I really do not like to write reviews but after seeing some of the negative reviews on here I felt it is best I do. Reviews are as good as the person writing them so I do not trust the judgement of some reviewers. From the moment I walked into Normans I was treated with honesty and professionalism which carried out until the moment I received my car back and walked out the door. Richie one of the owners had gone out of his way for me and I really appreciated it. I have never seen a body shop go to this extra extent for a customer. I do know body work and the way I received the car back was the way it drove of the show room floor when I bought it. Normans did a beautiful job on replacing my front bumper and grill that was sideswiped by a guy who ran a stop sign. Not only did they paint the bumper they painted the hood and fenders so the paint all blended in with the rest of the car, they did the best body work I have seen in the past 25 years. Even as I was leaving Richie came out to make sure I was happy with the job and as I drove away one of the managers stopped me to make sure I was happy also. Richie and the staff have a customer for life.

Unfortunately my car was deemed a total loss, but in my short time dealing with Steve and his team, I could tell this was a stand up shop. They were very knowledgeable and understanding. The shop had all types of expensive cars in there, so I would have no issues leaving my car there had it been repairable.

Went in for repairing a hood issue no other mechanic could. The dealer suggested Norman Collision. Sure enough, took my audi there, and they were able to repair the hood quickly and at a fair price. They even fixed my rear bumper-at minimal charge.Steve the manager over there is a good guy.I dont know why others have an issue with this place, they are very good at what they do.

Parking garage roof collapsed on my Audi. Needed hood and fender repaired plus windshield replace. These guys are fantastic. Dropped off on Tuesday afternoon, ready Thursday night. Arranged rental. Great job and clean. Would absolutely recommend.

Please go to Normans for that perfect insurance fraud! They can turn a dent into a $10000 job or scratch into a $5000 job. With great connections to adjusters, youve nothing to worry about. They can even hack into someones phone to delete pictures! Amazing shop if you want to make a few thousand dollars, I mean, I hope theyre cutting the profits with their loyal customers and adjusters.Everyone else should stay the hell away from these people! Theyll provide you with unnecessary legal mess and trouble for no reason.

This shop and its staff are incredible! More to come, gotta get back to work right now but Richie and everyone there are outstanding and they could probably just build their own specialty cars with the talent they have

Every time I go there the experience is fantastic. Staff are great, do an amazing job, and they return the car looking like its straight off the production line!5 stars all day long!

I can ramble and go on for ever regarding my experience at Normans. To keep it simple if you have an alternate choice to choose any other body shop do it the odds are you wont be sorry. To top it off there work is not top notch. Do not believe either Richie or Steve they are not truthful and they seem unorganized. I waited over a month to post this review because I wanted to give myself some time to calm down after my experience. Dont let there size or office fool you.

Norman did a great job to my car two months ago after my wife had an accident. The door was replaced flawlessly and they even vacuum cleaned the interior. Not only that, because we were dealing with a very bad insurance company who declined our claim, even their driver is 100% at fault, Richie understood the situation and gave us a deeply discounted price so we dont have to pay the full cost. I have nothing but the best experience with them and will definitely go to them again if theres any accident in future (knock on wood..)

The staff at this body shop is truly a cut above the rest. They work with you from beginning to end and when you get your car back it looks better than showroom ready. They work wonders at this place definitely recommend this establishment.

They kept my moms car for over a month even though they said it would take a week to fix. After she got their car back they had put over 1500 miles on it. Yes you read correctly over 1500 miles!!!

Nice people, but there are so many VIPs in this area, that its impossible for them to manage their workload. Good chance unless you make a lot of noise (which I witness several times), you will not be a priority and they will not deliver the vehicle with work finished on time. I like these people but do not have a 2nd vehicle. They do have a rental operation as well.

I have been to this shop many times. The service and friendly attitude of the staff will keep me coming back

I had a windshield replaced there in my Bentley, and was blown away with the quality, the man allowed me to observe him change glass..His work was exceptional

DO yourself a favor and use a different body shop. They are nothing but fraudsters and will get you in legal mess. Richie is the most dishonest person and should go to jail. Please explain how you can charge an insurance company $10000 for damages and complete the work in less than a week. They do back door deals with adjusters to estimate way more than what actually is. I reported my horrible experience with the Insurance Fraud Investigations Bureau. I am waiting for the day I see them in court.

This place is a scam they didn’t know I took pictures of everything that they said they will fix and they charged me for a new part but used the same old one

Business is a fraud. They gave me my car back with more problems than I came in with. My 2017 BMW 530 X Drive was brought for various reasons which they said would be fixed. My mirror was broken and had a few bruises which were fixed. I had an alignment/axel issue that was changing the direction of my steering wheel when I drove. After a month of holding my car, they gave me my car back in worse condition than it was when I brought it in. Although they had fixed the mirror and minor bruising, they did not fix the most important part! After about 100 phone calls making sure they would take care of the alignment during the time when they were waiting on the mirror (which was a month, yes a month) I had kindly asked to please take care of the axel. Not only were they liars, scumbags and thieves they also gave me my car back with a popped tired and broken taillight! DISGRACEFUL 0 STARS

What a RIP off. I had a 4inch scrape and Richie told me it would cast $1,000. Unbelievable

Being in the accident itself was not a fun thing at all. i love my car, an audi, had it towed to the audi dealer since i didnt want anyone else to touch it. they told me the damage was quite extensive, and recommended i use Norman Collision and im very glad i did. Norman Collision was extremely professional from the first encounter. they went over all of the damage with me, they coordinated with my insurance carrier, and my car rental, kept me informed at different stages, always took my phone call, always had an answer for me. they had some very nice, and exotic cars on their lot as well, which made me feel comfortable that they could handle the repair. when i got my car back it looked brand new. couldnt find any sign of damage. Norman Collision went above and beyond, even making sure that my rims were reconditioned to perfect condition. thank you!!

They do excellent work

I would NOT recommend this shop ....they are liars, Scams and they keep making you go back and forth a small job that would take a normal shop 1-2 weeks, it took them over 2 month to fix. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere.
