Went to get my bumpers repainted. Turned out terrible. See attached pictures. Business treated me completely different after paying for the service. So they have absolutely zero customer service and/or concern. If you want to feel like you owe them a favor after the job is done then go ahead.

Great Neck collision center was recommended to me by my insurance agent, as this is an authorized repair shop. They are a diamond in the rough, an extremely professional repair shop. Anthony and his crew are true professionals. Matt was constantly keeping me updated on when the repair would be complete. He even surprised me with new and brighter headlights for better night vision. This shop listens to you and they deliver! I would highly recommend this repair shop and crew!

These guys were great. It took a couple of hours for a bad fender fiberglass and lightbulb catastrophe to look and feel like nothing happened. They even vacuumed the somewhat embarrassing mess on my floor carpets. Thank you to Mathew, who helped my Mom out.

Without a doubt the BEST service I have ever experienced at a body shop!!!! The guys who run the place are brothers and are honest, trustworthy, and so helpful in times of distress! I went in with a broken tail light & was out in half an hour feeling confident my car was in excellent hands. Also got a ride to the rental shop and communication was great! These guys are the best - if you need car work go here 100%!!!

Anthony and Chris were so patient and understanding when I came in for my car repair. They actually informed me of certain laws I had a right to before I needed to communicate with my insurance company. They gave me an estimate of both time and repair and I had my car back in just 2 days ! Was so thankful for not just a job done right, but a job done in a timely matter. Thank you guys!

Great quick service

Didnt match the paint on my front bumper and used after market parts instead oem. It seems like they are more concerned about their jobs that paid better than mine. Thanks Allstate for lowballing them!
