrect, but the customer experience that was provided by Liam outweighs the incorrect information! Thank you to Liam and your team for helping me choose this computer!!

Bestbuy web page indicated that Greeley store had Playstation 5 in stock. Went to Bestbuy to purchase a Playstation 5 & agent indicated no Playstation 5 in stock. Showed the web page add & they tried by the que # to see if they got some & none in stock. Agent said to notify the 888 # for best Buy & spoke to agent there & they hung up on me. Very bad customer service.
Overall fine just over priced and not a lot of select from what you can fine browsing online. Seems like a waste to go unless you want to see some big TVs in person.

Awesome customer service. I went in to buy a new TV. Did my research online ahead of time. Went in and a very nice gentleman helped me select the TV that I wanted. Check out took less than 5 minutes. He brought the TV out to the curb and helped load it into the pickup. Good prices, good selection and great help.
Best Buy has the zfold2 out from Samsung and it is awesome, as well as stock of all the fitbit watches, which are the best prices Ive found for new ones. Its a very clean and friendly store with great customer service experience. Unfortunately there are no ps4 controllers available there and the only ps5 right now is on display and not for sale.

Hands down the best, Best Buy in store experience, that I can recall. Upon entering the store I asked where I could go to look up the Ink/toner needed for a printer I had purchased the prior year. I was directed to the service counter where the Service rep proceeded to look up the toner cartridge, walk me to where it was located, and then when asked about other products, he took me to those items and answered any questions that I had. I was not made to feel rushed, even though he had left his post to assist. I am happy with the products purchased and the Great Service that was volunteered!

I have had a lot of bad experiences with different Best Buy’s and have always had a favorite since they know exactly how to treat a customer. My son and I came in for a specific purpose. The greeter at the door was very polite and told us what we wanted they were out but go to customer service and they can get you one. We finally got to the counter and helping us was Justin. After telling him what we were looking for, he filled us in on so much more since he also had a VR system. My son was asking all sorts of questions and Justin gave him answers and even recommendations on other things as well we couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else. Thank you Justin for being a great help and an awesome person!
While the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, the knowledgability of the staff has gotten progressively worse over the last year or so. Almost every employee relies on the BestBuy app to answer questions. While this is no fault of the representatives, the corporate decisions that have led to this point are inexcusable. Additionally, you would almost be better off using the store to see the items you are interested in and then ordering from the app or website due to the lack of stock the pandemic has caused.
This is the 4th phone I have purchased at best buy (at least) and I wont go anywhere else. Great service and they have better deals than the carrier stores!

I cannot seem to find anything that I need from the store or any other Best buy. Normally just dont shop there for that reason. I put in an online order, curbside pickup and my purchase was missing its wireless blue tooth remote. The purchase I made was a present for my wife for her birthday and I had to wait a week for the item to get to the store and that item is not carried in the store but they say I can wait another week and get another one, no thank you!! never shopping with best buy again
They have both hand sanitizer and masks at front of store. You can make an appointment to be helped or just walk in and browse on your own. Check out was fast and easy
They were quick and helpful. I went knowing exactly what I was going to buy. I had to interrupt a blue shirt who was with another customer, and he politely radioed for someone else to help me. They were there in less than 30 seconds. The cashier was also waiting on a customer to return, he also radioed for another cashier. So even though they were quite busy, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Awful service and awful communication. Avoid it if you can. Worst experience ever. I wish there was a zero star option. After I ordered my products, I received no confirmation email. On the day it was supposed to be in-store, I called to make sure the order was there. I still had no confirmation email or order details. After being on hold for 15 minutes, someone finally told me the delivery was delayed. The person told me it would be there Saturday morning. Only after that conversation did I receive an email telling me of the delay in delivery. I waited until Saturday, making sure to call later in the day to give the delivery time. It still wasnt there. The next associate I spoke to was incredibly rude andkept interrupting me. He said it would be there by Sunday. I called again Sunday, once again making sure I did so later in the day. I got another rude employee who said it would be Wednesday. That was nearly TWO WEEKS from when I first ordered. I asked the associate to cancel the order. After being snippy with me, he only canceled half the order. I had to get online with a customer service agent to get the rest canceled. At this point, I will drive all the way to Denver or even further just so I NEVER have to go into the Greeley store.

My brother in law has the same problem with this store with every single in store preorder for 6 years and counting. Every time he does a preorder whether it is 2 years ago due to developer delaying or 6 months it is the saying excuse every time. well make sure it is there and it depends on how many the developer sends FILUBUSTER. They have the audacity to lie to their customer and corporate too. They misrepresent their information and corporate end too about this consecutive problem. Even after 3 store managers, they are tired of this problem and yet do not want to fix the problem at all.

I had a stereo reinstalled in a different vehicle. It took over a month to get the vehicle in because theyve closed most of their install bays. The install was not done properly the Bluetooth does not work. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone I have spent more than six hours on the phone trying to get through to a human being to make a new appointment which will take another month to get in so that I can get the Bluetooth under warranty fixed. Well the CEO of Best buy makes $37,000 an hour sitting on his throne the workers at Best buy gets screwed and the telephones dont get answered

If you want crummy costumer service, this is the place to go. We just spent 450 bucks here to have a computer repaired and the people at the geek squad booth couldnt be bothered to help us. After all of this fiasco we wondered the store for 30 minutes and not one single employee asked us if we needed help.

This best buy location offers a big selection of common electronics and appliances. As with many Best Buy locations, staffing with primarily college aged associates limits available expertise in some departments. The location is nearly always clean and I have found the selection of computers, gaming, and mobile products consistently good.
Great store.... hard time finding a person to help us. Seemed a lot of employees were standing around talking to each other but no one wanted to help customers. The employee that finally helped us had no idea what he was talking about and sold us a DVD player that does not work with our TV so we had to return it. Do your own research before you go in.

The check in is ridiculous why should I need to check in? Let me come and go as I please. The check out process is confusing and even trying to leave the store is absolutely confusing and crazy!

If you thought Best Buy couldnt get any worse, think again. Their previous 30 day return policy, is now 14 days. Really?! You have so little faith in your product or client base that you barely let the paint dry before they have time to change their mind?! Nice. I returned an unopened Harry Potter box set, purchased just before Christmas and could only get store credit, as it had been 18 days. The store manager said she would make an exception and give me instore credit, although she repeatedly said she is not supposed to do this. Back to Costco and the Neverending return policy I go!

Was a customer for over 10 years but they soured me over a recent purchase I made. I bought a washer and dryer for a family member that had both of theirs break and I was going to give it to them for Christmas. I bought the washer and dryer on November 18th and was told that it wouldnt arrive till January 7th. After paying in full, best buy charged my card $110, then canceling the charge after a few days. Over and over for almost 2 months. My bank called it an error and wouldnt let them charge my card. It was new years eve day so i couldnt get a hold of my bank. After 24 hrs best buy canceled my order a week from delivery. I called them and they pushed me to 5 different people before the last person hung up on me. Called them back and they told me they had to charge my card for the full amount again to get the product sent. I will never buy anything from best buy again.
