For over a week I tried to have the store on tenth come color match one of the walls at my work. After being told they were too busy that day (the day the manager had told me they’d be able to come do it), I called Brad at the store on the NW bypass. Not only did he come into my work within 20 minutes of me calling, he matched the color, painted the wall for us, and did it free of charge. Don’t let bad interactions with other stores skew your opinion. The Sherwin Williams on the NW Bypass is fantastic! Amazing customer service and I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks Brad!

I give four starts only because fives are reserved for an elite few. The staff at the bypass store is truly amazing. From anyone of them that works their knowledge is extremely impressive. Service was superb and they went the extra mile to help me out to my vehicle as well. Highly recommend this location and this superb paint. Go for the extra fees bucks and get quality.... Trust me it pays off!!!

Matt is always an excellent help. The store was extremely clean and took precautions in this COVID-19 Era.

Needed paint right away and was able to call and place my order and when I arrived the employee brought it to my car pronto. I was thankful for curbside pick up as the store remains closed at this time.

While we usually use Benjamin Moore Paint from Hopper and Ro, I was extremely impressed with Matt Labrake here at SW.He is old school knowledge and perfectionism.Took his time to match my sheen perfectly - which is almost impossible to do.If you use SW - you need to deal directly with Matt!!Nathan (Owner)Grovom Painting

The paint is the best as is the service. I always say the cheapest paint you can buy is the most expensive to start with. (And the most pleasant to use)
