I would highly recommend Weld County Appliance. The service is top notch and very reasonable. They service what they sell.

Recently my washing machine quit working. When I called Weld County appliance they scheduled me promptly. When Kent arrived. he assessed my options and started immediately searching for parts. He found them in town. In less than an hour, the machine was working, the laundry room was clean and back in order. Excellent service!!

They have awesome customer service, a great staff. Good prices and I want to help support small businesses. Definitely recommend a person going out there, or call them for your appliance repairs.

I had a service call for a loud noise in my washer. The gentleman showed up, listened to the noise, and said sorry I cannot fix it. I asked if he could open it and look inside, well I could but it will only work for 2 days and that will be $68 for six minutes of standing there.

Quick response time. Absolutely tried to find most cost effective way to repair my oven. Done same day as service call! Thanks!

Weld County Appliance is a great company! Great service, great prices on new and used appliances as well as the service and delivery, and it is owned by a very nice family so the people there are awesome and friendly as well! They have always been there at reasonable times and have always done their best to accommodate me and my needs. I highly recommend this company they are the best appliance service in Weld County and they always did their best to make sure my needs were met! Thank you guys you are great and have helped me so much with my appliances, they all run like new again!

I called them for an issue I was having with a front load washer. They helped identify the problem and ordered the part. We originally had an install date set but my scheduled opened up and they were happy to fit me in at an earlier time. I have used Kent for several appliance repairs over the years. He has been nothing but professional, honest and trustworthy each time. I have also purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer in the past and this week a new washing machine. I highly recommend their sales and service to all.

In store staff was very patient, helpful and courteous. Josh answered all my questions promptly. Hope my in home tech will be as much.

Fixed my stove in a timely manner and was kind enough to wait on me when I ran a little behind.

Poor customer service. Service guy was rude. Appointment time was 2pm, they show up at 1pm which was fine but dont insult my wife with your ignorance. Service call was supposed to be $68 applied to final service bill if they fixed the problem. Charged us $68 bucks on top of the bill. Shadey business practices. Buyer beware.

Denied going through someones home until they inform you they have video. Pathetic. Good luck after this next slow year!

I wrote this review on a different website back in August 2015:My refrigerator quit working on a Saturday. I called 2 companies; one of which we used in the past and Weld Applicance. Of course both were closed. So, we went all weekend without a refrigerator and freezer. (What a pain....) On Monday, both called me back. I ended up scheduling both of them to come. Im not sure why, but I just did. The other company who we used before (and who I wrote a very positive review on) came first. They diagnosed the refrigerator and said that it was a bad compressor and it would be over $600 to fix or repair the refrigerator. Since I had used them before and I trusted them, I went to Lowes and placed an order for a new $1700 refrigerator. However, they couldnt deliver it for several days. On a whim, I kept the 2nd appointment with Weld Appliance later in the afternoon. And, Im very glad I did! CG came and within 5-10 minutes had diagnosed that we had a bad relay switch. He replaced the relay with a solid state relay and started up the refrigerator. It started right up and I could tell right away that it was cold. I ended up paying like $45 for the part and with the labor and diagnosis, it was about $125. It was money extremely well-spent as I now can cancel the order for the new refrigerator. So, yes, I paid $125, but I saved $1700! Obviously, Im not at all happy with the first company. Thank you to Weld Appliance! BTW--CG was extremely polite and professional. He also had a wealth of knowledge. Great guy.Edit 7/11/18: I contacted Weld County Appliance after my year old refrigerator died. We scheduled for 2 days later. In the mean time, they suggested that I unplug the refrigerator for 30 minutes and plug it back in. They doubted that a 1-year old refrigerator had anything broken. Instead, he said it was a 50-50 chance that the control panel needed reset. I just got off the phone with them and canceled the appointment. Their recommendation worked like a charm!! They are just a great company to work with!

Kent is great. I have worked with him multiple times and not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is extremely quick and I have never had to have him come out twice to fix anything.

Have used this company for more than 15 years and i love them! I wouldnt go anywhere else. Very knowledgable and friendly. I own a few properties and they have always done great working on my appliances and always help me out when i need a new one. I enjoy using small businesses like these and it is much more convinent (especially when they already do my service) than somewhere like Lowes which can take weeks. It is funny to see one bad review because my view and experience has been on the opposite end of the spectrum considering they have saved me and my bank account more than once! Lol. i imagine only the bad experiences would want to write a review so i will give my 2 cents :)

If I could give less than one star I would! Ive never experienced such horrible customer services before!! I set up an appointment for today at 3pm. When I set up the appointment I informed them that I would need a COI and W9 to send in per our company policies. Instead of giving me a call back to let me know they werent going to come to the appointment I made because the owner doesnt want to deal with getting that information they just didnt show up.

Excellent service, on time, friendly! Will call again if needed.

I guess the owners love to snoop around peoples houses which is unacceptable never gonna recommend this company.
