Joe the service manager was exceptional. He squeezed me in for a part replacement on a Saturday. He was very pleasant & a pleasure to work with.When I arrived at service Chris was waiting & sent Miguel to replace part. It took about 15 minutes & everything went well,It was a pleasure dealing with the Service Department & look forward to my future dealing with them.

I have had my Maserati Quattroporte serviced at Gold Coast Maserati and my service advisor was Chris. He was very patient and kept me informed on what’s going on with my vehicle via text messages and phone calls. I believe he went above and beyond to make sure my experience at the Gold Coast Maserati service Dept was pleasant and painless. He also worked with me by putting me into a loaner vehicle or rental anytime I had to drop my vehicle off for service and needed a vehicle to run my errands or get to work. I would recommend my friends and family to Gold Coast Maserati.

Dont waste your time going to the parts department here, very poorly ran, went there twice, 6 months apart to get oil filter for my maserati ghibli. both times had me waiting over 15 minutes and left and went to Long Island maserati and got my filter within 90 seconds of walking through the door. Same price btw.

The worst Maserati service center ever. They took my car for 3 weeks and whenever I called Danny (They never call you and update, you have to call them), he told me lies about my car is being diagnosed and Waiting an update from Maserati of North America. That took 2 weeks and I called Maserati of NA and learned that the dealer never even diagnosed the car. Thankfully the Manager Joe and came in and fix the problem. In addition, never ever never ever bring your car to gold coast Maserati. Front desk is rude and Danny is the worst employee at Maserati. I cant believe how can they hurt their brand reputation with these unprofessional employees!

September 2017, I bought a here 2018 levante this car brought a lot of trouble to my life, this car air conditioning problems has been repairing the bad 👎 I go here in the car was ready to rent a car but when sales people lie to me that I can believe that he can buy a car cant rent a car but the car buy back a lot of problems he cant help me to solve. It brings a lot of trouble to my life and hurts me spiritually and their service quality is very poor. I hope they can solve my problem as soon as possible.

Danny is what makes this service amazing! Always accommodating and super cordial. The main deserves a raise. This location is also a welcome change from their previous New Hyde Park location.

I like that a rental is provided while repairs are done for the day. Someone will pick you up and take you to an Enterprise if loaners arent available. Plan for that as you drop off your car.

Great Experience! Anthony Zanghi was Fantastic! Knowledgeable, very patient and an all around good guy. I got the SUV of my dreams... The all white Maserati Levante with 20 inch wheels. AMAZING. Im so thankful.
